Very slow maintenance response, consistent water and septic issues. The office staff, admittedly does their best, the problem is the owners themselves. Instead of correcting issues, they would rather have minimal patch jobs done which only compound issues within the community. It is public record that at least 2 tenants have fallen ill due to the lack of response to have issues repaired, primarily the septic and stray animals that can be found within the community.Any attempt to discuss these issues with the office is met with defensiveness and rudeness. It does not matter if you rent or own here, you are a paycheck and any attempt to find resolution to these problems is a moot gesture. Compounding the issues is the fact that the maintenance crew are all wonderful when they get to you, but the inadequate tools and material provisioned make their jobs take even longer than what could be deemed as unacceptable by any standard.Its saddening to say this, but the community sits in a perfect location for the area and could easily flourish, but the maintenance of the community and utter disrespect you are met with once you move in is horrid. If you can go somewhere other than here, it would be highly recommended to do so.The other added joy of the community is the slow notification of problems. We have had a water tanker sit out in front for days before anyone knew about needing to rapid boil their water before drinking, which has become a monthly occurrence, minus the tanker.Tenant parking is basically non-existent, you have to park in the grass, which more than one tenant has had their vehicle get stuck and require a tow-out. If you own a manufactured home, then you have paved parking provisioned.In short, this community has potential, but as it sits currently, go elsewhere if at all possible.

The right side of the trailer brake is very nice and a cup of beautifully when you go to the lower half on the opposite side of the road you cannot even drive to the trailers what happened today in about 20 potholes Ive actually popped more than one tire trying to get in and out of the lower half of Castle High grown up in the area my whole life one thing Ive never changed in all the years Ive lived here is the potholes at Castle.

Constantly having water issues here. “Maintence” is always very slow to respond to any issues the park has. The roads are horrible during the winter. Theirs pot holes all over the place.
