I always feel bad writing a negative review but I feel its justified in this situation. We had mirrors installed on two closet doors in our house on March 18th, 2018 for $477. On August 19th, 2020 the mirror in my daughters room came crashing down and shattered everywhere. Luckily, my son that was in the closet was not harmed. I called and left messages for five months until someone finally called me back. I was given no apology and told that I could have another one installed for $200 at a discount. The $200 was not a discounted price considering the original mirrors were $200 each, the $77 being tax. Work is only warrantied to a year. So if a potentially hazardous situation were to occur, because of poor installation, and its outside of a year - youre on your own. FYI I had a different company install a new mirror. It was cheaper and properly installed with fasteners on both the top and bottom of the mirror, not just the bottom.

Excellent customer service and quick and prompt at getting back with me. We had a mirror replaced in our dresser. Great work and reasonable price.
