Do it! Their going through renovations at the moment but they dont let that stop giving great customer service! Its definitely worth shopping at. Erica H. & Jackie were very helpful and kind. Of course CVS has all of the medical/self care and convenience needs so that its self is a plus.

-5 stars. Worst service… nothing works. Nothing is clean. Carpet is dirty. Gloves on the floor by vaccine area. The pharmacy is the worst service ever. They have written signs all over the place and the cashier for the pharmacy doesn’t have proper training or experience .

I have been consistently impressed with their service. When scouring my brain in an attempt to find even one instance where they wasted my time or made me regret going there, I cannot recall a single instance in the three years I have been going there. Very efficient workers, very polite and concise, and very detail-oriented, as all pharmacies should be. This CVS, in particular, gives Midland the kind of reputation it deserves, and I could not be prouder to give them 5 stars.

If I had the option to do zero stars I would do that. Worst experience overall ever at any pharmacy that I have ever delt with. I do not understand how they dont pick up the phones at all ever. I literally sat on hold for an hour and a half. I had to drive across town because they do not pick up the phone just to find out nothing has been done about my prescriptions. I had to get on the phone with my Dr. While waiting to actually get them to call and start to fill my prescriptions. I should literally be put on their payroll because I did more in the time I waited in line than they did in 2 or 3 days. I understand everything going on right now, but three weeks with no meds is ridiculous.

This is the worst CVS I have been to!!!! Those in the pharmacy are extremely lazy!!!!! Very unprofessional!!! Can you believe I got a Covid vaccine shot, but they did not record it in their system. I only have my card as proof. If I misplace my card, I don’t have any proof of vaccination.

Worst pharmacy experience. Prescription is never ready when they say it will be. Then I waited in line for 30 minutes behind ONE car and never could get my prescription. I went inside to get it only to be met with a new crazy long line. There is no winning with this place!

Went to pick up meds. While Im waiting for them to be filled. Two of the employees were arguing with each other..... I get that always getting along .. but did they have to argue in front of the customer?? Just more reasons i dont like cvs. Wanted to let a manager know, but could not find anyone in the store that worked there.

Called pharmacy to check status on rx and was on automatic hold for 30 min with no answer. Only 3 shopping carts for the entire pharmacy which makes it difficult to do any shopping with a toddler.

Rather die from my sickness then have to come here to pick up a prescription that will only take 10 minutes, when in reality, apparently here at CVS, thats really 1 hour. Its sad that its the WHOLE crew that is incompetent in the pharmacy, how do you tell peers you work for CVS pharmacy without being completely embarrassed?

Called a day prior to have a prescription filled. I go in the following day at 16:00 for them to say its not filled.Mind you this was after waiting nearly an hour and the order sent two days prior!Incompetent staff! Do not go to this pharmacy!

Traveling cross country, stopped to visit kids in midland. Needed them to transfer remaining prescription order for shingles and they never got it done. We left town 4 days later without the prescription being filled. So bad for a pharmacy

This cvs pharmacy is the worst their customer service is horrible they just stand there and look at you while you are standing at register with no one waiting, and now twice they have not filled a prescription that was called in and approved by doctor... if it was not for our insurance i would not come here I hate this place I do not recommend them at all.......

I have been waiting in the pick up line for 1.5hr for antibiotics that were ordered at 9am yesterday, fill at 2pm yesterday but i couldnt get them because they closed at 2pm for Labor Day..? Its nearly always like this. The current system (with med pick up, labcorp testing ect.) is obviously not working. Employees are obviously overwhelmed. MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THESE ISSUES. Its been going on for too long.

Pharmacy has horrible customer service.They are extremely rude over the phone and in person.I had questions about a prescription that was last filled 3 months ago and was 18$ and now same Rx is 140.00.All they could say it was because it is a 90 day supply. I told them I was going to call insurance before I filled it to find out why the price was so high, and the women at window when I was picking up Rx said Im just trying to save you a phone call. Its high because its 90 days. So was the last one. Then she said that my refill was set for delivery and I didnt request delivery when I paid online and she said well it is already set for delivery and if you pick it up now Ill have to charge you twice 🙄. Umm what? I had a line of people behind me and just drove off. They just dont want to have to do anything, Seriously doubt they process insurance correctlyI have cvs caremark and I have to get rx here. I dont know if all the Cvs in area are this awful or if it just this one.The staff seriously needs to check their attitudes.

Dropped off prescription at 9 a.m.. Was asked if I was going to stay and wait or pick up. I said I could pick it up, when would it be done . 1 pm they told me. I showed up at 2 pm . They had not started the order yet and asked me to wait . Wow ! If you value your time, bring it somewhere else. I assure you at this facility they do not .

