A lot of these reviews are not accurate. I purchased a car from Elite Auto a few months ago and Ive had 0 problems with it to this day. My wife also purchased a vehicle from them. She loves it and hasnt had any problems with her Hyundai Sonata either. They have nice cars on the lot and definitely the best prices in the Chicago-land area. They are great people, that are willing to work with you. If you are looking for a new car, for a good price, this is the place to go to.

I went in and purchased a 2004 toyota Prius back in August. Was super excited since i had bad credit and the owner offered to sell me the car for a solid price with no interest. Upon buying the car on a Thursday, Sunday i went to church and when i got in my car to leave my car wouldnt start. I waited a few minutes then tried to start the car. Finally on the 3rd attempt it started. Fast forward 2 weeks later. I went to a birthday party and when it was time to leave my car wouldnt start again. This time my power completely shut off. I couldnt unlock any doors so i was stuck for about an hour. I called the dealership and the man who answered the phone sounded as if he could careless and that i would have to wait a certain day to bring in to be inspected. So after an hour and a half of waiting the locks decided to work and i had to jump my car. (This car is a hybrid so the batteries are in the trunk) Before i even had the car a whole month the car completely stopped working. Ive made numerous calls about the car letting them no the car wont start or doesnt work and their only comment was its a hybrid, the car has to recharge 🤔🤔 well the car has been charging for 3 months now and still doesnt work. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!

My experience at Elite Auto Credit was very pleasant the salesman that help me pick out the car I actually liked was very kind and very informal gave me a lot of information about the car not just the mileage, information that is useful like transmission oil gas spark plugs things in that nature when it came down to actually purchasing the car the finance lady was very nice help me through the process it was my first time buying a car so I did not know all the steps and she got me through them very well the manager came in and seeing how happy I was buying the car he offered me a very low-cost warranty which I accepted because it was a very good deal he gave me, they have a wide variety of vehicles to choose from some that cost more and some that cost less but all the vehicles that I tested which was more than one and they did not have a problem helping me out with my choosing since I was not able to make up my mind all the cars ran well though when I left there I did not feel as if I was cheated out of money I was very satisfied with the car purchase and ran very well, the porters did an excellent job on cleaning the car up I spoke to one of them and he mentioned that they take pride in what they do so we can leave happy with a car that looks brand new all in all I give Elite Auto Credit 5 stars for their great assistance well-maintained looking cars affordable prices and nice area..🏆👍👌

They make promises that they dont keep. Get everything in writing because they will act like nothing was promise. They tamper with emission box to make check engine light go out. Your best bet is to go some where else. Brought car right out with cash you will think they would appreciate it.

I really dont understand how this place has 3.4 stars. If I could leave no star I would. I went here on 3 separate occasions ready to actually buy a car that day and each time I was pushed out the door. I get I look young like I should be in high school young but I have a full time job and was willing to pay most upfront as I had the cash. But because I looked young, Zak, (the main person who helped me) basically said no were not selling to you. One of the cars I looked at had bullet holes that were patched up. He wouldnt let me listen to that cars which made me believe there was something mechanically wrong with the cars. All he would do is say bring back the money and well let you see it. And then handed me a business card. I will never ever come back here again. And I have been telling my friends and family not to ever go there as they are rude and extremely judgemental. A poor friend of mine was just scammed by them too. So if you need a new car do NOT go here. Its terrible.

Theyre used car salesman, so you cant expect much. But after I bought a 96 Camry from them and took it to get gas, I realized it leaked gasoline! I can understand not telling someone about a bad battery or alternator, for a cheap car, it was bound to have issues. But leaking gasoline could be a serious issue, not just for the car, but for the drivers health. Overall it was a bad experience, they were upset with me because I wanted to look at a few different cars in their lot, instead of just the one. After the money had exchanged hands, they had told me that they would mail me my permanant plates and the title. About a month later, when I still didnt have either of those things, I went online to look it all up. Lo and behold, I find out that the car hadnt passed its last emissions test. So not only did they sell me a car that streams gas out of the bottom of the car when you put any amount of fuel into it, they also illegally sold me a car that doesnt pass emissions. Buying the car from them was a terrible experience. These people go beyond being shady Used Car Salesman, they are borderline dangerous.

WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN! My 24 year old stepson went out on his own a purchased a 2006 Chevrolet Silverado 4x4 from here.... Not only did they let it go out the door with unsafe tires they added $5,000 into the sale price and rolled into the financing! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

I only gave one star because I can not give 0. This was the worst experience of my life. We bought a car for 5999 with taxes and yada yada it was a little over 7000. Then my finance company calls and says that its 57 payments of 227 which brings the car to over 12000!!!!! I NEVER would have signed a car for that much. So I told them I want to return the car. Oh and I told my finance company I was not happy bc the tire needed to be replaced as well as the brakes.. so they replaced the tire with only 4 of 5 lug nuts and then the tire popped with my 2 year old son in the car!!!! So the finance company tells me that they dodnt approve the application which meant the car was not even mine! They tried to get me to pay for a tow to tow it back to the dealership. I said no way so we attempted to change the tire and the nuts were stripped. All in all a horrible place. They lie to you to do whatever they can to get their money. If I could give 0 stars I would

I honestly had a wonderful experience at elite auto credit! I had gotten in contact with them back at the end of December when we were visiting family in the area, and continued to communicate for almost 3 months through email. I had made them aware that I had a bad buying experience the last time I bought a car in 2016 from a different dealership, but they promised this experience would be better. I was skeptical to say the least. As time went by, he continued to bring about vehicles we may be interested in, but nothing on the lot was exactly what we wanted. We started looking elsewhere and then got preapproved. When we found a vehicle somewhere else, I emailed to let him know. He told me good luck & thank you for the chance to work with him. Well, that vehicle got sold before I was able to get back to it :( needless to say I was quite disappointed. I contacted sam at the dealership and within 4 hours, he had his used car sales manager find exactly what we wanted and they bought it to bring to their lot! They even put a sold sign on it since we were coming from 2 hours away!We were able to negotiate the trade in value of our current vehicle at the time and negotiate the new used vehicle price as well. They werent pushy & gave us very fair prices for both our trade in and our pre-owned vehicle🙏🏻I would recommend sam time and time again! While I will never buy from another dealership again, I will travel 2 hours time and time again for great customer service!Thank you Sam! We love our 2016 Honda pilot!

Very overpriced, ive purchased a car from them 2 times as well as a few close friends, every time there has been serious issues wirh both cars less than weeks after buying. It seems like they fix the cars so they leave the lot with no check engine light on, then a week later it breaks down and you need a new engine

Very upset right now... I just bought a 2103 chevy cruze from Zac and Sam...they knew i was buying the car for my elderly disabled mother..they said it was perfect not a single problem...well here we are not even a week later and the car is in the shop for a blown head gasket after braking down on my mother and putting her in extreme danger.

I feel like such a fool and I will not come back to buy a vehicle and would not recommend anyone here. I purchased a vehicle with them 2 months ago and the manager informed me several times that everything in and out of the car was working at 100%. When I went to sign the papers I noticed that they did not enter the correct milage on the bill of sale the odometer enclosure document and another form. They gave me a 500 mile warranty bumper to bumper but they put the original miles when they received the car not the miles on the actual odometer. So when I went back 4 or 5 days afterwards for them to fix the front shocks, the climate control, radio, heated seats, and the arm for the trunk to open and close I couldnt because I was over the miles on the warranty, but I wasnt it was the finance manager that put the incorrect mileage. Than they told me that they would at least fix the climate control if I buy it because I had no heat coming out of the dashboards or windshield. They suggested to buy it from EBay or offers up so I did which took like 2 or 3 weeks than I went back and they told me the mechanic had flu so next week. Than next week came and the manager who promised me they would fix it never did. Dont trust these people and check every single thing out if your going to buy a car. Also the hours on the website and Googles website told me that they are open on the weekends from 10 to 6 p.m but nope not open go figure.

I bought a car from them only THREE weeks ago, has already broken down twice. My first experience is that they are fast talkers... first vehicle I got they called me back an hour later claiming that there was a lien on the title. There wasnt. Then they changed it to it was in a bad Accident and I may run into electrical problems. So the next day as I exchange the car for a different one he admits he wanted the car back to sell at a higher price. They claim that they are trying to help me as much as possible. BS. They are fast talking SCAMMERS, they even suggested making me fake check stubs to be financed on a better vehicle. DO NOT GO TO THIS STEALERSHIP. Waste of money and time. If I could give them ZERO stars I would. Mechanic is rude, they are shiesty as hell. I cannot wait to be DONE with this pathetic ass dealership. DO NOT GO HERE!

Worst place to buy car from first off they money hungry when i brought my 2011Chevy equinox i wanted to test drive while the own steady beggin for money just to find out the radio didnt work and they tried to raise the price up from what the web page priced the suv then after i paid he told me to bring my truck back to get radio fixed then they fooled around with radio and i had to go to work a hour later to find it still wasnt fixed then 2 days later battery went dead at work so i had to get a jump and take a cab home then 4days later i sat up there hours to find that i had to go to dealer to get it fixed when i went to dealership of chevy they said i need the original radio in order for them to fix so they sent the radio off to company and lied to me about putting in new battery cause car went dead again so now i came up there with midlothian police which is crap also. Cause i wanted my $12000 back and i had to sue then the 4th week i was promised to get my radio fixed with a new battery which was finally successful just to see the truck smoking the next day and my boyfriend checked it and told me all of my oil was dried out oh wow this place is a joke
