I fill up with about 50 gallons of water every few days. I tried using you guys and will not be using you all. The guy you have working first has a bad attitude. He’s probably scaring off many customers. Second I called over the phone and was offered one price for full service and one price for do it yourself. When I get to you new location(had a very hard time finding and way out of the way) your guy with a wonderful attitude told me I have to do full service at .45 a gallon. If I’m filling up 100’s of gallons how do you think that affects how much I pay over a year? Thanks for wasting my time.

Just got back from BYOB.We are new to Midland and my wife is really worried about the quality of the water. I went through the Google reviews and all I saw was complains about pricing and the service. I was worried about that. There is not another place that my wife would have trusted more. Excellent, honest employees that care and at such an awesome price! As soon as I pulled up, Bryan walked out and tried to help us. We personally would stand next to them in what they offer and quality! I dont care about the price when it comes to my daughter. If youre worried about cents to the dollar; then youre in the wrong city. Client for life, thank you Bryan!!!

Best water store in Midland Texas!! Friendly, fast, courteous staff are available curbside as soon as your pull in without having to even get out of my car or lift a finger. Customer service is the an impeccable A++ ! Water from this store is the hands-down best quality I have found in the Permian Basin yet. I will not trade elsewhere again.

I prefer BYOB water. I usually use the self serve machines, and I can definitely tell the difference compared to other places around Midland. Definitely worth driving a little further for better tasting water.

First time visiting. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Went here to fill up two 5 gallon jugs of water. First one filled up fine without a problem got to the second 5-gallon jug after putting in a 1.25 for the 5 gallons it only dispensed a quarter bottle. Told the person inside he came out wirh quarters and said the machine was working fine accuse me of lying. Lost a customer over $0.75. Gave the store back there $0.75 wont be back. This store is the thief not the customer.

Very horrible experience, rude, over priced, go to a self serve for a buck. They dont care or know what customer care is.

If you dont mind buying new bottles then this is the place for you. They will unload and reload your bottles for you, but will crack at least one every time. The first couple of times I complained, and they were not interested in making it right. At $20 each, I wont be going back.

Advertise 0.25/gal. Then when you walk in they charge you a lot more with no signs indicating this. Poor business model. I will not return
