On hold for 35 minutes and they never bothered to pick up the phone but one time, and they promptly put me back on hold as soon as they pick the phone up. Dont think Ill be doing business with these folks ever

I went in to pick up my prescription around 1:15 and it wasnt ready. (Mobile app said it would be ready by 1pm) They informed me it would be ready at 2:15. I went again at 2:25 and it wasnt ready but i was asked to wait.I say these things to point out that I understand the high volume and by no means do I feel entitled to be rude and obnoxious about it. I am forunate enough to work from home so I was able to wait until it was ready (though i was stressed)I still give 4 stars because the ladies that helped me, both the first and second time were extremely nice. It isnt their fault that they are either understaffed or short staffed today.ALSO masks are required but MAJORITY OF THE CUSTOMERS WERE NOT WEARING MASKS. Please dont be those people that think its fine to be disrespectful to the staff. WEAR YOUR MASK. its not hard.

Nice place would recommend and theyre open late so its nice if you have to grab something real quick

One of the managers is so unprofessional. Her attitude towards customers is like that of a prisoner and a guard. Literally nothing positive came out of her mouth the duration of my visit. She told me “we will NOT call you when your photos are ready because we have about 10,000 photos to copy so we don’t have time to make calls”. This is when I went to pick my photos up for the 3rd time because they ran out of paper and kept pushing the pick up date back. Then she told me to cancel my order and try another option. I will never go back there.

Finally people that care. Must have hired a new staff

Ive had prescriptions filled here now for a couple of years. My wife has had hers filled here for nearly that long. Regular, monthly prescriptions. We have tried to get them set up for same pick up date, but have been unsuccessful, even though they say we can. I went to pick up my wifes meds about a week and a half ago, asked about mine, and was told it would be another week. I go today, and am told they have nothing for me, further stating, they were ready 10 days ago, and returned to the shelf for non pickup. This is insane. No text, like the normally do. So, I guess they really do not want my business. Time to move on to another pharmacy.

Pharmacy is very very bad. Didnt have a perscription ready for my son on time, long long wait time. Cars just drive out of the line because it takes too long. Please have better service soon.

I want a manager of Pharmacy to see this! I arrived to get an Rx for my husband. Pulled up his name and said $20. I thought, maybe insurance is high so I ignored the usual 21 cent charge. When I turned around, another man in a Walgreens shirt told me that my husbands Rx was re-shelved and they needed 30 minutes to get it done. I said no problem. Went back and the individual different from the guy in shirt, told me that my husbands Rx was not ready until 18th. And they had one I could pick up now. I said what?? He only has one Rx. Then I said, what happened to the restocked meds? “OH THAT GUY IS NOT A TECHNICIAN!” Are you joking? Why is he in the pharmacy, accessing names, telling people to come back if he is NOT REGISTERED TO BE THERE??? They had wrong name, address and phone. To the other Mr. Smith, your Rx is ready. If I was not in my right mind, I would have brought that $20 script home and my husband would have died because he is allergic. Just unacceptable practice from a pharmacy! These people handle our meds and they are incompetent to say the least. Mistakes cannot happen in this area of the store. Handle this please before someone pops a lawsuit on you!!

Second encounter with Ruth who is so rude. She doesnt know what sales are in the store and she huffs when you ask her a question or try to even show her the sale on the Walgreens paper. Today, I went in and she rang me up and when I tried handing her my coupons she said I cant take those and just stood there looking at me and refused to remove two items. She said she couldnt do it when I tried asking her a question about the sales item and if my walgreens coupons went through she got mad and said I dont know because I dont have the paper with me. When I tried to take the time to show her she huffed and kept looking at the people standing in line behind me. I told her I was just going to leave the items and she said so your not going to buy anthing upset. I replied No maam, not if I cant use my coupons and she just snatched the bags after I set them on the counter for her and called for a manager to override the transaction to cancel the purchase. When I called to speak to her manager 5 minutes after leaving the store she put me on hold and then came back and said she was the manager, when I asked to speak to the manager because I knew she was there she said she was busy and that I would have to wait a while. I stayed on hold and she came back on and said the manager told her to take down my name and number and that she would return my call. I confirmed Her name was Ruth and told her I would just call corporate instead.I will not be returning to this location ever again.Corporate on the other hand were awesome. The lady I spoke to was so helpful and took the time to do whatever she could to make things right.

