As a new business owner I went in today to get new decals made which shouldnt take but 5 minutes to make and was told Id have to wait 5 days to be made. I will not be bringing my business here again. I told them that I needed them today and was willing to pay extra being it was only letters and numbers and declined to add a logo since it seemed to be an inconvenience to them. I will be going to a small business that Ive used in the past and they have never let me down.Just like your response is the same very attitude I experienced when I went in. How do I know how long it takes? Because as soon as I left I Googled another similar business and they were just as busy or more busy than your business and they made my decals in less than 5 minutes. I want asking for anything difficult. I just needed words and numbers made nothing complicated. Youre business regardless of how you think youre doing to stay in business is awful! The only reason youre probably still in business has nothing to do how you do business its only because of the high demand for your type of business. Hopefully youll learn to deal with customers and instead of putting their needs last over your own. For this reason Im pretty sure there are other customers out there that didnt put a single review of their bad experience with your business and they will not return. You might be really good at what you do, but lack many skills in customer service.

We have used Basin for years between work, personal, and for the kids sports. The entire staff is a pleasure to work with and bend over backwards to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order. I could not see us using anyone else for our needs.
