To start off I met with Jose we looked at some trucks as my 2006 was way up in miles, test drive a few, a few days of paperwork and finding the best options Rick and Jose got me in to a beautiful 2017 Silverado. I have now had it a few months and still enjoy driving it.

Cruz made me feel like I was talking with one of my friends. He made the experience great. By far the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. I truly felt like he was trying to get me the absolute best deal possible. He was so friendly and funny! I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

This was my first dealership car purchase. Jose and Rick were phenomenal to work with. They made everything super easy on my part and explained information very well. They stayed open an hour an a half later than posted to finish the paperwork and make sure I was good to go. As in they ran my credit through all the banks and chose the deal they thought was best before sitting down to go over everything with me. I’ve never had that happen anywhere else. Dealers were understanding, open to listening, willing to follow up on needs, offering views and test drives. Only issue was a wrong list price as I was informed by a 3rd party lister of their vehicles. A substantially better price listed was not able or willing to meet and was informed of issues like that can accidentally take place from time to time. The vehicle was listed about $20000 less almost than should have been. They were in the process of having the listing fixed.

It isn’t very often I leave negative reviews. I like to always give people & businesses the benefit of the doubt. However, my experience with this dealership was probably the worst of all the dealerships I’ve ever visited.I’ve been looking to purchase a new vehicle so I visited this dealership on a Saturday looking to test drive the new Buick Envision. I worked with the General Manager, Aaron, who quickly pulled around the car I was interested in. I have a Marketing degree so I expected the scripted sales pitch and the pointing out of every feature of the car. I had researched this vehicle meticulously, so I pretty much knew everything I was looking for in the car and what other cars on the market that were comparable to the Buick were offering. It took no time at all to pick up on the details that were definitely exaggerated and incorrect in his pitch.Throughout the entire sales pitch I was being talked at like there was no way I would actually be purchasing the vehicle. After the test drive, we discussed vehicles & the features I wanted. I was told I’d receive a call the following Monday with details on what he had found....a call never came.Very poor customer service in my opinion. It seems like Mr. Burch is more interested in having cars race off the lot and money rolling in than actually taking care of people. I find this attitude of his very ironic since he said he’d “over pay” for my current vehicle just to gain my business.If you aren’t ready to sign papers at the same of a finger I’d suggest you go somewhere else.....ladies especially. Plenty of other dealerships with kind, caring sales people who aren’t just looking to collect a commission.

Sold my dad an absolute garbage vehicle. Its had more problems and in the shop longer than its been on the road. Told him everything was good and when it was brought up to them about the driveshaft falling out they just said oh it didnt seem like it should. Shady business for sure. The lack of mask wearing during a global pandemic was atrocious. There was one woman who worked there that was actively coughing while not wearing a mask or even covering her mouth. After speaking with the general manager, I am lowering my review from 3-stars to 1. This is clearly a business that does not care about the health and safety of their employees or customers. Nor do they care about customer service. Luckily this is GM country, so I will be taking my business to one of the other GMC dealerships in the future!

My only issue was that I dropped my truck and needed to pick up after hours. Service called me to pay over the phone, but I was tied up operating heavy equipment. No one called me back later (before they left for the day) and I missed calling before they close. I thought the agreement was to leave my key in the designated area and I could pick up my truck. My wife drove me all the way down (over 20 miles) and it was locked; I guess they didnt think I was good for the $100 oil change on my $70K truck. Just disappointed, had to have wife take time off work the next day and find a ride (another 20 miles) to pick it up.

I came in because of a holiday sale. GM had imported extra salespeople to help out, and I started off dealing with one. Absolutely terrible salesman, didnt listen to anything I said or wanted. I left, frustrated.Came back the next day because I really wanted the truck. I ensured I got a salesman that actually worked there. Scott, the manager, Owen, the salesman, and Courtney the business manager were all amazing. They answered all my questions and helped me make the best decision and got the best deal. They really took care of me and my needs, and they are the sole reason I ended up buying a truck from them.

They all friendly greet you with a smile and look at you when you talk in your eyes so you can tell if they are honest

Best and fastest oil change Ive ever had! I would recommend this to everyone!

A special to Candace Patrick which went above and beyond for our 2021 Buick encore.

He did everything he could to make the sale happen that day and we were able to take the car with us.

I had a prescheduled appointment for a simple oil change. I waited for more than an hour. That is way too long. I do not plan to come back. There are much faster and less expensive options.

The management staff has apparently instructed the sales staff to text me every day for the past 5 days. This is really annoying and doesnt make me want to buy from them.

Very easy check in process.

I waited an hour and a half for a simple oil change. That has never happened. Was also suggested that I replace my back brake pads and rotors at an ungodly high quote of over $450. Also noticed a lot of my friendly familiar faces who took the time to stop and chat with me were no longer there. My latest visit wasnt the warm visit as they have been since I purchased the vehicle from McArdles.

Cannot recommend this place. Not to anyone. And for one single reason-his name is Chris.I just saw another post regarding this manager who treats people well...right up to the point that he has your sale. Post sale is an entirely different situation.If you are looking for a new car, congratulations. But you would be a fool to give this company a single penny of your hard earned money. There are too many upstanding dealerships in the area to fall into this trap.

Two things. First was I ordered a bug deflector for my 2020 truck. After 2 weeks I called and asked if it was in and they said it had been in for days. No one called me. Second. I ordered a factory mud flap which I scheduled to be installed at the same time as the bug deflector but the wrong part was ordered. So I had to schedule yet another appointment once the correct part came in. Dawn and the service folks were awesome!

I really enjoy the experience here and nick was awesome with helping me out and I really the are very nice and helpful.
