Went in today to switch from a one plus to a iPhone 12 Pro. Matt was awesome!! We obviously had problems since I was switching from a android to a iPhone getting my stuff over but he was super patient and literally did the whole thing for me!! Highly recommend stopping in and asking for Matt!! Will definitely make your visit 100% easier !!!
Have had great service with this store so far as I am a new T-Mobile customer. Had some really quick questions about adding another Line and Kevin answered then completely and quickly. Again so far a great Experience all around. Thanks again Kevin!!
Was told by the employees there that if I wanted to switch to prepay, it would be easier to call Customer Care. I felt they didnt want to help me with it, it came off as thats difficult for me. After calling customer care, I was told that I need a SIM card and it would be easier to get one from a store and then have my current number ported over (advised against waiting for one to be mailed due to delays in delivery), which all could have been done at the store. This whole process has been needlessly time wasteful and unhelpful. I am unsatisfied with my service.
If I can give them a 0 I could they Cancelled my Service without me knowing or saying and I wasnt even close near time for me to pay my bill now I have to pay them 70$ just to give them my phone back
Needed to port 3 lines over to T-mobile from Sprint. These folks had me out of there in 20 mins. Awesome service. Wasted a lot of time and money trying to get this done at the Springboro location.
The signal was been weak but the employees have always been very nice and helpful. They work hard to fix the problem.
Entire staff were very professional and knowledgeable. Stopped in on my way back from Cincinnati to Dayton.... Glad I did!Above and beyond. The salesperson worked hard to get the job done.

Everything in the store went fine, nice people. Like any cell store if you don’t want something you have to tell them no 10 times before they accept it. Not very knowledgeable about the deals they have going on, I had to pay extra on my bill because a phone line they told me would be included in my price was not. This was because they salesman tried to combine two different discounts, even I know you can’t do that. Still I was the one left to pay extra for their mistake.
Joey was very helpful in adding my wife to our framily plan. He was knowable about the new phone deals and prices. We were in and out in under an hour. Highly recommend working with Joey!
This store has not helped me with my phone its been the same issues for two weeks now.

Went in 11/29/17 around 6:15 pm. Not very friendly nor helpful. Will stick to the tricounty store. The guy that helped seemed like he was having a bad day. One of the employees with the dreads close the door in my face as he was leaving....very rude. The girl was nice.....at least she smiles. Just bad news all around and when he couldnt help he said well your bill is paid smh. I went to my online account and it says i made 10 out of 12 consecutive on time payments and will be eligible for 0 down soon when he told me I wouldnt be. Need more training if you ask me
