They sold me a lemon. Tried to sell a $2000 car for 7. I paid 5. Drove 300 miles and blew two hoses, parking brake failed, radio stopped working, and the battery died. Of course I signed paperwork saying I bought it “as is”. That was my mistake. Legally, they are justified. Morally? They should have sold the car at auction for parts. On top of that, they tried to strong arm me more than any dealer I’ve ever bought from. Do not give them your business.

The finance manager which I don’t remember his name was a very dishonest person as he didn’t inform me the reason why I couldn’t buy a car from them, and he referred me to go somewhere else as my credit was good to buy whatever vehicle I wanted. And I found out my credit was poor, and I wish he would’ve told me. So this is a very bad place to stop and buy a car.

We bought a car from them in 2012. It was a 2010 so we test drove it and everything seemed great especially liked the fact that it was a newer car. Boy were we wrong in the past 4 years we have fixed the ac at least 3 times, the engine has given us so many issues and we have paid thousands of dollars in fixing this car. This car is a lemon and now practically every system in this car has shut down and we have to throw thousands into this car again. I will never buy from them or trust them with our business again. No wonder they pushed this car on us so hard, they knew it was a ticking time bomb and for our young family they have really screwed us over.

This was my second visit to the car store . My first experience was great my second one wasnt good . I went there to trade my Crown Victoria with 85 thousand easy miles on, and get myself a pickup so I could pull my horse trailer, and various other trailers, and tasks I need to accomplish.I walked in and asked for a good running mechanicaly sound pickup that would pull a horse trailer.I got a 2008 Dodge ram that had shorts in the lights, that had been wrecked in the front, and only has 3 bolts holding the front bumper on the vehice, and in addition to this i discover the entire towing ackage has been romoved the evening we recieved the truck we noticed that there was a short on the passenger side headlight the reverse light on the same side doent work. I had to put brakes on it within 2 weeks of buying it . The tires all barely passed inspection after I fixed these problems myself as best I could on a limited budget. I resent this, because when a company says they sell certified preowned vehicles as it says on the tailgate of my pickup (which doesnt open without a screwdrivers help! ) I expect the vehicle to a least be inspectable .The first time I bought a vehicle the car store inspected and registered had the oil changed, and had a water pump fixed that went out on that vehicle .right on the first day they had no problems making it right. However this time when I speak to them about it they dont seem to be to worried about it. The shorts in the headlight never got fixed until I traced it down . The certified mechanic stated to me that he couldnt get the driver side fog light in because the bumper is bent up. I discovered that the air filter compartent in the engine compartent isnt secured at all because of aftermarket eqipment had been removed . Then when we get the vehicle back home after they are supposed to have had these things fixed we dicovered that the aftermarket performance chip in the dodge is missing as well .My son dicovered that right away, and discovered it missing just as quickly. The truck is a good vehicle mechanically, unfortunatetly the car store did not want to fix all the minor things put new tail lights in it and paid for new foglights that i had to installl and put new wires where the old one in the bumper harness had been broken by the pressure of the wreck in the front breaking them. I had to remove the front bumper in order to doe this that is how i found out it only has 3 bolts holding it on. I also went to price a new radio console for it from dodge because the radio is messed up on the power button and auxillairy, and found out the factory radio was gone they radio was not the one that came standard in the truck it had been replaced with an older model dodge radio. I was told thats why the computer display in the top of the vehicle didnt work properly because the other part of the display located in the radio screen was missing. I gave the Car Store an opportunity to make this right they waited a couple weeks maybe less call me in on wedsnday, october 9th and trotted out a vehicle that was 7 yrs older with 50,000 more miles. I may be wrong, but this seemed to be a slap in the face to me. I took this to mean that they didnt care about it .they decided to try and get me worse by giving me an older vehicle with more miles that uses way more gasoline, and none of it made sense to me, because I thoght i was good and valued customer having bought and paid for a vehicle from this business in the past. I liked the guys that were there . I noticed that there was only a coulple people left from that time. My mistake was trusting a group of guys working in what I thought was an honest business .
