This company is absolutely horrible! Also Home Depot warranty uses them. Side note Home Depot warranty is horrible too. Its been a month without a dryer, they come out again yesterday and they blew the new part they ordered because they misdiagnosed it. The other thing is no one and I mean no one returns calls or emails its ridiculous. STAY AWAY!

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced.We had a tech come out on November 3rd 2020. Said they would order a part for our refrigerator. Today 4.5 months later I still havent heard anything from the company. I have called and I wait on hold for 2+ hours just to have the call dropped when someone does finally answer. I have sent multiple emails with no reply. Dont waste your time with this company!

Absolutely RUN, from this company and do not allow them in your house. Lied in multiple occasions on coming out and repairing when we have cameras and provided said footage to district manager. Lied about us receiving multiple parts. Will schedule to come and never show after the first visit. We worked with them for almost 5 months before we forced warranty to send another company. Highly request A&E if you can, they had the issues repaired in a week.

I scheduled a service call a week ago. I missed a 1/2 days work to make sure I was home at the agreed time.Sprint did not show up. They never called and would not answer their phone. Their phone message said “They were busy helping other customers “. What a joke.They were a total waste of my time and will waste yours too.Do yourself a favor and call ANYONE instead of Sprint Appliance.

I would encourage everyone who isn’t receiving quality service from Sprint to place a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General! COVID is NOT responsible for everything! My advice to everyone is this... DO NOT TRUST SEARS EXTENDED WARRANTY! DO NOT TRUST THE SPRINT APPLIANCE SERVICE! I must however give 5 stars to the young man who came to my home from Sprint. He seemed very knowledgeable and responsible. When that technician left my home, service from sprint left with him.One week has passed since I left this review. Since then, I have experienced GREAT service from Valerie at Sprint! Thank you Valerie for stepping up even in the midst of a family emergency. Thank you for making phone calls and dealing with hours on hold with Sears to get my situation resolved! 5 stars!

Sears Home Services uses Spring Appliance Repair for their repair orders and maintenance orders. We were scheduled today and didnt hear back from them. As I researched it, it was discovered since COVID and now personnel from Sears Home Services are working remote, the orders once called in are hanging in a queue in draft mode, which requires a manual input. Unfortunately, many times the staff there at Sears Home Services are not imputed them and therefore, the order doesnt go through to Sprint Repair. They never receive the order even though from the customer end it looks to be booked when you receive text confirmations and emails. This is a huge problem that Sears Home Services needs to address and correct. Thank you in a big way to those at Sprint Appliance Repair in helping get me rescheduled directly.

Working with Sears and the Master Protection Agreement I have on my dishwasher. Sprint Appliance technician came out to house and said he needed to order parts. It’s been 7 weeks and no word. I’ve called Sprint Appliance numerous times and have never gotten anyone to answer the phone, only a recording. I leave my info and ask for a call back. They do not call back. I guess business is good and they can afford to treat customers this way because they have so many. If given the choice I will never use this company. I will never recommend this company to anyone and I’m taking the time to write this to maybe spare someone the aggravation.

We have had extended contracts with Sears for years with no problems, but this year we were switched from A & E (which I would give 6 stars out of 5 if I could) to Sprint. I received at least 8 texts switching my time from 8-5, then 8-12 and then 10-2 and bounced back and forth between the last two several times. Didnt matter, they never showed. Called and left a message with Valerie (their normal business hours are 9-4--are you kidding) and she never returned the call. After two extremely frustrating days of talking to one heavily accented Sears person after another, we were finally able to get someone at Sears to schedule us with A & E. Sprint lived down to every bad review here in my opinion.

This is, by far, the best appliance repair service Ive had. We bought a Washer/Dryer from JC Penney and these guys were the warranty repair people. The were very reliable, knowledgeable, friendly & quick. Valerie at the helm helped coordinate the first visit (identifying the problem) and the second visit (the repair, after part arrived) . I would definitely recommend this company for appliance repair.

Awesome experience!! Repaired my LG refrigerator with the compressor issue. Took the time to do the repair properly and noticed the evaporators, both top and bottom, were bad.They also replaced the moldy door boot on my front load washer. Top Marks!!

Of course like many others, dealing with a Sears warranty claim, I’ve had a fridge on the fritz for 2 months. No response from Sprint with an update other than “COVID”. Dude finally comes to my house and takes our freezer apart to replace parts. Then leaves without putting it all back together, other than the big main drawer to the freezer. Put one smaller shelf back in that was wobbly and broken. It wasn’t like that prior to James coming to my house.My issue is two fold. It firsts starts with KitchenAid building junk appliances that you spend $4000 on a fridge to last only 3 years?!?! Then the issue of dealing with a company who because they’re the only show now for Sears, feels that customer service doesn’t need to exist.Less than pleased with this whole situation!! Stay clear of Spring Appliance Repair!

