Not a great shopping experience for me. The bar seems to get lower ( concerning quality standards), every time I go in one of these stores, which is less, and less. I find myself becoming increasingly willing to pay more elsewhere, just to avoid going into a Wal-Mart.

Absolutely horrible. 1 cashier and after the 20 -30 minute wait for the checkout, she said All check out will be self-service soon. A sign of the end of US society. What is customer service now. This is a computer, please enter 6

Could be stocked better. Deli often understaffed or closed. Never / ever enough check out lanes open... Last half dozen visits none. I am not a fan of self check out!

Great store overall. Clean store and friendly associates. Had shelves stocked with items. Went to buy an air mattress and easily found what I was looking for. The price was slightly higher than I would have expected it to be from Walmart but still in line with the competition.

I went looking for a few specific items such as plastic trading card holders and a new tire for our car. The specific tire we were looking for was actually out of stock so we bought a similar one. The associate in the tire/auto department was friendly and helpful. Was unable to find the plastic trading card holders and when I asked an associate in the toy department for assistance he was rude and I ended up not getting them because I couldnt locate them.

This is a typical Walmart. Never been here when it is overly packed with people, which is nice. This store is easy to get in and out of. This store does have self checkout, which took a while to come to this store. I have had few interactions with the associates, but the ones I have had have been good. The store was fairly clean on my most recent visit.

The store seemed presentable from what I could tell with the areas of the store that I shopped in, it seemed fine but the stock was pretty low on everything that I seen, the only checkout lanes they had open were the self scan. Had to wait for an extended amount of time for a cashier to do a override, very frustrating!

They had me waiting for over 45 mins at the paint area and no one ever showed up,workers would just walk by like they didn’t want to do their job extremely unprofessional

I visited the store looking for items in the Home Goods department only. I found this department to be very well stocked. I found and purchased all the items on my list.

The cashier was so very nice, is the only positive thing I can say about this shopping experience. The store as usual, was filthy, shelves were not stocked. Most employees were in small groups laughing, dancing and gossiping, while the customers were left to fend for themselves. This Walmart needs self checkouts, hell were taking care of ourselves anyway, why not give us the full employee experience? I only went there because my Drs office sent my prescription to the wrong store. I avoid this store at all costs. Just like the surrounding neighborhoods, this has become a graffiti covered, trashed parking lot, crime riddled part of the worst areas of Cincinnati. This area used to be where people tried to buy a home in. Now homeowners are selling, at a huge loss because of the attitudes and actions of the citizens who reside there. No thank you, is now my answer to anyone asking me to shop there.

Always find what I need at a reasonable price. Self check outs always busy. Wish there were more live registers!

The ONLY place in town that has paint markers.(to be fair, I only checked: Auto Zone, Tractor supply, Meijers, Lowes, and Walmart) Needing a paint marker for car repair. They are in the crafts section if anyone is looking 👀. They have a nice selection of tips, and colors.😬

There were no carts, the greeter was playing inspector gadget with the receipts and bags, kind of a nuisance.

Like every other Walmart. Today the shelves were stocked except the poptarts were pretty bare. There were several employees moving things around in ladies clothing making it a bit crowded but they were polite. Shoe selections are a joke, no nice dress shoes for ladies who want something besides plain black flats.

They had two registers open it took forever to check out. The self-serve checkouts were open but I had a basket for groceries. The person that checked me out was friendly and very helpful.

Love that I can still get reasonable prices on my BBQ meat needs (brisket whole packer) full slab pork ribs are a must here also

Customer Service isnt open until 7am?? The store opens at 6. I wouldnt have wasted an hour of my morning getting there at Store opening. NO POSTED HOURS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! The money center has no posted hours. Just One more reason I despise this COMPANY.

The greeter didnt say anything at all just gave me a rude look. Most of what I was shopping for was out of stock. When you do have to talk to an employee. They seem as though your bothering them. Worst Walmart ever!!!

Love it!!! Very clean, awesome customer service, employees are very helpful and knowledgeable about their store. They also have a great selection, sizes and styles of Russell sports wear, my man and I love it. (I bought me a couple of zip up jackets)(all eyes on me!😷😆 overall its a great store!!!!!

Inventory was low in the drug section bandage area. Hopefully they arent closing the Walmart stores as we have been hearing. Enjoy shopping there.

We bought spring flowers to plant in garden i also like the price i got them for, 8 large planters some hanging baskets still enjoying bought tomato plants cucumbers sunflower seeds and blankeye Suzy flowers to plant the rabbits ate the first batch 😄feed the animals ha ha....

Would have been a lot quicker if there was actually a cashier working. There 3 people standing around the self checkout...and none of them were friendly or helpful.

