A fantastic experience. Nick and his team, specifically Sammy + Kyle were EXTREMELY helpful through this entire process. In store, their knowledge of the product and its benefits was thorough and they quickly answered all of the questions thrown in their direction. Over the phone, they were patient, professional and understanding and explained the entire process.Were hoping the product is as amazing as the service was.

Interesting concept for a mattress. Worth checking out before you buy. They do have a 100 night trial. Price is very seemingly by the hour so dont jump and wait for deal should you decide to buy

Nick was extremely helpful. He had us try 3 beds and explained the differences. We settled on a higher priced bed and I’m glad we did. Nick also explained and compared the finances.We’re happy with his service, his knowledge and general helpfulness.

Drove to this store and the door is locked during hours they are supposed to be open, they never bothered to post on their website that they are open by appointment only. The store clerk is locked inside and doesnt want to deal with us. Worked all day was prepared to purchase a mattress and was locked out of the store, I will spend my money where it is appreciated!!!

Nick was great. filled it up at my requested settings and let me roll and flop all over the bed to check it out. Told me all the information I needed to know quickly without rambling.

Excellent product! Exceptional service! Our salesman Nick was great. He didnt rush us or try up selling us. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. During the demonstration of the sleepnumber bed as soon as I found my perfect sleep setting my back pain instantly went away. And now we will have a bed that is plush or firm any night we need it to be either.

All the gentlemen at this store were fantastic! They were informative and very patient. We had Kyle for our salesman. He was absolutely amazing! He helped us fine tune what really worked for us and I never felt rushed or trying to coax us into buying anything. I really recommend him and the other gentlemen at this location! I look forward to going back for smaller items like sheets, pillows, and blankets!

The staff is courteous and respectful. They spent time explaining their products and allowing us to try them out. There was never a sense of pressure toward us to even make a purchase, but we did and are now awaiting delivery of our new bed (sleep system?).

Great experience! The salesman, Zachary M., was very knowledgeable and didn’t push us to buy the most expensive bed in the store. We are looking forward to our new bed and a great nights sleep.

Great place :) we went in to get two pillows they had my gfs but didnt have mine but they shipped it to my house for free ... sales person was great and was really helpful with the beds and whats covered and showing us how to use everything will definitely be back
