Hate that I have to post this because Ive always done business with these guys. I even bought the bike from them but things have changed since they scratched up and damaged my rims when I took my bike in to put on some new skids on my r6. All they told me was that they would order touch up paint but nothing for the chunk of metal missing from my rear rim so beware of them .I will probably have to file a small claim suit since they seemed to just want to touch up and not replace anything that they damaged. My first 4 images clearly show that I take care of my bike and that I have no damage on my rims and my last 5 images show the damages they did and left.

Great experience with customer service. All three mechanics jumped in and got my YFZ 450 up running in no time. Very eager to help and resolve my issue. Dustin and his crew definitely take prode in there craft.

Went in and sat at the counter for about 20 minutes last week. workers came from the back but couldnt get anyone to help me and I was there to buy a part. never 3ven had a chance to speak to a worker

Took my motorcycle to get worked on and Dustin was really detailed in letting me know what was wrong with the bike, and recommendations on what to do to it. Bike was done in a timely manner.thanks Dustin bike turned out awesome and thank you for the wash.

Twice in the past two weeks we have tried to purchase a utv at this store. My husband went in alone last week and I joined him today. Unfortunately, the service at this place is a joke! No one asked if they could help us. Two guys were sitting in a utv talking and messing around, they looked like they worked there so I made eye contact after I agreed on which utv my husband wanted; I hoped for a “can I help you,” of course, I got nothing. Maybe we didn’t look like we were going to buy anything but guess what we were. Sad when we can’t do business in our hometown. I’ll be sure to upload a pic of our purchase later, just in case you think we weren’t actually going to buy anything. Definitely not West Texas service, don’t waste your time. If give less than one star if I could!

Great people, Great service ! While traveling my tire went flat-late in the afternoon, I called for help and was able to limp to the store. The mechanic had the tire and tube waiting when I pulled in, stayed past closing to get me done and back on the road. WHO DOES THAT ANYMORE?? They saved the day and my trip. Thanks Agian Guys!

Spent $600+ dollars to have NONE of the issues corrected or repaired on my ATV. Turn around time was quick tho

The service department did such a good job of getting me in and out.. They replaced my front tire to my motorcycle and the price was very reasonable, cheaper than the other places around town. ( Thanks )

I was looking for a helmet and asked the guy with the handle bar moustache if he had larger sizes. He pointed to a rack. I looked but didnt find what I needed. I asked if he had any others in the back. He said no thats it. No offer to order or anything. I went to the Harley shop and they were happy to order my size.

Stop by with a specific question about highway bars for the motorcycle I had just bought. They salesperson was very helpful went outside to look at my motorcycle looked out some information for me and made some suggestions. Didnt try to sell me anything just pointed me in the right direction

The salesmen are rude, the parts guy is rude, the service shop manager is rude. Everyone that works there is condescending and acts like youre an idiot. They never have ANYTHING in stock. They mark up their labor times. I have been here on about 10 different occasions and Ive never had anything but bad experiences. Spend an extra 15 minute and drive to the one on Odessa. At least those guys are friendly

Took my motorcycle in for valve adjustments and some other work as I dont have time. Service department went above and beyond and didnt try to take me. All added repairs were legit.

LIFESAVERS! I was traveling from East TX through Midland to West TX at Thanksgiving in our RV. We stopped in Midland for the night and the next morning couldnt get the generator started. No generator=no trip=unhappy wife! Looking on google maps showed Midland Yamaha a few miles away. Bear in mind this was the day before thanksgiving when a lot of places shutdown or take half a day off. We got over there and they were open until 2 pm. Christian in service listened to my sad tale and said lets give it a look. They immediately, while I waited, removed, disassembled and diagnosed the problem (gummed from old fuel) and amazingly had the part in stock, got it put back together, back in the truck and we were back to the vacation. I really appreciate the effort and think if I lived in the midland area these guys would be my go to shop for everything.
