They have a nice facility and friendly staff. I happen to show up on a test ride event day. So I got to hang out with a bunch of motorcycle enthusiasts!

These guys are the GREATEST people. They got my buddy and me back on the road when we had bike issues in the middle of our road trip. They didnt gouge us in any way. In fact, they treated us like theyve known us for decades. I wish they were closer to my hometown.

I am a easy going kind of guy and it doesnt take much to make me happy, and when I dropped off my old 1996 R1100RT for some issues I was really expecting to get back my old bike pretty much like I dropped it off but with the issued resolved. But let me tell you when I picked up the old girl it truly was like getting on a new bike. It hasnt ran that good in some time. I was truly impressed with the difference it made.Thank you Doug, Jeff and the rest of the crew at BMW Motorcycles of Greater Cincinnati. You are the best.

Recommended: Like Motohio in Cbus, its a nice, clean and fairly friendly place - staff are pretty competent and the Allen family is very cool. They host nice events and rides. Sometimes BMW of GC lists lower prices than their sister store in Columbus. The site is a little new, and because the parts/service/sales sections are separated, its hard to just hang out and check bikes out like some dealerships - especially if you are exhausted and sat in the car for a while. Its no fault of theirs that I ramble and felt forced to chat. Heard they may have a café/coffee setup there sometime - that would be great. Give them a try. 5 stars if you compare to many other dealers.Feb 2020 - Reluctantly, I bought a used 10 GSA here. Little bit of a snafu between the dealer and BMW FS, but smoothed that out on my drive there (not without making me feel like I had annoyed them - I was more than happy enough to just walk away). Only a couple issues with the bike as received - the rear brake reservoir was dry and the trans fluid was (wrong/old?) affecting shifting, so it wasnt 100% ready to ride - consider this when you are not mechanically inclined. However, sales folks were 100% honest - they made no indication that a tech had reviewed it and provided no inspection sheet, etc. I am sure they will accommodate your needs - just ask. Id definitely buy from them again (and I am already shopping for another bike hah)

I would like to let everyone know that I had a wonderful service experience yesterday at BMW of Greater Cincinnati in Middletown Ohio. I was treated like family. Had very pleasant interactions with all the staff and was made to feel their appreciation and support. I was there for a long update on my R1250GSA. Every one there made sure I was comfortable and answered all my questions and concerns and took their time doing so. The update was a total success and my BMW is running Soooo Smooth. Thanks to Doug, Jeff, Kirt and the Staff. BMW of Greater Cincinnati is in my opinion is the Go To Motorrad Dealership in the Region.04/26/21, I had another great service experience at BMW Motorcycles of Greater Cincinnati. Cannot ask for better treatment, I enjoyed my visit and once again was treated like Royalty. The service department was fast and efficient, they replaced my front brakes and I experienced a day and night difference in braking performance on my R1250GSA. Thank you and I look forward to the next visit.

Kirk, the person running the shop, taught me things about my R1200GS that I didn’t even know. Worth the 45 min drive. Ashley in service researched the parts I needed to get the right fit for the best price. This place has a lot of passion.

Friendly employees, quick work, came in under estimate.Only knock is not on the dealership but on BMW. Perhaps if you didnt need Devine intervention to find dealerships youd sell more motorcycles. Ive had two, that werent close to begin with, go out of business.

Stopped in on a day off recently and was met with a warm welcome and the familiar feel of an enthusiast driven business. Both Marty and Cameron were a pleasure to speak with and its exciting to see the facility evolve around the mindset of embracing the experience of both purchasing a bike as well as owning one. I’d like to thank Doug and the mechanic at the Cincinnati BMW shop for fixing the mess BMW of Louisville made of my bike. Louisville over torqued the rear wheel by 100 ft/lbs and they used the wrong size Allen wrench on the front axle and brake rotor. They had to heat the bolts to loosen them. After 4 hours and a lot of work I was ready to roll!

Very happy this dealership is here.I stopped in and bought charger for my bike.Friendly staff and knowledgeable.This ownership also in Columbus and same way run.They are asset to your community true motorcyclists.I will be back !

Kirk and Marty are fabulous people to deal with!Im over 65 years old and I have bought and sold over a hundred motorcycles, at times its like pulling teeth. Not so with BMW of greater Cincinnati extremely Pleasant cut to the chase made a great deal and had it done in less than an hour. ( how cool is that ) I highly suggest support of this relatively new dealership its a great local ASSETPS s1000xr these young kids on sportbikes keep getting in my way.
