We always shop around when we purchase furniture, but have always ended up back at Dan Dan due to their selection and prices. We are so very satisfied with this company. The first time we were their was to buy a couch because are house was flooded & we had to get rid of all our furniture. When they found out this they made a special delivery of our couch two hours after we purchased it. We just bought a box spring, mattress and frame. They gave us a delivery time of 2:00-5:00 they were at my house at 2:00 sharp. The delivery guys were so respectful. It sure is nice knowing that there is a great furniture company. Huge selection. Friendly and helpful staff. My wife and I walked in with our kids to mattress shop, the sales person (I believe his name was Tyler) was awesome. Instead of taking us to the high end mattress for our kids, he took us to the kid friendly prices ones. I came here not knowing exactly what I wanted but when I arrived the worker was very kind and welcoming. I felt as if he was a friend and not a businessman. He even helped me with straps bec the bed I got wouldnt fit in my Jeep. The merchandise in the store was amazing, I will definitely refer this place to friends and family, and I myself will most definitely be coming back.

My salesman was wonderful but unfortunately the mattress itself that I bought was not up to par. After speaking to the owner I was told that he would not stand behind the product he sold, and would not provide a refund or any resolution to the issues. Also would not return my calls after attempting several times. Save yourself time and money and buy from a more reputable seller. There are many online mattress retailers that offer 90 day in house trials and free returns if you are not satisfied, unfortunately Dan Dan is not that type of retailer.

My husband and i needed a quees size mattress and box spring. Went in and were greeted by Justin. We told him what we needed and what our budget was. He did not, even once, try to talk us into spending more. When we got our selection home we found that the box spring wouldnt fit in our stairwell. We went back and pulled in as he was locking up. Instead of turning us away he found a solution to our problem, and all with a smile on his face. It is refreshing to walk into a furniture store and not feel pressured to buy bigger/better/pricier. I will be shopping at Dan Dans for a long time because of Justin.

We went in to just look for ideas for a recliner and met Dan himself. He was so kind and accommodating. He showed us every selection and explained all items and what they offered. We spent well over an hour with him, not only talking about his product, but just having friendly conversations about his family and ours. He made us feel like home. Never have I been in a place so warm and exceeding all our expectations.Previously purchased sofa several months ago and didn’t meet the owner and had great experience then too.Different customers would pop in and he would excuse himself so politely. We decided on a great product but couldn’t take it that minute so he had it wrapped up that day and ready for us to come back in a few hours and then put right on our truck and tied in for us. Never have we had such great service with any other company and we will be back for our furniture needs!

Took my sister to have her check out some beds for my nephew, (she got a quote from another place that day and it was a rip off). I mentioned that I had purchased my own bed at Dan Dans for a great price.. Dan was very informative, honest and kind. He was able to get her a bed for a very reasonable price. His employees were also generous, they secured the bed to my sisters Jeep (provided the straps that I will return soon) and we took it home that day. I bought a motorized recliner chair, a bed, along with a kitchen table and chairs, not quite a year ago.My motorized recliner chair cord wasnt working properly and wouldnt close in an upright position. I called Dan Dan the mattress Man to see if they could fix it. They sent their truck over and picked the chair at 4:30 p.m. on a Monday and delivered it back to me the very next day by 1 p.m. with a complete new cord. No charge!I dont usually write reviews, but I cannot let this type of customer service go unnoticed.Their friendliness, their knowledge and their willingness to go that extra mile for their customers is almost unheard of nowadays.I will always do my business from now on with them and I also highly recommend them to everyone.Thanks so much Dan Dan the mattress Man!! 😁

I went to Dan Dan The Matress Man looking for a nice sectional. I ending up ordering a couch online thinking I was getting a better deal(coleman furniture). When the furniture arrived the sectional was backwards from what ordered(with a representative from their company). I called the company to get this resolved as the 3,500 dollars I spent on furniture now was completely unusable and would not fit correctly . They REFUSED to help after multiple calls the best solution they ordered was me paying a restocking fee and shipping and handling that came to the amnt of 1,300 dollars. After so much stress on the phone they said your order is arrived exactly how you ordered it. As a last resort I called Dan Dan the Matress man in hopes he might be able to help. He fixed all of my problems and never asked me for any compensation. He just literally felt bad for my experience. He has gained my buisness for life and if your smart you too will see through the cheaper online prices..

Bought a slim mattress for my daughter today and forgot the tie down straps. Sarah the sales lady, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! We were in and out in 10 minutes AND when I told her that we didnt have straps to tie the mattress down she said her guys would take care of it. I got two free brand new ratchet tie down straps! Dan Dan’s is a great place to buy a mattress or furniture. The staff are extremely nice and don’t bare down on you all the time like in other furniture stores. However, if you ask for help, they will lead you to what you are looking for without pressuring the sale. Also, unlike many furniture stores now, they keep a lot of the furniture in stock so you can take it home that day a lot of the time. In addition to this, if you can’t find something you like they have a kiosk with an absolutely massive screen to order something from. The screen is great from seeing things bigger than what a typical computer would show. They also have an immense amount of beds that give you a chance to see how firm or soft you like in a mattress. This is something that online mattress shopping can not replicate.

Recently purchased a sectional along with a bed and a full bed set form Dan Dan. I personally received great service and they had very competitive pricing. Alex in Midland was great to work with, very informational and helpful. Would recommend to anyone to stop in and see them to look for anything you are trying to add to your home.

$99.99 to deliver a mattress?!?! I bought my last mattress from you guys and it was $40 and twice the distance. Art Van does free delivery on mattresses so I dont really have a choice. UPDATE: You had the mattress we wanted and for less but the delivery price made it $50 more. Maybe you could come down in delivery prices for return customers.

Our mattress had a sinking point and was under warranty. This store contacted the manufacturer who confirmed they would look at it and see if they could fix it. Dan offered to lend us a store van (and 2 workers if we wanted to pay) to transport our mattress and bring it back to the store, and they also gave us a brand new loaner mattress while ours was being repaired. Our mattress was fixed, we borrowed the van again to pick up our mattress and bring the loaner back. Dan, thank you for all of your assistance. I truly didnt expect a situation like this where we didnt have to pay a dime and you stuck to your word. You can expect my husband and I as customers when we need to purchase furniture in the future. Thank you for your integrity!

We bought a bunk bed with a futon bottom from here in Midland. The kids tried it out and were very happy. But when delivery time came the top matress wasnt the pillow top matress (which we paid extra for.) They delivered a box spring matress. No pillow top. Definitely dont recommend if you want honest business.