The only reason this is a 1 star rating is that there was no option to select zero stars! Sprint rep visited my home for dishwasher repair 7+ weeks ago (as a service provider for Sears Protection Plan). On that day, I was told that a part needed to be ordered; should take 5-7 days, etc. Since then I have placed multiple follow-up calls and sent emails. They don’t respond for days, and when they do, all I get are excuses (computers were down, part has to be reordered as it was damaged when received, etc.). I don’t know how this company stays in business!!

Have been waiting 4 1/2 months for a compressoe for my fridge. They say parts are not available. Sears has put it thru to replace the fridge but still nothing yet. I believe they are waiting on sprint to tell them that. Will be trying to switch to another repair facility.

This company is a joke, I have been out of a refrigerator for 3 months now and all they say is they are waiting for parts. Last update from them was month ago saying the parts were shipping that week and I have never seen something taking this long to arrive.Like previous reviews say, stay away from this company.

Never called to set an appointment up with us. They called when they were on their way over. The technician didnt even know this.Plus when we call they never answer the phone. Always an answering machine and very rarely do they call back.

Stay away at all costs! Especially, If they are assigned to service an appliance by your warranty company. If they are assigned, call your warranty provider and ask them to assign your repair to another company. We have been waiting for three months to have our fridge repaired and they still haven’t been back to fix it. After initial appointment you will not hear back from them if by chance you get ahold of them their office manager Valerie will keep making excuses and tell you she will handle it. This is a of course a lie. Do yourself a favor and stay clear or you are in for a very disappointing experience.

They are supposedly a Sears provider for refrigerator repair. I had an extended warrantee with Sears that expired one month AFTER the appliance problem was reported to Sears?Sprint. They sent the technician on the wrong day for the first attempt, sent the wrong part the second attempt, and finally was to report to Sears that the part was unavailable and recommend a replacement. But even that recommendation was misfiled. Now Sears ha denied the claim altogether . Run from Sprint and Sears!

COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT - No way this place should be in business! My fridge stopped cooling which is almost always a compressor issue so I called them because by some miracle they were manufacturer certified for warranty replacement. When they came by my house to investigate my complaint the repairman told me my main control board was shot instead, that theyd order a new one, call me when it was in, and estimated maybe a week at most to replace. After not hearing from them for a week, I called several times, always getting voice mail, often but not always leaving messages but never heard back from them. I finally just ordered the main control board on my own, but after installing saw no difference. I finally called my fridge manufacturer and filed a formal complaint, and they got another company out to me within three days that ended up replacing - youll never guess - the compressor - which fixed my problem. Do not call this company if you need anything fixed unless you enjoy wasting time and money.

No commitment to repair refrigerators after one month from initial call.!!I am a very patient person and I never write reviews but I am really upset that I even purchased a contract when we purchased our new appliance!!If they would come out and fix it today it would still be too little too late!

I cant believe this place has treated my elderly mom or not return her calls. She has been without a working refrigerator for a month. Said they ordered the part but found out it was never ordered. She is in process of seeking legal help. I would definitely not recommend them or a Sears plan!!!

I left several messages last week trying to set up an appointment. My call was NEVER returned until today at 5:44pm. She left a very rude message on my vm. In it she stated that my voicemail was full and then other times she couldn’t leave messages which is not true. I also run a business on my phone and anyone else that called me got through. I honestly never would have left this review had she not left that voicemail. Good luck to them but I wasn’t please by there phone mannerisms. I rather spend my money where my business is valued.

My washer just needs the lock feature on it fixed and its a simple replacement of the hook. Im going on 3 weeks now with no washer. These people are so unprofessional.

This company was contracted through Home Depot to make repairs to my gas stove that was under a protection plan. The tech showed up told my husband what was wrong with it and left. They then submitted a completed work order to Home Depot stating the stove was working after telling my husband that we shouldnt use it because a gas line inside the oven was broken.They never came back to make any repairs and refused to return any phone calls from myself and home depot about the repairs that were never completed

If I could give them 0 stars I would. My mother has been trying to get her dishwasher fixed for a month. After calling Electrolux we found that Sprint actually lied to her. The parts they claimed were not in, were indeed shipped and received by Sprint. After repeated messages by my family, Electolux, etc, we find that Sprint is closed for 5 days with no return calls. They are terrible and should never be used. I plan on posting reviews on every site in the hopes no one uses them and businesses stop using them for warranties. Warning if your manufacturer or store has used them, demand someone else immediately.

Sprint was contracted by Sears for warranty repair. Have been waiting for seven weeks since initial appointment with excuses of needing a part, needing two parts, family emergency, etc, etc (Sears had these all noted as Sprint does not pick up the phone when I call and complain to Sears). At one point Sears set an appointment for Sprint to come three days after Christmas. We cut our holiday short and drove back home from out of town and sat/wasted an entire day because Sprint never showed up nor called. I have called Sears seven times asking when this repair will happen, but since Sprint never answers their phone and Sears sent them our part, Sears says we have to wait it out....they will not send another company to actually do the repair. From now on, I will ask Sears never to authorize Spring for any of our repairs....I am sick over this and cant believe that Sears will do nothing to help us nor can I believe that Sears continues to contract with Sprint (but it appears Lowes and Home Depot use them as well).

