Brought my own radio to be installed they said it will be to hard to install. So I brought one of their radio and had it installed. The radio cut on and off all by itself after two days. I asked for a store credit to purchase another radio. She told me the ball dont bounce that way and they want to repair the one they installed. I left.

Got my windows tinted Oct 2018 and in Jan 2020 my back windows started to bubble pretty bad. They replaced it with no issues because I had the receipt. From other reviews I see this is a common thing.

Came in and had a simple question about my speakers & they act like It was pulling teeth. The tech wouldn’t even come to the front to speak or answer any questions. Soo I just left.. I would rather take my business some place else.. & I was willing to make an appointment & to pay whatever price it would’ve been to get my speakers fixed. Welp they just lost me as a future customer.

2nd car I took there and had bubbles like bubble gum. Took it back to them they gave me a full refund, then he ripped tint off windows. They also offered to re do it but, didnt want to waste my time. My other car still has bubbles. I might take it back but when I go there they act very unprofessional so I just dont feel like wasting my time anymore.

I got my windows tinted in 2018 and last year 2019 the tint on my back windshield got a bunch of bubbles and also the back of both passengers have bubbles on the tint. Horrible tints. Will not go back. I had my tints for two years and they are horrible. I can’t even look at the back of my windshield from all the bubbles.

I went there to get a alarm on my 2018 and it still dont work.i took it back twice. it & it still dont work. Im a elderly young laidy and they are trying to take advantage of me. Ok Now my husband is going up there to take care of business I bet you all wont play with him!!!

Very Bad Experience. Paid $160 For A 20% Tint Job All Around My Dodge Charger. When They Finished The First Time And I Inspected My Car There Were Bubbles On All My Windows, There Was A Cut Piece Of Tint In between The Glass And Tint They Laid On My Back Drivers Side Window. So They Had To Take It Back In Right After They Finished To Get The Piece From Out Of My Window. They Peeled It Up And Left It That Way, Manager Assured Me It Would Lay Right After Drying For A Couple Days. 5 Days Pass Im Back At The Tint Shop For The Second Time. All Windows Bubbled Up And Back Window Was Wrinkled At The Top. Manager Inspects My Car And Agrees The Job Was Bad, I Tell Him Have Them Take Their Time And Just Do It Right. Come Back 3 Hours Later, There Were Brown Little Light Bubbles On All Windows And They Didnt Even Touch My Back Window To Correct The Wrinkles At The Top. I Think Its The Quality Of Tint Their Using But Theyre Charging 3M Prices. Worst Part Is Now They Had Cut The Outside Of My Drivers Side Front And Back Window With A Razor And Left The Razor On The Roof. I Tell Manager I Need To Speak With Owner And I Basicly Get Spent. I Call 2-3 Times And Only Get To Talk To The Manager Who Keeps Assuring Me Hell Have The Owner Call Me. Manager Calls Next Morning I Thought I Was Speaking With Owner, Come To The Shop And Its The Manager. Manager Compensates Me Minimum For Cut Windows But Wants Me To Leave My Car For A Third Time For Them To Try And Get It Right. I State To Manager I Dont Think They Can Get It Right And Further More I Dont Trust Them After My Windows Were Damaged Day B4. Was Never Once Offered A Refund So I Told Him Ill Just Take A Loss On The Tint Job From Them And Just Had Him Snatch All The Tint Off Right There Which Was Poorly Applied A Second Time. Very Bad Business, Imma Stick With Tint Man Dan. Needless To Say, LESSON LEARNED! Do Have Pics

Personally, I will no longer do business with the tint shop. I took my 2010 Ford fusion to get my Windows tinted all around. 20% in the front, 5% in the back Windows. It turned out alright, but the small corner Windows on the back seat doors (the part of the back seat windows that u cant roll down) look unprofessional, in the corners there are little pockets of natural light that u can see from the inside of the car.whatever, no bid deal, Im just a nit pick detail kinda guy. they charged me $150 for the tint job.Then a week later I took my car back to get some HID lights installed. (attempted to do it myself but had trouble and got frustrated) they charged me $150 for about 10 minutes of work. After driving home and inspecting their work, I noticed that The guy that installed them didnt give a damn. He left the ballasts just hanging freely, dangling in the engine compartment. They were not properly secured. Then they did not put the rubber waterproof sealers back, they were supposed to cut a hole thru it and then slide the HID bulb and cords thru it. and they didnt give me back my original bulbs. I am not happy with their quality of work. I called and complained, but after all that I realized I cud have installed the HID lights myself if I had just been more patient and took my time. It was super easy. I found that out later when I took the lights out and put them back in. it only took me 5 Minutes. So they got me and my $150. And they didnt even do satisfactory work. So Im no longer messin with this little small 2 car garage that they call the tint shop. Thats just my experience. And by the way, its a cash only place. And if u do choose to give these Mexicans your money, make sure u arrange for a ride, unless u want to wait in a room the size of a shoe box.

I got my tint, remote starter and a alarm on my 2015 Toyota 4 Runner..I had it two days when I went into a store heard my alarm going off came back out my truck was going off the alarm wont shut off after I hit the remote a few times.. Went to the car open it up with the keys to find the truck was full of smoke smelling like wires was burning..Still couldnt get the alarm to shut off.. I finally had to have it towed to my house.. disconnected the battery.. Im just wishing they stand by their word because this is my only way around to and from work.. update: The owner of this shop is a stand up guy!!!!After everything that could go wrong went wrong.. But the ower was TRUE to his word!! He came to my home and try to fix the problem and when that didnt work he had it tow to his shop and with time and sweat he got my red beauty back up and running and on top of that he put the BEST alarm and remote starter on it...NO COMPLAINS from me.. HE WAS TRUE TO HIS WORD AND A STAND UP GUY..HE STOOD BY HIS WORK..I GIVE HE TWO THUMBS Up