I went in attempting to make a return. I ordered an item online and received it damaged. They would not accept the item at their location because the printer for labeling the item for shipping was not working properly. They told me I needed to go to a FedEx location to get a label printed. I went to two different FedEx locations one was in Walgreens and the other was a privately owned franchise. Both of those places were unable to print labels for me and the second location for me that I needed to go to a corporate owned location. So now I have been driving around for over an hour and a half and still have not been able to return the item. Very frustrating. Youd think they would just accept the item and hold it so the printer is repaired and then continue their return process at their location. Very poor service in my opinion.

Horrible experience. Nobody took care of the cars and parking lot was a mess. I had a foot injury and out of 3 separate occasions, leaving because there was no scooters available for the handicapped, I encountered 3 different staff who were not at all interested in helping a customer. I rarely speak out against establishment and their staff but this was unacceptable.

Looked up the price of an item before I went on walmart.com got there and the price was different at the register. They fixed it as soon as I brought it up and showed them. Super pleased with my experience.

Friendly staff took the time to try and find the birthday gift I needed. They didnt have exactly what I needed but helped me find something.

Most items not marked with price and the price on shelf way too small to read. With no price check stations anywhere has made shopping this store a hassle.

Didnt have to wait for a self check-out to open. Was able to get in & out quickly, which was a nice change not having to waste 15 minutes to a half hour in line waiting to check-out.

I do not like visiting this Walmart. It is a very dirty, unorganized, wreck of a store. You can never seem to find an employee to help you and when you do find an employee they are clueless. The management is never around and when you ask someone to find a manager they take another hour to show up! And dont even get me started on the customer servucr center and money center. Overall this Walmart is a disaster! I wish Middletown had a Target! This review was a little harsh. Its not too bad of a store.

Walmart is a good cheap option for food, clothes, auto stuff, and just about anything else you can think of. However, you will experience long lines, and you wont find many people milling around to help you locate an item. I have had good and bad experiences at this particular location when interacting with staff who are NOT cashiers and I would say my negative experiences outweigh the positive ones. Having said that I am nearly always met with a friendly cashier. Generally the cashiers are hard working, kind folks, who sincerely care about the customers.Walmart knows where to put its employees who are good with people. Just wish they would stash one or two out on the floor to help me find the odd item once in awhile.Last thing, when I buy something from walmart, I now own it forever. I know they have returns but the lines are usually so long its really not worth the 12.65 I paid for the random item I bought to stand in line for 1.5 hours. (I havent returned anything since the pandemic hit so it might be different now).Go forth and purchase my friends!

A middle aged man just propositioned my pregnant, 20 year old daughter, just feet from the male greeter. She tried to get the greeters attention, who was totally oblivious. She was extremely scared and uncomfortable. The least they can do is try to make sure their patrons feel safe.

I know a lot of people that works their and they treat there employees awful just awful. The lady manager I got her name myself its Diane and she treats her customers and employees terrible. I even witnessed 1 of the days cause I was shopping. Hard to get help and I know the store phone has to work cause I called stayed on 15 minutes one day so I kept hitting redial all that day and no one would answer phone.no manager or front end cashiers in office. I see them running around the store in pairs laughing there work day away. serious this has got to stop 🛑.

The staff is friendly, store is clean but like many many places due to Covid stock is limited due to staffing issues.

Walmart is my go to place when Im looking special things for ny daughter. They have an awesome selection of craft supplies. Which is what I usually need.

I was very embarrassed by a door greeter. I had a 3 lb dog in my arms that is an emotional support animal. He pointed at a sign and said she was not allowed in. Only service animals. Please let him know that emotional support animals qualify. He was very rude. I spend a lot of money with Walmart. Ill bet I wont now!

Very clean store. There were a few items that I wanted that werent marked on the shelf and couldnt find a price checker. Also an item that was mismarked on the sign and rang up different at the register.

This place is a joke and mason thank you for not coming back and helping my husband with an online order like you said you would. They never answer the phones and are very rude. Ill never go back you lost a customer.

Big, clean, had what I needed and the staff were kind when I had questions about where things were. Hooked me right up they did.

Bargain items come and go as inventory. Not all items are bargain price. Departments are spread out through the large store. Unless a customer does shelf check out the wait time is long. But Walmart can fulfill the shopper needing groceries cleaning chemicals gardening supplies and power tools also Electronics inside the same store. DreamBones dog bones.

Store was not clean, and as usual, 3 lanes to check out are open with multiple customers attempting to check out, making the line very ling. Getting stopped at the exit door to show a receipt is ludacris. All items are bagged and youve just left the turnstyle. I highly doubt that we, housewives, have any stolen merchandise. Just another slow down from an already tiring experience, just to catch...no one...because we all have paid! Walmart, please, please stop this practice! If you cannot trust your customers, maybe you should close up shop and move to a more affluent neighborhood.

Showed up to get an item that was said to be in stock online but was not in stock. I would absolutely try and call although I doubt you’ll get anyone to answer the phone these days but I would try and call to confirm that the item was there after you have confirmed that it is their online.