After reading the previous reviews, my expectations were extremely low for SAR. However my experience was truly 5*s due to the timeliness and professionalism James showed during his trip to my home to repair my LG washer. He called prior to arriving to notify us he was en route. He fixed the washer quickly and was extremely polite. I will agree with many of the other reviews when it comes to warranty plans, they are terrible to deal with. However this is not a review on warranty cos, its a review on SAR and I would recommend them for future repairs!

They promised me last time they would get my Fridge replaced and then stopped answering my calls or returning any calls. Sears has outsourced their responsibility to a 3rd party that is incapable.

Technician never showed up or called to cancel. I waited for 4 hours. Left 3 messages and never got a call back. NOW HAD A TECHNICIAN IN MY HOUSE 2 TIMES. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! When our dryer broke, Home Depot set up an appointment with this company to come out to service it. Out service time was between 8AM-12PM. We called them 5 times around 2 PM with no answer. We left 2 voicemails. We then called Home Depot to report the issue. Home Depot called them and they answered stating they couldnt make it out that day and tried to call us with no answer. THEY LIED! We have a voicemail set up so that wasnt true. We had no contact from them that day. They then scheduled another appointment to come out the week after between 8AM-12PM. We tried to call them around 11AM, once again with NO ANSWER! This is absolutely ridiculous. I wouldnt even give them 1 star.

Just had micro wave fixed by Steve and his assistant. Switches in door were bad, they had parts with them. Covered by warranty, Lowes.Came when they said they would, could not ask for more.Good job Sprint.Thank youChuckPS The last time I had a repair, GE repair man came and I had to wait on parts for a week.

Sears Repair utilizes this company for warranty work. My first call to Sears was on 11/22/16, at which time they assigned Sprint to my case. My dishwasher was finally repaired, by another Sears contractor (A&E) on 12/28/16. After wrestling with Sprint (name is a misnomer. Nothing fast about this company) for a month (literally) and repeated lies to myself AND to Sears (part came in but it was broken when in fact the parts are notably backordered. Telling Sears that they scheduled an appointment with me when in fact they hadnt), I called Sears, told them that I didnt want Sprint to be any part of this repair, and asked for A&E. They obliged, set me up with an appointment five days out (thats fine). Tech showed up within the allotted time frame (all day), diagnosed the issue, and found that the part (again) is on backorder. So instead of sitting back, he contacted an appliance parts company in Dayton (who has 20 of the parts in stock), had it delivered to my house within an hour, and buttoned up the job. While waiting for the part to arrive, he left, completed another job, and came right back. AMAZING!! Efficient, smart, AND productive. This is the third time this tech has been to our house for this junk Kenmore Elite dishwasher, and hes always been great. He said hes getting close to retirement, which is too bad. When guys like him retire, were left with companies like Sprint. The lesson here? If Sears/ Home Depot tries to assign Sprint to your repair order, refuse it.

My dishwasher has been progressively getting worse at completely draining. I remembered last week I had purchased an extended warranty service plan, looked it up and found out it was good for about one more week. I called the hhGregg service plan line, and they set up Sprint Appliance Repairs to come out and fix it for me. I was a little worried after seeing these reviews, but I had no issues with them at all. They called the night before to verify that they would be out, and left their phone number for me to call them back if needed the day of the appointment. On Tuesday, they called to let me know they were en route, about 15-20 minutes away. They showed up, promptly found the problem (small, plastic foreign object blocking the check valve), pulled them out, ran a cycle to make sure the dishwasher worked, and then they were on their way. Nice, professional, no problems at all.

Same issues as everyone else who wrote on here. Claim went in from lowes. 2 months later its still not fixed. No one has ever contacted me from sprint so Ive been working with Lowes to get a new service group to my house. Sprint claims they couldnt get the part in. Its an ice maker. They have them in stock at Lowes. Today Authorized Service came out. They fixed it in 15 minutes. Never use sprint appliance repair. They will not fix your item but instead will make up some story that parts are on back order. Highly recommend Authorized service though.

Had a service call with them through Lowes. Sprint Appliance Repair was supposed to contact me prior to arrival. They were given a 3 hour window [8-12] which is fairly standard. At 11:50 i contacted Lowes and Sprint just to see if they were having issues and what the new eta was. I understand things happen so i was looking for a new eta from Sprint. At 12:15 i phoned Lowes again to report the vendor never showed. Lowes NOW tells me that Sprint just denied the service call! Really, what good does that do me when they already missed the appointment!! I had reworked my schedule today to fit this service call in...CLEARLY Sprints time is MORE valuable than mine!! Maybe i should bill them for the 3hours i waited!

They came to my house and had to order a part that was supposed to come in a week later. He asked for a check for the initial service and for future labor. Cashed the check and never returned to finish the job. Ive tried calling and have left voicemails over 4 months, and they refuse to answer the phone or return my voicemails. Sears scheduled this company for our refrigerator repair. However, I NEVER get a return call and no one ever picks up the phone when you call so you always have to leave a message and wait for them to call you back.
