Eric Rice was so professional and helpful. After speaking to another associate that said Home Depot did not offer a service I knew they did. He came and helped us out and took care of us. He was fast and efficient.

I have driven here twice from Big Spring which is 45 miles. The first time the guy told me he didnt know anything about floor glue and nobody else was here to help me. So, I researched myself and figured out what I needed. I called and was told 6 were in stock. I once again drove over and when I finally got help was simply told I guess we dont have it. I searched until I found it, however it was on the top shelf. After asking for a manager twice I am still standing here after 30 minutes for someone to get my item!FRUSTRATED!

Ordered everything I needed off line. They said that they had everything. Apparently they didntSo instead of just calling me and telling me that I would need to wait till it came in, they cancelled my order. Then while I was trying to get it figured out the customer service lady just hangs the phone up on me cause. I will never do business here again. Lowes will get my business for now on.

Came in looking for a few specific things. One was a plastic tool box. They had 7 in stock, and they were all broken the same way. Everything else was good.

Pretty Much Good Tools Cones And Stuff From The Home Depot.

Bought a $700 double stack Husky toolbox. The girl at the register called 5x for someone to help load it. No one ever showed so after waiting 30 minutes for help I finally asked a customer to help me load it. The toolbox was already put together when I bought it and they didnt do a very good job of it because the top portion fell off and its ruined now.... $700 down the drain because of Home Depts neglect. Thank alot. Ill never buy another thing from there because of this. Ever

The employees were polite & helped me find what I was looking for, and helped get a purchase that was heavy into my car.

No one wants to make eye contact with you for fear of having to help you... . If its something easy maybe but let it get complicated and they act like they will help them disappear and not come back! They need ChikFiLa training. Customers are why you have a job.....

Bought new washer and dryer from here and bought the install package with it. They only installed the dryer saying they did not like the washer fittings in my laundry room. Called home depot install place and was put on hold for 20 only to be disconnected 3 times. Not very happy

Went to Customer Service about Dewalt drill I was problems with. CS sent me to rentals???? for assistance. Guy there tells me I need to call 800 number for service. I told the guy I bought drill a year ago. Service plan was never part of purchase. Guy then tells me nothing they can do. Called Dewalt for authorized service center. Found one in Odessa. Within 1 minute at Dewalt service center, drill was fixed. Imagine customer service from.a place that values your business. Another example of why living in Midland SUCKS!!!!

It was ok just very busy place and hard time finding everything that was needed . Like duct tape who dont no what duct tape is lol. I finally located some with the electrical tape.

They have a tool box label at 129.99 i went to the cashier and they said no. The customer in front of me was honored that price but not me. I never buy from lowes again. Its not my fault they not labels price right not mention i was 1 hour looking/waiting for help. Hiw do you think i feel the custumer in front of me had a discount and not me.

I opened this store in 1997-98. I haven’t been back since 2000 when I moved away. I didn’t expect it to look like I left it, but it’s a wreck of a store. It literally looked better 23 years ago. Like it’s been downscaled. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Here in midland robert was amazing helping us and we really enjoyed him assisting us definitely recommend coming here for anything you need

Well its midland so some compromise must be made. Bought a grill took a while to retrieve from overhead storage. Took longer to assemble than to buy so I guess that speaks to the good.

Love my Husky job box and love curbside pick-up.

I tend to go to Lowes but decided to try my luck today. I can go there to complete any of my Honey Dos. The staff was courteous and the check out was quick around midday during the week. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because it did seem a bit cluttered and messy in certain isles. Other than that it was a good experience.

Only issue is it harder to use my military discount.

Bought a new dremel saw-max, when I got home and opened the new tool. Looked like it was used before, and just super glued the package closed. The tool was missing a few pieces, stuck as the internal washer and the tighting tool. The instruction book package was open. Highly disappointed in this store.

Employees there are always willing to help.

This store was well organized, well stocked and clean. People have their favorites I guess. I used to assume that Lowes was somehow better than HD. However I realized there is at least one item that HD does better for me and that is light bulbs, since HD carries many 3000K LEDs, and I think 3000K renders colors way better than 2800K or 5000K. So I have started coming back to HD and I they are very good.

Good place for quality network, Cable TV, and A/V cables at reasonable prices. Some of the cables Ive purchased there are of better quality than what BB down the road sells!

Great experience this time, I was in and out pretty quick. I was surprised though that not a single employee approached me to ask if I needed help finding anything, there wasnt any employees at the doors or the self checkouts either.

