They have always treated me very kind. They had my stuff there after I left it there for months he remembered and went and found it let me buy it back with a great deal. My Dads guitar he passed away and it means the world to me that Larry gave me a great deal on it and still had it. I will always go through them they Rock they care about you theyre awesome!!! You made this woman a very happy woman today thank you so very much!!

The owner Larry and his sidekick Brody, are two great guys. They go above and beyond with there understanding of your individual circumstances on your need for money. Thats why your there. I highly recommend them over any other pawn shop in the trip cities.

I watched this guy try to rip off a kid with some sports cards today. When I tried to warn the kid about what he had, he said, “I appreciate you coming in and looking around, but don’t try to shop my merchandise.” I told him it wasn’t his merchandise yet. Then he tried to employ the 13 year old boy into fixing some lawnmowers for him. 🤦🏻‍♂️

The owner of this establishment is very kind and understanding. My experience at midtown pawn was a very pleasant one. There were people telling me that when I missed my due date he would keep my things I pawned, when in reality he listened to my explanation when explaining my situation to him. Told me to come pick my things up that he understood. I highly recommend this store 110 percent. VERY KIND SERVICE .

TOTAL cheapskates! If youre looking to sell, take your items to Saginaw/Bay City because this place will RIP YOU OFF! I brought in a 6mo old name-brand laptop in great condition with really good specs. I only wanted $150 to pawn it, which is more than reasonable as it sells for $4-600 used (on eBay). They refused.I even went down to $100 for pawn/buyback, but NOPE that was refused too. Cant make enough money at that price. The guy even looked it up and agreed it was worth $4-600...So making 4-6x your money back isnt enough profit for you? Absolutely ridiculous. Honestly I think the shop/owner is just broke/about to go out of business and cant afford to buy anything. Anybody that sells something to them for the pittance they pay is either desperate, dumb, or both.

His store was closed and I was unable to talk with him after leaving numerous messages on his voicemail.I finally reached him last week after stopping by the store that was still closed and seeing for the first time a sign in the window with a number to call to make payments.For some strange reason he only accepted phone calls on Tuesday and Thursdays between the hours of 11:00 am and 2:00 pm?after finally reaching him last Thursday I was able to persuade him to release the two items I had in the pawnshop and he made arrangements to be there this morning at 11 AM.to my disbelieve when I went to pick the item up he charged me almost $270.00 fee for the weeks the shop was Closed and until about a week ago when I was finally able to reach him and set up a time to retrieve my item I had to pay $510 with over half of it going to his Pawn Shop fee while his store was closed.I just got off the phone with the Michigan states attorneys office and they are sending me out a complaint form to file against this business.as soon as the courts open up in Midland Michigan with the documentation and pictures I have I will file a small claims suit against this business for the charges he made me pay while his stores closed and my items were stuck without me being able to retrieve them.Beware of this pawnshop because A store owner nearby who was there when I took the pictures of the sign he put in the window after two months told me that he said to her he would be filing for bankruptcy.So if you have anything pawned in this store I recommend you get it out ASAP.Shame on this owner to takeadvantage of people who are already in need of money to charge them while his store was closed!

Its a pawn shop. Freindly staff. Repeat people dont get a higher credit value and they only go off low ball price ranges just like every other pawn shop.
