Great service. Usually come out within 2 hours of a call. Problems are usually fixed that day and they will bring extra supplies. Hate to see bad reviews when DYNA has done great at Don-Nan for years and is used for most of our machines.

Frequently enough well get complaints from our users about them not fixing things. Theyve let issues go unresolved for half a year when we pay for periodic maintenance. Never seem like theyre on top of things when issues arise. Simply unprofessional, even the manager. They talk the talk, but dont walk the walk.
