Took my iPad in to be repaired. They did well on the screen replacement but there was a problem. I’m guessing to replace the screen they have to remove the home button well they removed the home button. Once they placed it back on the button always stops working. We took it back they said it’s because they don’t use the same adhesive that apple uses. There was nothing wrong with the button until I took it to these guys. They repaired the home button obviously because they knew they effed up. And went on to say this is the only time we are going to do this you have no more warranty. Very unprofessional they don’t take responsibility for their mistakes. Going to let everyone know what this business did to me.

Efficient and honest work. I went in with a few concerns with my iPhone 8 +. The screen was badly damaged and I had concerns the speaker may have been damaged at same time. He looked after the screen and installed a screen protector for me all in about 20 minutes! Processor was still good at ear piece and he cleaned the charging port for me. Could of easily said that both were no good and took my money and I wouldn’t of had a clue! Edit : The replacement screen only lasted 3 weeks before half of it went out. Was still glass behind the camera when I had the screen replaced by another company.

I went here to get my phone screen fixed and they got a defective phone screen in that was already broken, the manager said they would let me know when they got the new screen in, it has been over a month I have not received any calls to get my screen replaced, the manager jon snow said they would reach out to me to fix their mistake and havent. My screen has been getting worse and worse day by day and my job requires me to have a phone. So this has been affecting my ability to keep up with my job as I never know when the screen is going to go out.

Every time Ive gone in there they have been extremely helpful and was able to meet my request.

This place is always a rollercoaster.Touting phone repair as a primary service they almost never have a screen in stock when it’s actually needed. The fact that every location I’ve been to always “only have one” is really frustrating.This time though, my screen had been replaced just a few months prior and had gone completely black overnight, I should have been able to use my warranties. But, at the time of coming in I’m told that somehow they never put my previous replacement in the system.So, had to cough up another $240 because they didn’t follow procedure last time which ridiculous. Then, to top this off they call back hours later and say the screen they had doesn’t work and they’ll have to order a new one.All in all, I wouldn’t come here unless you’re planning on using a warranty you’ve confirmed they have on file.Edit: 3 days in and this screen doesn’t work either. Never coming to Battery Joe again.

I had a great first experience today with Battery Joe. They replaced my iPhone X screen extremely fast, with good quality parts, for a great price. They even educated me on the process and included a warranty with the screen. I could not have asked for a better experience and I highly recommend them first if you break your screen!

This should be the only place you consider going for phone repair. They can fix lot of different things, and are really nice and helpful. Ruby had great customer service and got my phone working after I thought it would never turn on again from being broken at another “repair” shop. But she was able to find out what was wrong and replace the parts in no time. I was so thankful for all her help and experience during the process and she was so careful she really knows what she’s doing. Would recommend coming here for screens or anything else.

The technician cleaned the lightning port of my iPhone. It only took a couple minutes. I bought some great LED lights while I was there. It’s CPR Cell Phone Repair and Battery Joe’s in one store. Great idea combining the two stores!

I read great reviews so I went there it was the opposite from great I would never go there again I didn’t like the attitude on the lady and the price is terrible I got mine for a 100 less I just wanted to see how much it would be and it’s ridiculous expensive for absolute NOTHING .

I had a great experience at first.My iPad screen went black and would not work so I got it replaced for $200.A few weeks later, the same issue, screen went black and would not come on. I took it back to the store, they wanted me to pay another $100 to look at it.I can’t afford a new screen every year. I could have bought a brand new iPad for the amount they want me to spend

I have a Samsung Galaxy 7 that had a bulging battery (so bad there was at least a quarter of an inch between the phone body and the back!!!!) I went to Sprint thinking they would be able to get me a new battery, but it seems that the only repair store is in Odessa. I remembered seeing Battery Joe the last time I pass Walmart and saw their CPR sign so I thought I would give them a shot. They were super nice, took my phone and said it would be about an hour. Sure enough, in an hours time I had my phone back good as new, and was only out $64 for same day 1 HOUR service! I would highly recommend them to anyone who needed a battery replaced quick, and on the up side, they not only have cell phone batteries, they have batteries for just about anything from what I could see!

