Fantastic. My guitar was having issues and I was worried that I would need to get new pickups or something, they took it and cleaned up the switches on so it worked like brand new. Very friendly and willing to help you out. Definitely coming back if I ever need help with my guitars

I could not have had a better first experience here! The folks at Little Bighorn were so friendly and exuded complete knowledge about how to me out, despite my walking in without a clue.Im an absolute beginner and brought in my acoustic guitar to be restrung. Tim took the time to check out my whole setup and make some helpful adjustments, free of charge. He couldve upsold me a lot, as a total novice, but spent time checking out the wear on the strings and only replaced what was necessary. He also talked me through everything he did and I learned a lot in my few minutes there!I left this visit 100% confident coming back for anything I need in the future and cannot recommend it enough. Super friendly 10/10 experience. Needed a minor adjustment on my new bass and wasnt charged anything because the set up was pretty much good before I brought it in.Everyone working their spoke to me at some point and everyone was really brief and friendly.Its worth the drive even if you dont live in Midland

I went in there with my brother looking for guitar strings but we ended up trading in his guitar for an upgrade! The owner was very helpful with looking at his guitar and also was nice to let him test out the guitars till he found the right one. He knew his stuff and was just a great help overall! He got home and played it right away, he loves it!

My daughter needed a sax for band and after calling around and visiting some other stores we decided to stop at Little Bighorn on our way home. Im so glad we did. They had a variety of used saxophones to choose from. My daughter was able to play each one in the store to see how they sounded. Tim was a pleasure to work with. We ended up saving a lot of money and getting a high quality used sax. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for quality used instruments.

Had a problem with an amplifier. Tim helped me diagnose the problem. We took it apart. He found a loose electrical connection. Tim re-soldered the connection and now my amplifier works. Great Service. I highly recommend. Nice guys, too.

Tim really took care of me and my guitar. Went in to get a quote on having output jack reattached and some strings put on and walked away with an experience I will never forget. Have been to many music stores from the east coast all the way to California on the Sunset Strip and the Little Big Horn shop is the place to go. They did so many extra things for me just to take care of me and my guitar. Tims love for the instruments is unbeatable. Price was way better than expected. Thank you Tim my guitar looks, plays and sounds better than it ever has.

My floyd rose-equipped Ibanez is playing like a dream now for less than $30, I traded a guitar of mine for a bass that I love, and his customer service was amazing throughout it all; he even gave me a complementary high-quality cable! 100000000% recommend anybody who needs music gear to stop here first. Very friendly atmosphere, and customer service is over the top here. I love going to Little Bighorn Music for all my guitar needs! The prices are reasonable compared to the average market value, at least for guitars and guitar related gear (I havent actually looked at much else simply because I dont play much else). If I had to be critical, the space is kind of small, but its organized & well worth stopping in. Theres​ really nothing negative to say about this place.

My Taylor Koa acoustic guitar fell from my coffee table and snapped the neck, breaking a whole piece out of it. I thought it was completely ruined. Later that week I stopped into Little Bighorn on my lunch break to look around and showed a picture of my guitar. They said bring it in and they could glue it and see if they could fix it. A few months later I brought it in and they called me after about a week or so to come in and pick it up. To say the least, they did an AMAZING job gluing it back together and it plays just the same. I am so thankful for them and could not be happier with their service, I will never shop at another music store again. Highly recommend Little Bighorn, they will take the best care of you!

These guys are the best! A cool guy there just helped me out when I called ahead and even though the guy had a gig and practice he still helped me with repairing my guitar. Plus it was after hours so thank you sooooo much!

I walked up to the door 3mins after close and the owner unlocked and invited me in. He was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through the whole store. Set me up with an amazing strat that I love along with a new orange crush amp, strings, and cords. Got a great deal too. HIGHLY recommend and will be going back whenever Im back in town to talk music and see whats new! 10/10
