People there was very rude and following all my kids and myself with husband we were looking around and they felt the need to put everything back when we werent even finished looking or deciding and in a rush to close when it wasnt even time yet and not being nice and respectful to my kids and not even a smile at all when we are in a time to care and share happiness because times are tough because of the covid-19 the whole staff should be happy they have a job because without the customers they wouldnt have a pay check and if they are so unhappy there they should find another job that would suit them and there shity ATTITUDE! I wasnt very pleased with the staff there i walked out very unhappy. Went to Walmart better

Large store with a lot to offer! I am way beyond the childrens birthday party stage but always go there for seasonal decorations, plates, napkins, etc. There is always something going on year round when I need to visit!

Would not even leave a star if the option was available. We bought balloons online from party city for my sons third birthday and just went there to get them filled yet were told that they cant fill outside balloons. We explained to them that they were purchased at their online site, but they just dismissed us and treated us horribly. Not to mention a few days ago spending close to $300 on party supplies in store. Im very disappointed in the service and attitude of their workers. Wish I could give Zero stars.H

Very helpful staff. Ordered balloons for a party and they where ready for pick up when we arrived. Clean, bright and organized location.

I ordered dome inflated ballons ( a day before) for the first hour of the day, and I went in and picked up my order without an problem. Everyone was polite, professional and welcoming

Friendly staff and great prices. Asked for a coupon and the manager gave me $15 off of my $80 dollar plus order. Will be back!

I cant say enough good things about the staff at this store! I hosted a bridal shower this past weekend in Middletown, but I live in Richmond, VA, so I had to do everything over the phone. They helped me to put together gorgeous balloon bouquets and had everything waiting for me when I came to get them. I wish I knew the name of the person who worked with me on the phone because she was wonderful - very patient and extremely helpful. Thanks!

We went to.pick up ballons for my sons party on July 20th. The two store workers were beyond helpful and gave extra care. I know they were just balloons and thats what I noticed the most a simple task they do time and time again they went slow enough for every detail.

Dont bother..... ordered custom invitations, only to never get the proof. Called them back regarding the proof, and employee must have scrambled one together in a minute, as it was riddled with mispellings, incorrect address and date/time info. Then when calling to correct it, they ask if im buying envelopes (supposed to come with) because the included standard white envelopes (which come with all invite orders) “are discontinued.” All this after they have to be prepaid. I asked why would they sell an item without disclosing part if it is no longer available, and the response I get is “well then just process a return.” They obviously dont care for or need our business unless you add all the extras for their bottom line and as long as its ready when they feel like it.

First time there loved the store

Horrible experience. I came to find a costume. The first costume was missing a sock and was dirty and they only offered 20% off . I then asked for 3 other costumes and each were missing a piece as well. If the costumes are going to be so damn expensive I expect them to bring ALL the pieces.
