Nothing but a great experience at Midland Powersports. I live in Oklahoma, 8 hrs away so my salesman Steven, finance Staycee, along with Rob made it a painless experience to buy my 2020 Can-Am Ryker Rally. Over a week ago i inquired about it, but admittedly I was a bit difficult since I drive a truck locally I only corresponded through text, but Steven did not have a problem with that. Steven quickly sent me all the information and forms I needed to acquire financing and they did it in less than a day. Now a week later today I arrived and everything was good to go. Staycee even helped me figure out how to get the info needed to make sure I had insurance. My wife and I were there less than an hour. THANK YOU to everyone who helped me get my Ryker, its Awesome. Not good........ Took two and a half weeks to have a 200 hour service and tires put on my ranger.

I bought my outlander 850 max xtp on a Saturday in the afternoon at 5pm around closing time by the time everything was said and doen it was 8 pm everyone was very help full and hands on i recommend to buy from them great prices i had looked at the same 4wheeler in a different dealer they wanted 4k more then wat i got it for .

I purchased 3 can am 6 months ago and I have one the Maverick that has an engine light on and the codes 301/302/and 303 I’ve taken it in 3 times and it’s come out the same they charged the insurance $1500.00 for repair that assume wear not done they keep telling me it’s my fault and that nothing is wrong the maverick is sluggish and running hot I have used it 44 hours around my neighborhood and they replaced the clutches how can something new need cliches and belts really disappointed with their service be careful and read the reviews I’m not the only one that this is happening to it gives a bad name to the can am name when they are sold and serviced by companies with only profit in mind and not the satisfaction of the customer

Being a biker myself, who wouldnt like a motorcycle hanging from the ceiling? And that is only visible after opening the main doors that have handlebars installed as the handles. The food is always excellent. I like the number of choices. I can eat there often and always have a different combination. And for the price, you get a more then fair portion. Most trips usually include a to-go box for the remainder.
Let me start by saying I drove three hours for this dealership. Andrew is a very helpful sales man. He responded very quickly to my emails and answered any questions I had. They accepted my trade-ins and offered me NADA value for them without any hassle. This is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. They have earned my business, and I would recommend them to any one in need of a powersport.
Edit. Ill give them credit, they tried. About 3 months in there trying to figure out an idle surge issue. However I can only give 2 stars because after it was all said and done it started doing it again. Shortly after that the front spark plug shot out while I was riding it. Was barely in. So when I was fixing that I noticed a hose that was completely disconnected. Apparently that was causing too much air resulting in the idle surge issue. Instantly started idling normal. The loose plug can happen, but how did they tear the whole thing apart and not see that hose disconnected? After I spent $1,600 replacing things the mechanic said were causing it. I appreciate Tracy, she really tries to set things right. But the mechanics apparently dont really care. No ill will to the owner, hes a nice guy. But all that money for a disconnected hose should have never happened.

The owners are very nice people and buying there is quick and easy. The service department isnt the greatest. They dont hold to the dates they give you, its very hard to get status updates and on the last service they lost my keys causing a week or two additional delay.

Im having problems with a brand new Canam limited which I didnt purchase from them. They are the only ones who have helped me so far. The dealer I purchased it from was absolutely NO help as well as BRP.
Came in at Saturday and wasn’t open as told it was.
Great got an safety inspection and picked up some work.

Over the years weve purchased 3 motorcycles from Midland Powersports. Every time has been a breeze while going through the process. Jason, Cody and the rest of the staff are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and they never pressure in a sale. We will continue to buy bikes as well as accessories from here.

Highway robbery if you bring in a tire to have a tube replaced. Ive been riding all over the country and never seen ridiculous prices like Midland powersports. $50 for just labor for a kids tube replacement. I even brought in the tire!Anyways the Yami shop did it for 28 bucks. Yeah not that much cheaper but dont take advantage of people in Midland. That is the first and last time Ill ever be in.
Good people, good staff, I have been doing business with these people for 25 years. Ive purchased many motorcycles from them and feel they have always treated me fairly. Like I said, they are good people.
Bought a brand new four wheeler from them and it continued to show signs of trouble starting. Took it to them over 6 times and they never fixed the problem. They even blamed me saying I didn’t know how to start the bike (been riding for 15 years now). They kept getting it running which lasted about 20 minutes when I’d get home and it’d start acting up again. Their mechanics are a bunch of jokes and the service secretary even stated that only one was certified. Can’t wait to move away from this place so I can take the bike to a legit Honda shop.
Need something go visit with Ben Rivera. Hes very attentive and helpful, also has excellent costumer service! My wife and I have had a great first experience with Midland Powersports due to Ben. Go see him you wont be disappointed!