Most of the people friendly and will help you find things. Lots of stuff to pick from so a person shouldnt have a problem finding what they need. Girl in paint department went out of her way to help me find some spray paint.

Juan, the store manager, went above and beyond to find an item that we had misplaced in the store. My teenage daughter was beside herself in not being able to locate the item. Juan walked with her through every isle that we had shopped helping her search. They found the item and she was so relieved.. thank you home depot for keeping us well served. They will keep our future business with warm regards and much respect.

The lawnmower I wanted was located two stories up on a big, unopened pallet at the top of a rack. Unfortunately, the lift was broken, and despite multiple attempts to get it working over the course of an hour, the guys helping me could never reach the mower. To make it right, they sold me a more expensive mower for the price of the one I wanted. I was very satisfied with both the discount and their tireless efforts. Five stars and kindest thanks, guys.

Quick trip and thanks to the app, I was able to walk straight to the aisle and bay I needed. I grabbed what I went for and made a speedy self checkout then got back home within 15 minutes.

I was impressed with how well stocked this store is even with the pandemic. It didnt matter which department I looked in they all had what I needed. And there was an employee who was as helpful as I have ever found!

This might be my first negative review. Terrible customer service tonight with 3 different employees. There was a vendor there that was more helpful than the HD employees. Just a reminder of why I normally go to Lowes!

Took 20 min to get help for lumber

Stopped by for a Xmas tree. Lady in the garden area was rude. I couldnt understand what price she was saying, due to her mask and accent. Then I asked to have the tree trimmed and wrapped, she said now. They dont do that. I dont here there is a whole area 20ft away that wraps and trims the tree. She got exasperated with me and finally called for someone to come back and help me. I would have done it myself, but last year they wouldnt let me.

I was working out of town as a contractor at this location. I accidentally walked off and left one of my power tools. The management called my office to let me know they had it and held on to it for me until the next time i was in town. Its good to know home depot has good folks working for them. They saved me a couple hundred bucks!

Strange store. Seems like the staff are more important than the customers. I was minding my own business looking at fasteners and this guy who had to pull something down from above or do work on inventory tried to hurry me along because he had work to do. I found it very rude and inconsiderate.

Literally never answer the phone. Ive called on multiple occasions for long durations at a time and have never even once had someone answer. Good luck with this store. I would recommend Lowes or a different Home Depot.

HD has earned my business for life (at least in this location and in Houston, where Im from). There is outstanding customer service in every department that Ive been to and their product selection, quality, and warranty is as good as I expect from a store this successful. The employees are quick to ask if I need help and are knowledgeable and patient with finding the right product or solution to my needs. I am writing this review to commend some employees that were extremely helpful on my recent visit, Robert A., Jansen, Kiondra, Loretta, and Billy in electrical/garden/customer service. I live next to another big box store where the employees are usually incompetent (lets say inexperienced or not well-trained) and they dont carry products that should be common and easy to find so its worth it to make the drive to HD for my home improvement needs.

I really do like Home Depot. Im having to fix bathroom plumbing troubles and various other things which are needing my prompt attention. Being disabled, Im not able to do everything thats in need, but I am doing what Im capable of doing, with each & every months disability pension, as I receive it.

If I could give this company no stars.. I would.. .I ordered some outdoor pizza ovens and pizza kits for Christmas over 2 weeks ago.. the site said will receive before Christmas.. will be here by the 15th.. Called the Midland store on the 14th.. They assured me they would be here on the 15th.. Tonight the 18th. I still had not received an email..so...I called the store again.. who had to connect me with their pro online people.who proceed to tell me...no Pizza ovens.. and the manufacturer is out of stock.. so their has been absolutely no movement on them...Well now wouldnt that have been nice to know.. becauso now.. here I am having to wait 5 business days for a refund... which means.. no money til maybe Christmas Eve.. or the day after..Thanks Depot.. That was my kids Christmas..and now because the money isnt gonna be there in time.. No Christmas under the Tree..So a little advice there Depot.. be up front and honest on your site... and with the customer..And to your pro specialist on the phone..that informed me.. there would not be a survey to rate her.. maybe not.. but I can say right here.. horrible service..

Very unorganized place. All the isles are blocked off and the employees are fighting for the forklift. Been waiting for 30 minutes to be let in the isle or material. My hometown home depot is waaaay better! The longer I have to wait the more money I lose.

This store seems to always be out of 1/2 inch fittings . They never order enough product . It very agravating.
