Excellent customer service! I had checked on line to see if they had the battery I needed and if they would install it. I arrived shortly after 4 pm. I was happily on my way before 4:30. The employee that took care of me was friendly and professional.

The man, who I believe was the owner, was very helpful and knew his stuff. I desperately needed a new batter for my motorcycle and this was the only place in town that would not only fill a new batter but also charge it for you. Other places would do the charge but I would have to fill it myself. This guy really helped me out.

I needed a battery for my Toyota Tacoma and was not familiar with Batteries and Bulbs. I was set to buy one at another major auto parts store but website would not accept the promised 20% off code. While waiting to chat with agent to find out why, I searched B&B site and found a good battery at a good cost and the 20% coupon worked. Ordering online was simple, it was ready at the store in 30 minutes. Nick greeted me at the door with the new battery. He hooked up a device to keep my system from resetting when the battery was disconnected. The new battery was slighly taller so Nick had to get a new hold down rod with no added cost. Excellent customer service and on-line buying experience at Battery and Bulb. I will visit again.

I really had a great experience at this store yesterday. The staff was amazing in helping me find what I needed (chargers and batteries etc)to get my used polaris jeep going I bought for my son at a resale store. Came in with a car battery that wouldn’t hold a charge. The employees were very friendly, knowledgeable and worked fast to help fix the problem. So grateful for all they did, including installing the new battery and bringing up other hardware problems that were noticed. They went above and beyond and it made a world of difference! My I phone had a bad battery. We stopped at the store on our way into town from a trip. They replaced my battery very quickly at a very reasonable price. They workers were very friendly.

The staff was great! Super friendly, easy to talk to, and kind. My phone screen was shattered, and they were willing to stay late and fix it. I felt like I was thoroughly aware of everything they were doing to my phone and what I was getting into when I placed my phone into their (very capable) hands. By far the best service anywhere! Would 12/10 recommend!

It was a great experience coming to batteries and bulbs. We went in to replace an iPhone 6 battery which only took 30min compared to Apple help desk telling me it could be months till they replace my battery via the wait line. Batteries and bulbs had batteries in stock and the correct tools to open the phone. No damage was done to the phone either. Definitely would come back and give my business!

Had a great experience. My wifes iphone was broken I took it in on my lunch break and got in and out quick, but he was thorough I feel really bad because I cannot remember the first sales representative that helped me on my lunch but he was wonderful was even able to help me on price because I was short by 5 dollars. Then Steven cashed me out after work when I got the phone he checked everything out to make sure it was all good. Great price and better service!

Waited ten minutes in the front before anyone noticed that I was in the store, that was the first issue. I came in to get my iphone 6 screen and battery fixed, I was asked how much money would you like to throw at the phone. That is neither professional nor a price estimate. When I finally tried to get the price estimate on the phone the guy said 350$ ...... Needless to say I went somewhere else... The fix at the other business was only 115$ and they were as nice as they could be . Would not recommend this place to a friend.

I cracked my screen when I was at work on a Friday. I was supposed to have insurance on it. After calling the phone carrier I found out they never added it to my line. I called on a Saturday at 1o’clock and asked how much it was to fix it and how long they needed my phone. They told me a reasonable price (cheaper than replacing it under ins.) and they would only need it for an hour. I was impressed and that’s exactly how long they had it. The employee were great very helpful and friendly.

Employee went above and beyond to get my new batteries wired up to my daughters electric scooter. Got me all the parts I needed and got the parts properly installed on the batteries and didnt even charge me labor. HIGHLY recommended!! Will definately be back for any battery needs.

After searching in several big box stores and other places for a replacement bulb for my relatively new lamp (Even the place I bought the lamp from didnt have a replacement!) I stopped in at Batteries Plus Bulbs and they had the exact bulb, plus an in-house alternative at a much lower price. Good service, too!

Bought a flashlight a year ago came back to store because it was not working properly.I had no receipt to show but then again never asked to see one worked on it for two days to try and fix it and were unsuccessful.They then sent me home with two new flashlights and a holster worth more than the one I bought a year ago. Can’t say enough good things about the store prices are great and the service is outstanding if your not shopping there you should be.

If I could give them no stars thats what I would do. NEVER take your iPhone to them for a battery replacement.Im about to tell you my horror story. I was at cricket In Midland to get my battery replaced and they informed me that they dont replace batteries. They recommended batteries plus bulbs around the corner in Midland.So I took my phone that had an almost dead battery to batteries plus bulbs around the corner. I told them that my battery was almost dead. The guy at the counter saw me unlock my phone with my password and took my password and my phone and said that it would be an hour to fix my phone. I explained to him that my phone would only charge while on the charger and for five minutes afterwards. He said he didnt need my charger that that was no problem.An hour and 15 minutes went by and we returned to the store without a call. My phone was sitting on the counter with a list of problems that they could not detect because they said they could not use my phone to verify that it was in working condition when they started to work on it.So I tried to turn on my phone with my brand new battery. It would not work correctly. Every time I pressed the home button and it went right to camera and then I couldnt get out of the camera. I complained and they said that I had to sign their form and that they would check to see if they had loosened something when they put the new battery in. I said Absolutely not.The owner then stated to me that she has and I quote She has people like me coming in there all the time saying that their phone worked when it doesnt wanting her to buy them a new phone for them. Needless to say I was furious and I told her that they had broken my phone. She continued to call me a liar and a possible thief.So I told them to put my original battery in my phone and left. I then went to cricket and they said there was nothing they could do. I was on the way home and my daughter suggested I go to Mr. mustache In Midland. Then turn around and go to see Mr. mustache and immediately he informed me that he knew what they had done. They had broken a tiny little pin when they opened up my phone to put the battery in it. He replaced my battery and fixed my phone for less than what they were going to charge me for just the battery.So I would suggest that if you need a battery replaced on your cell phone that you go to see Mr. mustache and stay far far away from the crazy lady that accuses her customers. there is no reason to ever treat a customer like that

Ordered a battery on line...it said I would get an email when it is available. I got the email...went to the store to get the battery and they didnt have it. They said it would be 6 days from now. Asked why I got the email saying it was in...the sales rep said he isnt a webmaster...only works the register. Cancelled the order and called customer service...apologies accepted. Poor guest compassion at the store level. which is Midland MI .

This store is excellent! We were up with the Grandkids at the cottage and they like our old Bally Slot machine which uses slugs. The circuit board needed a specialty battery and Josh, at the Midland store, fixed it and it works perfectly! He spent a lot of time with me and was so helpful and committed himself to solving my problem, and did! I would recommend this store and Josh to anyone! I have been a Board Member of the Michigan Better Bsiness Bureau for 22 years.

Always just awful service. First time they came off incredibly annoyed as they were closing soon. Second time I merely stopped to purchase a 5 buck battery off the shelf and it took 27 minutes before someone came to check me out. I will just order online and be patient from now on, simply not worth it.

Needed new key fob batteries and they were very helpful and well stocked with batteries for everything for cars to key fobs and everything else in-between.

Nick, the manager, is the greatest. Several weeks ago the battery for the keyless key to our vehicle (a 2011 Range Rover - dont ever buy one !) went dead. It was after hours and Batteries and Bulbs was closed when we got there. As we stood outside contemplating what to do we noticed someone still in the shop - it was Nick. Even though it was well after closing he let us in and sold us the battery we needed. That was service above and beyond. He got us out of a tight spot and isnt that what we should all be trying to do?
