If you have an old boat motor that needs repaired. This is the place to go. This place is STUFFED with hard to find parts. Made my 1976 Johnson run like a new motor.

Im old school. I like my older, 2 stroke outboard motors. With that parts are getting rare. Still, every time I need a part, Pangborn has it.I was amazed recently. I needed a new key. I had the model number and year of motor. With that info the choice of keys can be narrowed down to 30 different keys. One of the employees suggested to try a #31 or #32 key. The key needed was in fact a #31. True experience like that cant be faked.Its been close to 2 years since I needed parts for one of my classic out board motor projects.Recently I needed to convert a 25 year old pull start out board to electric start. I sourced parts on the internet, but they were getting rare and priced accordingly.I called Pangborne and told them that I would rather spend my money locally if they had the parts I needed.They had no problem getting me my parts I needed...and they were 25 percent cheaper than going to the net!I would like to add, I always expect to run into some, small snag that prevents me from completing one of these projects. In this case, it was completely the opposite situation. All aquired parts fit perfectly! Start up was a complete successes!Thanks, Dave. I appreciate the 2 hours of cross refferencing part numbers.
