If you must get hearing aids, this is the place to go! The energy in this place feels so peaceful and inviting, and everyone greets you with a smile and a level of professionalism very seldom seen these days. They go above and beyond to make your visit and smooth as possible. The audiologist, Andrea Nava, is a licensed doctor with a caring heart for each of her patients. She explains the process and the results in a way that anyone can understand. She takes the whole picture into consideration. She refused to allow me to purchase the top of the line model because she said it had more bells and whistles than I needed. She knew I didn’t have a lot of money to spend and she put me in the very best in my price range. Her Certified Technician, TJ, is very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. He, too, has as his main goal to make each patient’s visit the very best experience possible. They are a great team and I would never go anywhere else. I recommend them to everyone who even mentions a slight hearing loss! You will never regret being in their care!

My fiance needed an adjustment for the amperage on his hearing aid, not having been there before I didnt know what to expect. Unfortunately, my husbands insurance didnt cover hearing aid upkeeps, however, the audiologist there was super nice! She did all that was needed to be done without charging us a dime! She is truly a wonder person! She even scheduled a revisit without ever once discussing about charges. Wish we had more businesses who are truly about the well-being of their customers.
