Had to get a catalytic converter changed on my car ASAP and they knew that so they told me that they will put on a magnaflow high flow catalytic converter on it. And charged me for that. Just recently I had the other catalytic converter changed to a magnaflow When the other place put my car on the lift. Little did I know that Chavez Tire & Welding did NOT put on a magnaflow converter on my car. But they did charge me for it. Very disappointed.

We are down in Midland From Columbia MO visiting family for a funeral. I was getting off HWY 20 at the Greenwood Exist and hit what might be the largest sink hole (not the size of a pot at all) Ive ever hit. Blew two tires and nearly destroyed two custom wheels on our new conversion van. Luckily, Bill Williams Tire Repair was thoughtful enough to let us know that these guys, Chavez Tire and Welding, could fix us up and get us on the road and do it better. Takes a good company to send business somewhere else.I was able to walk in and within 45 seconds have the owner, Louis, tell me with cool confidence that they could get me fixed up. I wanted to see the machine that they use and learn more about it. Louis was happy to show me the process. They fixed both rims on the passenger side, repaired the tire pressure monitoring system with the proper equipment and got me out the door with a great gently used tire to match the rest. All for far less than any other repair facility would have charged.I own a construction company in Missouri. These guys are a real home team type of place. On a Friday they were slam packed because of the holidays that just past, but even so, Hector immediately greeted me with positive vibes and Chavez Tire had me in and out in 30 minutes tops! They fixed my bent rim, put my spare back in place, and checked my tire pressure. Good looking out Hector and rest if the crew!

Quickly helped me with the flat tire I had. They found the hole in the tire and patched it quickly, faster service than I expected.

These guys are great! Upon arrival it may seem very busy. But dont let that be your reason not to stop. These guys are the fastest. They had me in and out in about ten to fifteen minutes. Wonderful experience despite the situation!Went today (a Saturday) for a standard rotor replacement. I already had the rotors. My car waited less than an hour to be brought in for the replacement, and they worked really hard on my car - it had some calipers that were shot (even I could tell from looking at them), so it took a while. They stuck with the price they originally quoted me and were kind and courteous despite the extra work. I’ll be going back there to get those calipers replaced in the near future. I highly recommend this place!

Weve lived in Midland about a year and have had 3 flats and a dented rim from hitting a pothole. Theyve always been super helpful and we highly recommend them! The price has also been fair. Also they are extremely time efficient. : )

Do not go.I went to this scam shop to do my car alignment and he charged me 150$ but later I found later they didnt do anything because my tires looks worn out from inside so I went back to them to get my money back the owner refused and said that his employee spent time on the car and they got paid per hour.

The service was very prompt. They came and found out what I needed done immediately pulled me in got my tire changed and my vehicle was done. Did take a while for me to get payment done because there was nobody in the office. Other than that great service.

If you need a quick tire fix this is the place. On the spot repairs no waiting like discount tire, this has been my go to place for over 15 years to get my flats fixed tires rotated etc etc. They are a little pricey but the speed of service makes up for it.

Great service. Had a wheel aliangment as well as a wheel repair. It was bent due to a pot hole. Wheel was corrected and spin balanced. Greatful to know I did not have to purchase a new rim. The Guys were able to fix the dent rim. Great asset to the service offered. Although; no fault to the Tire service I did need a second hand tire which I was able to purchase at a nearby tire store due to a shortage at Chavez. Over all. Recommended.

Everytime I go to Chavez I get what i need done quickly and efficiently....not sure why so many people are whining about $20 to change a tire, how much should it be? Fair prices all around in my opinion. Keep up the good work!

Called for service, i was told that they would go to the shop to check and see if they had all the tires i needed and he would call me back in 30 min. That never happened, hrs went on and many calls with no answer. This was very unprofessional, i waited for hrs when i couldve called someone else. Not to mention the lost time with load.

Poor customer service. Took an hour of me waiting before anyone even offered to help after I went into the office. Took another 45 minutes to fix a leak I had in the tire. Good luck finding anyone that speaks English.

I had a bent aluminum rim, the guy fixed it with no problem in about 10 mins. Charged me 75$. Its a bit pricey but they work fast and it beats having to wait in line. I showed up about 15 mins before they opened and they still took my car in.

This place is a rip-off they Tried to charge 45 dollars to mount and balance a 14 in.tire. I went to discount tire they did it for 15 bucks lol Mabey I could got a deal if I spoke Spanish..

Horrible shop. Bought brand new rims from them and they didn’t come with lug nuts so I had to go back and they had to go find some from another shop. When i finally installed them I was missing a center cap so I called them and they said they would get me one. Here it’s is 4 months later and they keep saying they will get me one so they put me on hold and never get back to me. Worst place to do business with

Its true super pricey,guy charged $20 bucks on a mount and dismount on a 15inch tire.

My wife took a rim with a slight bend on the lip to fix it, price $100.00, I call about the same rim price $60.00, not fair on the prices, why? Cause she is a woman?
