I purchased Christmas stockings for each of my 3 children, as well as a tree skirt for a wedding gift. Spirit Creations provided custom embroidery on each. I was shown script and thread samples, which helped so much. The finished products were beautiful. What stood out for me, was customer service. Owner and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I leave this review, as I browse for another embroidery project. Spirit Creations will definitely have my business again.

My three-year-old is infatuated with Ghostbusters and was heartbroken when he realized the name tag on his costume wasn’t his favorite, Ray Stantz. A friend had recommended Spirit Creations so I stopped in. The owner told me exactly what I needed to supply in order to make this happen even though custom patches isn’t something they normally do. They spent the time to create a single customized patch and the end result couldn’t have been better! So grateful to have a local business like this!

I have to say this place is amazing! I first called to see how long it would take to get something embroidered on a Tuesday evening. Ben said that he could have it possibly by Thursday afternoon but they offer a rush service for a small fee. I was alright with paying the small fee as long as he could insure I could have it by Friday morning as it was a gift for a teacher (last day of school was on Friday). He said that he would make sure I had it by Thursday afternoon. So I took in a diaper bag to get monogrammed Tuesday evening. Ben was so kind to my children! They really like being at the store. He treated them to candy and a coloring sheet. The prices were AMAZING! I got the largest size I could get and the color of thread they had matched the bag perfectly for about $13 with tax. The absolute best part.... I got a text, yes a text (I have three kids, answering the phone when it rings is non existent!) telling me my order was ready for pick up on Wednesday evening. So lets do the math here, Tuesday evening to Wednesday evening, 24 hours!!! How amazing is that?! Ben knew EXACTLY what I needed. He listened to the fact that it was a gift for a teacher and got my order done as quickly as possible. Is that not outstanding customer service? Not only that, the bag looks great. The staff was the best! They were so helpful, nice & my embroideries turned out perfectly. They said their turn around time was a week but I had my 4 shirts within two days!

What a great job done by the team at Spirit Creations. I took a jacket in to have the name removed and replaced with a new name (stitched) and it looked fantastic. I would recommend them.
