If I could give them zero star I would. They are just there to make money. I had called them for my ice machine problem and they came, took a look at it and told me that its not outdoor machine. They charged me $300 just to come and tell me its not outdoor machine. I had given all the info about machine to them over the phone and they could have told me that its not outdoor machine over the phone itself. The technician came to look at the machine didnt really do anything to the machine instead, made it worse. And when I called them to tell them about the issue, I was told that they could come back and take a look at it but I will be charged for it. They pretty much didnt do anything and made $300 out of it and when I called them, they were very rude about it and asked me to call the company instead and speak to them. Do Not call these people.