I love this store! Employees are super friendly!!! I would not use the pharmacy they are EXPENSIVE! I got the same prescription at Walmart for over $200 cheaper! Store is great....pharmacy not so much.

First walgreens that I have been to that does not sell ethnic hair products . Only white hair product no relaxers or natural hair products. Did I mention I use to work at one too..

Shopping experience has always been fine but any time we need to go to the pharmacy there have been several issues even though our information hasnt changed.

Not a Fan of this Walgreens for pharmacy reasons. The store itself is ok, so I gave them an extra star for the store. The pharmacy takes FOREVER to answer their phone if you have a question.. Ive been on hold 10-15 minutes before anyone answers. Last time I went there, I was sick and was in the drive through line. I handed the cashier my credit card and she said Im sorry since you have a chip you need to either come in the store or get back in the line and wait behind these cars. Are you kidding me???? Im not pulling behind 5 cars when Im already in the line. Why the heck cant you swipe my card now or at another machine? So I drove around, pulled my kids out of the car, all of who were sick, all so I could pay with my credit card for my RX. I am looking elsewhere for a pharmacy.

Stopped in for a few things Saturday morning about 10:30am 5/6/17, probably $20 worth. All I had was 2 $100 bills. Asked the teenage cashier f he could break a $100 bill. A, I dont think so..... was his response.Are you kidding me? A billion dollar company cant make change for a $100 bill??? Left the stuff with him. Next time Ill see if CVS or Brookshires can accept a $100 bill in exchange for goods purchased. I WONT BE BACK !!

I had a prescription called in here because it was closest to the friend I am living with. I chose this pharmacy specifically because it reflected a discount card could be used, as I was paying for my medicine out of pocket. When the price rang up to 6x what I was expecting to pay, the pharmacist told me, “that’s just what it costs. We don’t honor the discount card. No one around here does.” He was unecessarily rude, gave me false information and poor customer service.I had my meds called into HEB in Waxahachie the next time. Not only did they give me a discount without any trouble, they automatically applied a DEEPER discount when one became available. I’m more than happy to drive out of my way for a more pleasant experience.

Managers were rude. Sold my photos to someone else. Basically called me a liar because someone I know must have picked them up. But they are wrong my son and husband dont pick up anything, plus I was the only one who knew I printed pictures. They wouldnt match the price I was supposed to pay. And said they dont make mistakes and if someone got my photo they would have brought them back by now. Took me 3hr to find the photos I wanted to hang on the wall and they wouldnt even look around for them cause they dont make mistakes.....

Terrible customer service. Will not fill any prescriptions here anymore. They don’t inform you when subbing out prescriptions.

Great store and employees never had an issue any of the times I have used this store. I did find reading some of the reveiws very funny.

Walgreens in Midlothian, TX would not honor a coupon for RX prescription for my father. We went back to the phyiscian and told him. He said he will NEVER send RX to that walgreens. We will refer his customers elsewhere!!!! Walgreens wants to make sure the general public understands they have the right to refuse a coupon. CUSTOMERS BEWARE How dare Walgreens refuse coupons from elderly when they are deathly sick and have a hard time paying for medication! Shame on Wags!!! Go to CVS and Walmart

Pharmacy staff are incompetent. They do not keep your records on file and its always some huge catastrophic process to get a prescription or refill.

I spent 30 mins on the phone trying to speak with the Pharmacy department and was unsuccessful. I was on hold for 15 mins at a time, the phone would ring continuously, and then disconnect each time.