I went there to take some passport photos, they told me the camera was broken, I believed them until I went to 4 more CVS and they told me the same thing, that the camera is broken. They just simply did not want to attend me.

Don’t bother calling no one will answer!! The automatic refill over the phone sucks!! I’ve been trying to get refills that should have been filled Nov. 24, every time I’ve tried, I’ve called to see what the status is and there was none! I’m done! Moving to another pharmacy tomorrow!!!

Pretty slow checkout and pricing advertised only applies to their loyalty program. Which you don’t want to waste time signing up for after waiting forever to check out. Not really convenient enough to justify the higher pricing.

Waited on hold for over 30 minutes for them not to even bother to picking up the phone. Since I can’t get them on the phone guess I’ll have to show up in person and make them transfer my whole family to another pharmacy. This is a waste of a CVS. Also store is dirty with stuff all over the floor.

Usually enjoy this store until I needed a prescription filled. My son has had to wait so far four days to get a prescription filled that they told me would be in the next day. I wouldn’t mind as much if they had the decency to call and say there was some kind of delay or have the prescription transferred. Spoke to someone in the pharmacy and they told me that I needed to come up to the store to have my prescription worked on faster. (WTF?) It’s been four days already!

Don’t even bother calling this pharmacy if you need something. They DO NOT answer the phone. I tried three times and waited so long I fell asleep once. I know they have to put people on hold sometimes but this store doesn’t even answer to let you know you’ll have to wait.

Went to pick up my medication and was told that I didnt have a refill. I asked her to double-check to be sure and she said she did. Since my medication is vital to my heath and I didnt have any more to take. I went straight to my doctors office. One hour and 25 dollars later and time is money since I took time from work and by the way I did still have one month on prescription. I went back only to be told to come back in a couple of hours. I drove from outside of town. When I returned later my prescription was still not complete and after arguing with the cashier. I spent 30 more minutes waiting for them to complete my prescription. I then spoke with the person in charge and was assured I would receive a call from the manager. I am still waiting for that call. I guess CVS wants me to take my prescription down to Grahms right down the street!

Every time I go the pharmacy the pharmacy staff is lazy and atrocious! The seem to only fill prescription when it suits their fancy! I had a prescription that was called in 2 hours ago and called to see if it was ready. The tech on duty told me they had nothing for me so I called the dr and asked. He said it had in fact been called in 2 hours ago. Called the pharmacy back and the same tech answered ( after being on hold for 20 mins) and told me the pharmacist had just now pulled it off the voicemail and will be filled in 3 hours!!! Horrible service and this isn’t the first time.

They said their computer went down just as I paid with my debit card. They claimed there was no record of payment so I had to pay a 2nd time for the medication. I had to go to my bank and dispute the first charge.

The pharmacy is so incompetent. If you are looking to have your prescription filled accurately before you run out, dont go here. They gave me a genetic I did not want. I called the doctors office and they sent over a prescription request that specifically stated not the generic. I even called, and waited on the phone for 15 minutes to speak to someone. They said it would be ready today. Just showed up to have them tell me the generic is the same thing and they have to send another request to my doctor since the new request was canceled out by the old one. I DONT APPRECIATE BEING TOLD TO TAKE SOMETHING DIFFERENT. IT IS MY BODY.

By far the worst cvs pharmacy ever. Not only do they sometimes give you the wrong prescription but they are always out of stock. Never have I ever had a good experience with this pharmacy. Not even a smile. Like really. I dont use hate very often . But for real, I hate doing business with you. Im taking my business somewhere else and going to tell every person I meet to spread the word on how bad your pharmacy is.

I bought an item at this store which had a deal 2 for three dollars, however for some reason the cash register was not recognizing the deal that was posted all over the store. The cashier called her manager (night shift manager) which when he came the same thing happened to him, to which he said ah well too bad and walked off on the cashier leaving her confused. He was very rude and very unhelpful for a manger!

Horrible service, horrible management. Only a couple of the cashiers are friendly. Victoria and Thai are helpful and friendly when I go in. MOD at night with dark hair, think her name is Carrie, has a horrible attitude and makes me feel unwelcome. Wpuld love to know why there always seems to be a man sitting on a box in front of shelves moving things, why doesnt he help customers instead of sotting down so much. Tired of this store and the rude, lazy people who work there.

They charged me 95 for a prescription that they said wasnt covered. After speaking to my insurance company I find out the prescription is covered and its only 15.00.It then took them 40 minutes to refund my money. The store wasnt busy and the guy refunding my money had an attitude hes doing me favor.....sit wait and shut up.