This is a great place to go. The sales guys are all nice and the parts guys are all knowledgeable about their department. They are willing to listen and answer any questions you have. Just wish they sold KTM.......I will be going to these guys for all of my needs for bikes and four wheelers. Ask for Cody and he will hook you up!!

They could really use some training on greeting their customers. We stood there for like 30 minutes and finally someone came to greet us and asked to help us. Sales man was great, very friendly. Service department could learn somethings and to not lie to customers.

Over the past 20 years, Ive bought the majority of my motorcycles at MPS because they are such a great company. That should say it all. Highly, highly recommended.
Walked around for 30 minutes, finally asked for help was told someone would be with us. Looking around sales people were on phones or talking to each other. Finally after an additional 15 we gave up on trying to buy anything and On way out was finally asked if we were interested in anything. Our hands were literally on the handle to leave when this happened. This store has decent pricing and offers financing on used but just couldnt find a sales person who wanted our money! We may give this location another shot in further but more than likely we will just buy what we are looking for in another. YOU LOST A SALE, sad.

Worst customer service. Went in on a Saturday and was told bank was backed up. That I was approved but couldn’t get me numbers until Tuesday early. Waited all day on them and never got a real response. Just gave me the run around.

Bought a 2020 can am was getting a check engine light took it back ran a diagnostic was told it was the belt machine only has 27 miles they said it does not have warrenty always make up excuses bad warrenty they say you did something wrong. wont buy anything else there second time they screw me over they did the same thing to with the max commander i bought they dont care about their costomers and they charge the hell out of labor and parts. They are money hungry trash

The service is great, with massive inventory. Its a little expensive, but youre in Midland. By the time you drive elsewhere, your gas cost eats your savings.

I went to buy a battery for my ATV and the gentlemen was very helpful the next day i went to buy a part that is called spider for the same ATV and another gentlemen helped me very helpful as well excellent customer service.
Took it in to see what the problem was with my bike, see if it was under warranty, only had it for 4 months. Had the bike for 2 months dealership proceeded to tell me bike wasnt covered and it would cost 3k to fix, said no and that I would come pick my bike up. Paid $300 for them to take my bike apart, not tell me what was wrong with it, and not put it all the way back together. I paid the bike off at the dealership. Ill never go back to this place, if you have questions dont be afraid to ask me!
Great customer service and very fast at getting you in and out when you need to be. Went in for utv and got out with in an hour. Bought a utv and a trailer at a great price. They hooked everything up for me and walked me through everything. I use the ATV for work and they were able to let me know of the extras that will help keep the mule safe going through the thick brush and mosquit trees

Got new tires for the buggy, paid over a grand for Kevlar and they put on tires improperly. Had to take it back to get it fixed.

While trying to get out of town to Bike week . I needed some supplies from the Honda shop. I came in and was greeted right away told them what I needed . Told them I was headed to Daytona for bike week Michael in part was in invey wishing he could go. They wish me a safe trip.
Well i thought going to the most expensive place, that just maybe you would be able to rely on the service ... my bike spent 4.5 months in their service department... picked up 2 days ago... bearly got to ride today cuz weather. Luckily i didnt wreck when my bike shifted wrong due to poor instalation of new shifter.. and did not adjust clutch properly after mechanic was specifically asked to do for me... therfore cable busted. these are issues a rider should not have to worry about. I am severly dissappointed with the service.. I hope ther isnt any more problems.. I very very strongly suggest you consider other options before using these shade tree mechanics!!!
The employee I spoke to in the parts department seemed like he had no idea what I was talking about and seemed as if he had no motivation to help a customer. This definitely will keep me from shopping there in the future.

Worst service Ive had at any honda dealership. They were 2 months late getting my tires in and then wanted to charge DOUBLE what other places were charging to install them
Worst customer service. I needed a wheel and 4 studbolts for a ranger 500. The dude in parts jacks me around for over a week and doesnt call me when my parts come in plus the wheel was wrong after he belittled me saying that all wheels are the same. I spent 70 bucks for all the wrong parts that I couldve ordered myself finally when the stud bolts get in and I have to call to mame sure and then drive an hour and a half from Big Lake. It turns out they were wrong and the ones I want will cost another 5 bucks and then after I pay for them I have to wait another 5 buisness days. The atv dealerships are a joke when it comes to good service.
