Nick did a great job and answered my constant questions as I like to try to take care of my appliances/equipment etc. I picked this company from a big list and was not disappointed. He was very thorough and knowledgeable and explained all aspects of my system and its status. Having recently moved into a house with many issues, I was glad to find out that the mechanical aspects of my old system is not one of them.

TERRIBLE COMPANY. Doesn’t care about customers needs in the MIDDLE of summer. Told us it was going to take a week to get parts, it’s been 3 weeks. Even gave us a date and that day came and went with no call. Every time I call, I either can’t reach anyone or am told I’ll get called back about my part and never get called back. Called today to find out why they aren’t doing their jobs and the receptionist cops an attitude with me with no empathy for the fact that I have no A/C with an infant in my home and then hangs up when I call her out on her attitude and wants to blame everything on our home warranty company even though they are responsible for communicating with us and have refused to do so. Don’t waste your money on people who don’t care about you as a customer and only cares about making money.

Added central air to very complicated home set up. They were very honest and professional. Scott and Barry and owner all went over and beyond to help me as much as possible. My home is much more comfortable because of their great work and honesty!! I will recommend them to any one I know that has HVAC needs!

They installed a mini split system incorrectly, then had to return to add a pump on the system which shorted out the circuit board. They ordered the wrong circuit board to replace it. The technician didn’t show up when scheduled. Meanwhile the heat index is 97’ and I didn’t have a/c. It is now 6 weeks into this problem. The communication was unprofessional and they offered no compensation for my inconvenience. I am paying $250/mo on a system that is useless.

Michael from Living Comfort HVAC helped me out quickly and thoroughly when I reached out to the company about having issues with my furnace blowing heat. Within the same day he was able to come out and diagnose problems in both of my furnaces which are both very old and have some unique qualities. The next day, Michael returned again to clean and tune up both of my furnaces, and within a couple of hours was able to remedy years of overdue maintenance left from the previous owner. Extremely happy with Living Comfort HVACs service and am happy to sign up for their annual furnace maintenance for peace of mind that my heating system will continue to function efficiently and safely

My experience with Living Comfort was fantastic from beginning to end! Our Nest thermostat stopped working in June just as it was getting hot. I got a recommendation for Living Comfort from Angies List and called immediately.The woman who answered my call could not have been sweeter. Understanding I had no air in 85 degree weather, she said shed have someone at my home that evening.Barry came on time & what a great guy! He was there a couple of hours, figured out the electrical problem to our Nest system and only charged us the service fee.I highly recommend this company. Barry was very knowledgeable and the customer service was outstanding.

The answering service returned my call within minutes. The service tech called to give me a heads up on his arrival time. When he figured out my problem he took the time to show me and explain everything! I cant say enough of the wonderful service i received... Special thanks to Barry H! I want to invite him for thanksgiving dinner😀

BEWARE...contacted them for a maintenance program. Was told it would cost $240. They said the appointment would be at 8 am. The guy was 1 hour late. He said he does know about $240. He said you have to join their club for $20 a month, cant be paid in full at time of service. That is the $240 I was quoted. He wants to tack another $99 if I join the club so the REAL price is $339...sounds like a bait and switch. If you get any service from them get it in writing up front. Do not do monthly billing. It cost me the time I had to take off work.

I hired Living Comfort HVAC to install a minisplit system in an addition we are building as well as to run a new line set for an existing mini split and run dryer and bath fan ducting. The job should have taken one and a half days max to complete. The first day they were on site for an hour and a half and did not get much done. They kept giving me excuses why they were not onsite for days. They finally came back about 3 days later at 3pm with 2 guys and told me it would be complete that day. One of the guys fell from a latter and broke or sprang his ankle so they could not complete it. I was understanding of this and they said they would be back again to complete a few days later when he was healed. They kept sending him over with an injury expecting him to complete the job. They following weekend they sent their service manager over to complete the job on Saturday. He was not able to get it done that day either because he showed up around 3. He said he would be back on Sunday to complete. I was here with him all day and we finally thought it was complete. I showed up monday to the condensate pump leaking and the the line sets leaking all over the drywall from them tearing up the insulation around it. This was the last straw with this company. The bath fan exhaust they were supposed to install to code was not installed correctly. They drilled a 4 inch hole in the middle of the floor for the dryer ducting because they did not have the material to properly install it in the wall. I talked to the technician about it before he did it and he still put it in the floor. I had to re run the dryer ducting, finish the bath fan ducting, take out the pump (which they took with them), re insulate the line sets and install a water tight drain for the existing minisplit my self. They required a 2000 dollar deposit for which I had to correct all their faulty work. I fired the company before they could install the actual units and they were supposed to let me know how much they had in the job so we could work something out. I gave Ken 2 weeks at sent him a text asking if he has come up with any numbers and he said no. I text him a week later saying surely you have some numbers after 3 week. He did not communicate back on that text and now it has been a month and still no communication from their end.

I’ve been using them for a little over a year for my a/c and heating Barry is the best always does great work communicates well about the problem and doesn’t quit till he feels like the job is done and done well! Living comfort couldn’t ask for a better worker!

Called due to furnace not lighting up. Showed up 10 minutes early for appointment, easily diagnosed and fixed issues, and charged reasonable fee when my home warranty wouldnt cover it. Tech was professional, courteous, & seemed very knowledgeable. Would definitely call again!

I called Living Comfort in the afternoon as my furnace was bad but since my A/C was old I wanted a quote on both, they came the same day and gave me a very fair price on both. They installed A/C and furnace the very next day complete and I now have a very efficient furnace and A/C . I am very pleased as it’s been over a year now and my heating and air conditioning have been a big savings on my utility bills.

Unnecessary repair with $400 fee that did not fix the problem! Then came out again to try to sell me another part that would also not have fixed the problem, so I said no. I want my money back because they did not fix what they said they would.