Went in to the store today. The associates were more than friendly and very apologetic about the current condition of the store. Some work is being done in the back part of the store. Saw saw dust is flying everywhere. It’s loud. Everything is covered in dust. I feel sorry for the employees having to deal with all of that. They shouldn’t be subjected to that type of environment. I couldn’t stay in the store long at all. Something should be done. Nobody should have to work under those conditions. Keep up the good work ladies.

I would give them zero if I could. They messed up my phone and said that it was because of water damage. This phone has never been near water. If you are going to take it somewhere take it to Kevin at call phone repair on Garfield. Don’t even consider these people. Trying to screw people over is all they are doing. The gentleman in the front was friendly and professional, the ladies in the cubicle not so much.When approached it seemed as if my business was a bother. Not approachable people what so ever, with their side looks and blank straight faces. A smile or a friendly greeting would of been nice.My iPhone 7plus screen got fixed for 75.00 bucks. Descent price compared to others around. However they need to not forget customer service is part of the price. As for me, I will not return nor recommend.

I’m what you call a frequent flyer, I’m forever breaking my phone. In the last year, I’ve had three screens and a battery replacement. The girls there are a riot, they make my day with their great personalities. I’m always satisfied with they’re work too.

I went into the store today to have my phone screen repaired and I love the store and all the associates that work there, however I was not expecting to walk into a construction zone. The lady associate was apologetic about the appearance of the store. Its very loud, dusty and quite irritating. I couldnt breathe in there so I can only imagine how the associates feel to have to work and breathe in all that dust all day. Im shocked to see that the store is even open for business and the employees have to work under those conditions. I didnt want to have to come back so I didnt leave my phone to be repaired. Thats not very welcoming to come into.

Never have any thing to repair screens. Have been trying to get my daughters iPad Mini repaired for the last 6 months and they always say that it is backordered. I am then told to check back in a month to the same response. I am done with this place I will never shop here or use any services. Better off doing the repair yourself. I just purchased the replacement screen they said was backordered from Amazon for under 20$.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE TO THIS PLACE.. IT WILL ONLY GET WORSE...Took my phone for a screen repair, the new screen had a brown spot on it but was told they didnt have anymore screen to replace, that they would call me within a few days to bring back my phone, well those few days turned into weeks before I walked in the store, an asked what the deal was, excuse after excuse, the screens werent there yet, I asked for my paper work, n there could NOT find it, for 20 mins looking thru loads of paper work there it was in the very bottom, how were u suppose to call me if you didnt know where my paperwork was with my number on it!! Worse part was they could not replace it without paying for it. because there was another crack on the phone, which cracked within an hour, walking out the door. My phone is now clitching..oh but they had nothing to do with it!! Worse service ever!

BEWARE of iphone screen repair. These people totally screwed up my iphone when fixing the broken screen. It worked better before it was “fixed”. The rude technician told the problems on my phone happened after I left the store. All the issues started 10 mins after I left I guess. They took no responsibility or care to listen to my issues I had for 12 hours after leaving the store. Just threw their 3 page contact in my face.

They gave me the cheapest replacement battery there is, I payed out of the nose for it and they said they’d have to repair the screen if they replaced the battery. They ruined my phone and wouldn’t reimburse me. I went to management and got a phone sent to me that didn’t work. I told them and never heard back. DO NOT use them.

What a joke. No customer service, guest relations, or general idea of how business works. I ordered a battery from them after spending 30 minutes in their store. Clerk said it will be ordered and it will take 1 week. After a week and not hearing from them, I called. Not one person knew of my order, so obviously whoever took my information didnt put in my order because there was no record of it. So I order it again, now by phone. A week later and still no call, this time I call and admit that I am not happy. I am told that they dont know when my battery will be in because it is now on back order. But not one single person in that building thought that it would be important to at least call me to let me know, they let me go another full week of thinking that it was ordered to find out that its not coming in. What a damn joke that place is. Im surprised that it is even open. Dont go there, dont waste your time and money. Let this company follow its inevitable course to extinction. Because thats how its being run.
