I purchased bench made dining hutch a few years back. It is a very expensive piece of furniture. I have had nothing but trouble with the hutch. A few months after delivery the doors became very difficult to open. I have been going back-and-forth with customer service and yesterday they simply said it is what it is it is the weather. I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service it is taken years for resolution and for me the final resolution is completely and totally unacceptable. Perhaps they made the doors just a little bit too big to begin with. The other solution in my mind is that instead of having the doors fit inside the frame and doors could have simply closed outside the frame like a normal kitchen cabinet. Nonetheless I am left with an extremely expensive piece of furniture that often is left with the doors ajar because they cannot be closed completely. I did purchase a round table again bench made that is beautiful and has given me no problems.

Plenty of options, very solid pieces (literally heavy wood) in all sorts of styles. Jose was extremely helpful, ensuring I was helped in store as well as getting my delivery to me in a timely manner.
