This was the worst experience I have EVER had with ANY Great American Cookie anywhere! The Midland location USED to be wonderful 15 years ago, now it is TERRIBLE. I would not recommend to anyone. The people speak absolutely no English (which is okay but at least know how to speak a little bit if you’re going to run a store). I had to talk to the lady through translate on a phone back and forth. I was told my order would be ready at 12:30, I show up and she tells me no it won’t be ready unti tonight when it’s for my daughters class!! Tells me she won’t give me money back so I have to get it from here. When she eventually finished it was not even what I ordered. I will never use this place again and I will be sure to let EVERYONE know my experience. I will forever drive the extra 20 minutes and ALWAYS use the Odessa one where they are absolutely wonderful

Loved your product at one time but now like a lot of other places today, ie McDonalds, BK, Pizza Hut, ect...never again because of your so called woke practices. Sad !

Their cookies are amazing. A large selection.Convenient location in the mall. A little bit pricey.

Ordered a double doozy cookie cake with Chucky...the decorator blew it out of the water! It was absolutely AMAZING! The look my my daughters face when they opened the box for her to see was phenomenal!

Came to pick up my order today, after texting an exact photo and being told “yes we can do that cake” (after reviewing photo.)Came at agreed upon time of 11am, was told they never made the cake and not even offered an explanation of why or an apology.Extremely sad and disappointed 3 year old for his birthday party.Requested a manager and waited 15min at the front where there was trays of raw cookie dough laid out all across the counters intended for customers to get their orders, straws, trash etc. That is disgusting and has got to be a health violation.

When they have cookies, they are great! Many times they are out of types of cookies. Also, Google says they close at 9 but at 8:45 they refused to serve my family.

This place is awesome. The cookies are so soft, always fresh, and the start is very kind. This place has been around since I was a kid. I hope it doesnt go anywhere.

The guy there charged me 23.45 for 3 cookies and a brownie . This is the most over priced place ever ! And they rude

Never stocked & service is terrible. Management at this place sucks!
