This establishment is stuck in 2020. Back then at year’s end v@cc1nation was touted as the condition necessary to obviate m@sking, but this establishment demands both, and very rudely from behind plexiglass at the counter. Unfortunately this establishment missed 2020’s lesson for retail which is that brick-and-mortars are on their way out, being rapidly replaced by e-commerce. Case in point was the alternative product acquired by way of a smartphone’s app and picked up a just few doors away.

My favorite drink here is passion fruit green tea with mango popping bubbles and 50% sugar, regular ice. It makes me perfect day!

We dont have many boba places in the area, but Kung Fu Tea really is AMAZING. Theres a varied selection to choose from, and Joe and Chloe are always very friendly. If you enjoy good boba, check them out! Plus they serve delicious spicy Taiwanese chicken bites!

Excellent place to get your favorite teas and drinks. Excellent quality teas. Loved their small spot, and friendly service. 4 stars for a good experience, missed a star for such use if plastic. Wish there were more recyclable materials used, and that there was more of a trash/recycling order for leftover. Recommended!

I love this place. Even if it werent the only bubble tea place in Middletown it would still be my favorite. I see the same guy everytime and he makes the best drinks. Hes also super nice and it makes you feel good about supporting a business when theyre that great with their customers. Ive had Kung Fu Tea in other states and order the same thing every place, this location is consistently the best and Ive never had another one that tastes like this place. Its a bit pricey but on par with other bubble tea establishments and considering how superior they are the price is worth it. I tried recreating my drink at home and its just not he same so Ill be coming here for the foreseeable future.

Rosehip Milk yea was very good ! Some may find it sweet but it was perfect for me I absolutely loved it

Before 3 days i can order the original milk tea with brown sugar bubble.So，what is your service standard to make tea？Just follow your heart？？？hahahaha

Not even close to the bubble tea in the city nor barcelona. Theres no assortment of bubble flavors, and the bubbles were more like gummy balls. Would not try again left the bubbles at the bottom

Been going year for a few years now. Love this place! So many options to choose from, and everything has always been made perfectly. Can’t go wrong with the regular bubbles or the flavored popping ones. Staff has always been friendly and service has always been fast.

I formerly lived in the Philly area and fell in love with Kung Fu Tea, their drinks and food are amazing. Having moved to the middletown ny area i was SO excited to discover a local tea shop! However this place was a bit of a let down. Tea was delicious as usual but the shop was disgusting, bathroom looked like its never been cleaned, bugs in the hallway, dirty floors and walls. Please get new managers for this store as its gross to visit.

If there were another bubble tea store in Middletown, I wouldn t come back. Sorry.
