They have done really well keeping my family in medicine. The staff actually answers the phone and they are polite and helpful.Always been good to me and Ive never been made to feel rushed.They call our Drs and work out details allowing me more free time in my life.Thank You Meijer Pharmacy team your all kind, educated and understanding people.
Get our prescriptions wrong all the time and constantly blame the prescriber. Im switching to a different pharmacy that will just do it right the first time.
These are THE MOST RUDE, people I have EVER had to deal with. I never had any issues filling my scripts and receiving my medications every 29 days through riteaid... THEN I go to Meijer.... and my pickup date jumps all over the place.. now thats not the part I have an issue with, my issue is that when Im trying to just simply talk to the pharmacy about what could possibly be causing this (there is noone behind me), they tell me, if you dont live it you can take ur script somewhere else. ALL I WAD TRYING TO DO WAS ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT MU SCRIPT THEY ARE BEING PAID TO FILL. So I say, you know what thats fine if you want me to take it somewhere else I can. So I ask for my script back and she tries to tell me Im going to have to come inside, mind you I dropped it off to them only 30 mins earlier, so I told them if I can drop it off at the drive through and pickup my filled script at the drive through... they need to send my script out... through the drive through. This is the Midland Michigan Meijer, they are the most awful people I have ever met in my life. I would rather drive 2 hours away then ever go to them again.Buhbye, wont miss ya 👋
Totally DONE with this place! After having our dogs prescription filled here for the past 7 months, I go through the drive-thru this morning to be told that they don’t have a profile for our dog, so the prescription wasn’t ready! Not only did I already wait for 20 minutes for you to open because the hours are wrong online, but then I had to wait another 20 minutes for it to be filled. Have any of the staff ever heard of calling the patient to inform them of the mix up? Apparently not....totally unprofessional! I will be transferring his prescription to our small town pharmacy that deserves our business!

Abby is so rude! Im tired of her acting better than me. My other pharmacy that called and talked to Abby 7-21-20 and asked her to reverse my script so they can fill it she wouldnt do it and was rude! Manger needs to do something about Abby😖😧
Place is clean. Was trying to buy a birthday cake from the bakery but i stood there AT LEAST 15 minutes with no one there to help me. The cakes were beautifully done but AGAIN, no one there. And i needed a cake TODAY! They DO have pretty much EVERYTHING a person could want. EXCELLENT HELP in pharmacy area!
The staff is always extremely rude and clearly not trained properly in customer service. I dread calling them or going there. I will be switching pharmacies ASAP.
The staff seems to think they are there to pass judgement on people. Twice now I have taken someone there with a sensitive prescription and you could actually see the sneer on their (staff member) faces! Seriously? Totally unprofessional! Also, they took the prescription, said wait for an hour, then when we came back in an hour, they said they didnt have any. So the person was just going to take the script back and go somewhere else and they refused! This person was very ill and needed this med right away. This happened twice! I thought the first time was a fluke, but no!
I had called earlier and asked the pharmacist about my sinus infection and he told me to come in and we would go over my symptoms and he would give me some suggestions. When I went he he help me right away. Remembered me from our phone conversation and took me to the medicine he suggested and sent me on my way. Told me if that doesnt work to come back because he has more ideas. He was great! Wonderful service.
Awful! How can they possibly be out of my medication when I get a notice for refill? They are absolutely awful!!! I only came back this time because it was on my way home from urgent care! Awful! Would give them a minus - if I could!Did I mention they are the worst pharmacy? They Always say... Oh, were out but can have it in tomorrow! Thats NO help when youre not feeling well. And rude staff!
They ordered my prescription because it was not one kept in stock, and I received it quicker than the other pharmacies could. I am now a repeat customer. Kroger is infamous for giving you a date of arrival and not following through. Last time, they forgot about it first of all, and then they couldnt find a distributor, anywhere. Meijers had no problem ordering it for next day arrival, after I had already wasted days with Kroger. Just this morning, they were out of stock for Trulicity. How does that happen? They dont order until a customer calls for a refill or a new prescription is presented. Why does the pharmacist at Kroger allow such low inventories?
I cannot WAIT to switch pharmacies. I love meijer, really. But their pharmacy staff needs some serious customer service training. I pick up meds monthly, and I have never, ever had a good experience. Their staff are notoriously rude, lazy, and overall unpleasant people. Yesterday I had 3 prescriptions to get, and the wait was supposed to be 1 hour. So I waited around in the store, went over at about 45 minutes and asked how much it would cost to make sure I had enough on me. When I got to the prescription drop off area two staff members were gossiping on the left hand side. The main pharmacist, Lily, came over and told them that they needed to get back to work because the drive thru line was backed up. The girl with long brown hair laughed and they continued talking. Shows what kind of people they are. Once I asked a different staff member what I needed, she got on the computer to look up my insurance. Well, apparently she couldn’t look that up. They had severe issues with my Blue Cross insurance, despite being a regular. They had to call my insurance company. I was waiting for TWO HOURS. The staff member, Abbie, talked about me to another staff member while I was standing there. Like, hello? I’m standing right here! After all the crap with my insurance was done, an female indian pharmacist came up to the counter and asked me why I was prescribed two different types of antibiotics. In front of 3 staff members AND FOUR CUSTOMERS AT THE REGISTER NEXT TO MINE. She LITERALLY asked “What are these for?”. Then said the types of medicine that they were in front of everyone. In what world is that acceptable? I was SO embarasssed. How dare you violate my privacy that way! The chubby girl in jeans with long brown hair finished my transaction. Not to mention, I had a picture of my insurance card so to sort out that issue she physically took my phone into the back with her for at LEAST 10 minutes without permission. I have it to her to look at, not to leave my sight with! She was snotty and demeaning. I am, once again, appalled with this pharmacy and I’d like serious rehabilitation of their BS staff. It’s seriously a joke.
Agree with negative 5 “stars”.Update: messed up my prescription again today. Even though it was sent in on the 15th, it was not ready. It would be an hour wait. And then suggested I pick up tomorrow. Also not able to tell me if insurance will cover.Every time I go there, it is an awful experience. I can understand people having an off day, but they seem to mess something up at every visit. And the pharmacist is either rude or grumpy.If it wasn’t for the mperks rewards, I would change pharmacies.I have been given medication that expired before the refill date. I’ve had issues with updating my address.Most recently, the computers were down, and my husband was told it would be about 20 minutes. Then when he went back, they said they didn’t run it through insurance. And that would be another 20 minute wait. I guess it’s high expectations that they would do their job.I’m disappointed every time I have to pick up my prescriptions.
Complete idiots. Id recommend them to only my worst enemy. They want to do nothing for their pay, lose prescriptions, and illegally prevent you from taking your unfilled prescriptions back to take elsewhere.
NEGATIVE 5 STARS!!! Was told my meds were being filled then they texted when they were ready and when I went to pick them up they said they were out of my medication and would have more the next day and when I call them the next day they still didnt have them. Very very disappointed
I do not like that the male pharmacist. He Gives me a hard time about my pain meds. I have had 3 major back surgeries and need a hip replacement soon. And he tell me that I dont look like a need my meds my doctor put me on. He is not my doctor! And people dont deserve to be treated that way!
They have an automated system that texts you when your prescriptions are done thats never right. my prescriptions were said to be done and I went there and another wasted trip to Meijer to get my prescription worst service ever.
