Great people, great inventory, good prices. I like that I can call in an order on Saturday morning then head out there and pick it up. Open till noon. Owner is a good guy, involved with the daily operations. Always working to improve his business to benefit his customers. Just rebuilt their website is proof of this. I will be inviting them to my upcoming HotShot Trucking Shows USA in June 2022, the first of its kind Trade show and convention for Hotshot Businesses and drivers.

Who Does That ????First of all, these Guys are great. I have done business with these folks for over 4 Years. I can tell you first hand that every order I have placed was High Quality, In Stock, and ready for pick up when promised. Every Time..Above and Beyond ExpectationsPlaced an order and was going to pick it up on my way back from Houston. Unfortunately, I got hung up on a delivery at the Port of Houston and was not going to make it there before they close. I called Roy to let him know. He gave me his Cell Number to call him when I got there. He would then open the gate and I could get my order from the Drop Box. Plus, there was plenty of room for me to turn my Rig around to Exit.Needless to say, this worked out great for me. He stayed on the phone until I had my order loaded in the truck. and made sure everything was Fine. And It was.Who Does That??Thanks Roy and ShellyYou Guys are Great.

Ordered a sturdy lite cabinet door on 6/25 when I would call I was told it wasnt manufactured yet. Today I called sterdy lite they dont have any record of the order. Worst sakes experience Ive ever had dont recommend shopping with these folks at all

The level of professionalism is above and beyond the regular service a customer would receive at a business of this nature. My personal experience has been nothing but good at Double C Canvas! Roy has personally helped me on different occasions and he was great... They even have a after hours service to pick up things you may need at the last minute. I call that top notch. The trucking business is tough but it has a small silver lining and this place is apart of that which makes trucking great for all of us who persevere and have longevity in this industry. Make sure to ask about the after hours pick-up service.

I purchased a dunnage rack and the customer service was great the owner is a friendly and a great the install was instant and great product prices was great I would recommend this company and people to anyone to bad I can only give 5 or I would give more thanks guys

We have been working with Roy Childres of Double C, and his company for about 10yrs. Not only is the product we get from them better than ANYWHERE else, but the owner would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it.

Ordered a day before. Arrived next morning and everything was available besides for the 8 tarp color Ordered But will continue to do business with them.

The owner Roy will not hesitate to over charge you on labor hours for anything needing installed or fabricated. He like to do bait and switch tactics and doesnt believe in making things right when he tells you they have something in stock and you adjust your routing to go out of your way, giving up a load, just to get it installed. then when you get there and in fabrication process begins, the reality is they didnt have it in stock and want to push something much less in quality in the middle of the install. Refused it and they ended up taking lost install hours on that project and tried to apply it to a much smaller project. When I challenged Roy and his wife on the $500 bill for a $250 item (plus hr install fee) they argued with me and said I keep causing them problems. BUYER BEWARE when buying anything that requires labor hours and taking them for their word! You would better off finding somebody else... TRUST ME!
