Poor customer service.I will be going to discount tires from now on.How does it take 3 hours to put air in a spare?
No one answered phone after numerous attempts to call and get information
Had my oil changed & they managed to crack my windshield. I informed the manager, he took pictures & I was never contacted back. Every time I tried to contact them, the person whom is supposed to attend to that sort of issue has either conveniently left early for the day or didnt come to work along with a host of other excuses. Then they over charged for the oil change. Apparently the associate that took our information selected the incorrect oil weight.
Came here for a flat repair and was told it’s unfixable because air is leaking from where tire sets on the rim. I asked if they are capable of dismounting and remounting tires to re set the bead and was told they do but that won’t fix it because it’s the tire that’s the problem, from the inside. He reminded me that tires fall apart over time which is why we replace them and his recommendation is that I should replace the tire all together since it’s going bald anyways. I’ll attach a picture of my tire for reference. I arrived at 3:38pm, it’s now 5:38pm, they close at 6pm... I would have happily paid for him to remount the tire but when his suggestion was to replace the tire I felt like I was being rushed out.
Worst customer service ever especially the manager name Tim is the worst
Went for a regular pit crew oil change, and they were BUSY. Yet it still only took them about 30 minutes, maybe a little more. There were about 3 or 4 cars in front of me too! And with only one bay open at that time, just goes to show how good the team is at their job. Simple job, yes, but with it being about 20 degrees outside that day, the short wait was very appreciated.Only problem I have is that I tried to get a spare key made for my vehicle and they couldnt make it. Didnt have the ability for the type of key I have, which is actually just a normal car key from the 90s. Thats the only reason I didnt give 5 stars.
Other than having to wait behind the line of cars that were before us which only means it was busy, the experience was great. We did some shopping while we waited. The best part was seeing Martha as we left. She is always so friendly and caring with our daughter. It really means a lot to us.
They do not even deserve 1 star. Called them this evening because I have a flat. I asked them if they patch tires. The woman said yes but the mechanic said hes not talking anymore jobs. I asked her because it was a tire patch if she could ask the mechanic if he would please take me because theyre the only ones open at this time. He said no and as I was talking to her and u was mid sentence, she hung up on me. I understand they want to go home, truly I do, but to me if someone was in a desperate situation like that, I would show a little more compassion. And hanging up on a customer is just horrible customer service.They have also in the past neglected properly install the drain plug on my vehicle for an oil change. This place is run really poorly. Sam Walton is probably rolling in his grave over what his stores have become

Overfilled my oil and there was oil all over my engine compartment that could have been wiped off very easily. Also went to get a new battery and they didnt have it. I wont come back to this place.
Took forever to find someone to assist me and even longer outside to be scanned in before they could even start on my car. The positive was they put the tires on quickly and efficiently.

I needed my tire plugged due to a nail. At first the male said I may need a new tire. I explained where it was, I did not. Was no where near the wall of my tire and was nearly dead centered. I was second in line behind another car. Two hours and 30 minutes later, they finally got to my car. Said only two there and followed who came first. No, I sat and watched as well as spoke to others and that was not the case. I asked when people had came in upon their leaving. Yes, they gave me my $10 plug for free due the length of wait, but they neglected to put the air back in my tire. Never go here again. Ridiculous.

Watch out here. The gentleman taking cars for the lube station has been very prompt and professional. While I have had the exact opposite interaction with one of the oil change techs. I waited for over 45 minutes and they never bothered paging me as promised. He then denied it and had a pissy attitude about it. Very poor customer service on his part. One of the managers made it right, but I wont be using there lube station again.
Quick service today, got 2 tires and was in and out
The gentleman that help me out in the very beginning was very nice and courteous and then the lady that changed my tire and fix it for me was also very nice and courteous I had had a flat on 67 and was hot and tired and yall made me feel right at home thank you very much I will refer you to my friends thank you Laurie fieldd
I inquired about an oil change. There were no customers ahead of me. No wait time. 15 minutes later, I am signed in and hand over the keys. An hour later, my vehicle is still in the bay and they are not working on it. It is only when I ask the manager why it isnt finished, that someone completed my oil change. At the same time I am hearing the complaints of another customer about 2 hours spent waiting for a battery installation.
Automotive hours sa7pm close. go in at 6:30 to have a flat fixed and told they close at 6:30. Doors close at 7pm Maybe they should clarify and change hours on website and door . To misleading

Wouldnt recommend the Douglas economy priced tires ($62 each after all tax and fees). Bought 2 last year and 2 several months ago, have had to replace 2 tire of the 4 so far.
The absolute worst place for oil changes. My wife took her car in to get an oil change. After a 45 min wait the call her and tell her she has a nail in her tire. After an hour they tell her they cant find the nail. So they put the tire back on. That night I go out to look for the nail. Only to find the centercap is not on the wheel. After 3 mins with a spray bottle I find and repair the tire myself.
3 car in line and waited an hour for an oil change to start... all-in-all not bad, just nothing special

One hr to get an oil change when your first inline.
The employees went out of their way to help my daughter although the wait was very long.
I went there first. They didnt have a patch big enough for my leak, so I went to Mr.Ds.
Do not go to the Auto center here unless you have lots of time to wait. They are the worst with tire installation.

Pulled up to the tire place after getting a flat tire on the road. We barely made it there and they would not help us because they close 20 minutes before. Instead left us with a flat tire and no way to drive anywhere else in front of their hundreds of tires so that they wouldnt have to stay 5 minutes late to help us out.
