A great store!- if you wanna wait in line for almost a half hour for maybe $6 worth of stuff. The line was nearly the length of the whole store and only after people began to complain did another person open a register. Having only 1 person working register isnt smart. I love Five Below, but Ill be taking my business to the one in Orland. Im guaranteed to get my stuff and get back home in far less time!

You can always find such fun stuff in the store . You can never go wrong with things that are $5 and below. But be careful all those small prices add up very quickly. Large selection of books. Holiday stuff, arts n crafts and games. Exercising stuff, phone stuff, candy, beauty supplies, shirts and alot of other stuff. You never know what youll find there.

Cool place to find cool stuff always something new and the store is always well organized and clean

This store was an absolute MESS, candy bins in disarray, most not filled, candy all over the floor. Store looked like a second hand shop.....there were plenty of workers there so definitely no need for store to look like it did.....will not go back

They have really nice stuff at a reasonable price I like all of their merchandise it was my first time going there to purchase anything and I will go back

This is a very clean location and there is very friendly staff on hand. They were hard at work from the moment I walked in the door and still found time to answer my questions about the things I came to find without seeming bothered or being short about it.

The store was clean and smelled fresh.

I love this place because they have all kinds of odds & ends. The staff are always friendly & greet you as soon as you walk in. Not to mention their prices cant be beat! Even cheaper than Walmart, & with better quality!!

Omg! Love five below. Once that store was established here in Chicago ridge I couldnt stop going their. Prices are awesome. Kids love it. It is a wonderful inexpensive store for almost everything. Especially phone chargers how many do we buy since almost all of our kids want a phone..overall great place.

Lots of parking. Good selection, in a clean store. Line for check out was a but long,but kept moving. Lots of parking available. No staff besides cashier to help shoppers, but pretty easy to find stuff.

I love the items available at the store, however the sale associates nor the managers are welcoming at all. I shop at this Crestwood Location Several times a month since its only 3 minutes from my house, but I would love to have better shopping experiences with improved Customer Service, which would make the store environment more welcoming... Oh yeah, I would also love the opportunity to assist in remodeling the store to create more walk-through Space :)

A lot of people dismiss this store. I found some really cool Bears items here for Xmas gifts and myself. The ladies are nice too.

Clean and mostly organized space with friendly and helpful staff. Id definitely recommend this place for a quick visit. Both times Ive visited there have been several unruly groups of kids playing in the store, but I dont fault the staff. I recoend you shop quickly and deliberately to avoid the chaos.

I was visiting my friend that lives in the area and we visited this store. The experience went well until check out. Once at check out I slide my credit card to see that it was declined and without second guessing I slide a different credit card as a form of payment. Once I left the store I checked my online banking to see a pending charge on both of the credit cards I used. I called my credit card company to realize it was five below that declined me not the credit card company. So I then call the location I visited and they told me to wait to see if both charges go through and yes they did. Called the store again and they tell me the only way to receive my money back is to come into the store which is a huge inconvenience to me due to me not living in the area.

Always can find the kids something. Very convenient with a great atmosphere, quick services and great customer service.

The space is a lil cramped when other ppl are shopping, too, but EVERYTHING in there really is $5 or less. I just bought a yoga mat, exercise wheel, beaded jump rope, workout gloves, & a case for my cellphone for less than $30. I cant pass up the prices or the variety. The money I saved shopping at Five Below paid for the gas it took to get there 👍

Store never has anything I want. And how am I supposed to walk the store when there are big stacks of boxes in the middle of the aisle?
