Took phone in to be repaired, rep needed to order a part. The part came back in the wrong color. I need my phone ASAP so I asked them to complete repairs. The rep Offered to order new part but would take several more days as it’s the weekend. I asked for discount off final balance due to error. Representative Ashley stated nothing could be done. Very unfortunate, not a good experience at this location. I was originally referred to waxahachie and will try them in the future.

I had my iPhoneXr screen replaced in Feb of 2021 by Twisted iPhone LLC. I then began experiencing black spots on the bottom of my screen so I went take it to them today 07-16-2021 to see what the issue was since the screen is less than six months old. There was no physical damage to the screen or case it was only the black spots on the display that I was concerned about. I was told by the staff that I needed a new screen and the part was only under warranty for 30 days. I then asked the staff if they were giving discounts to repeat customers for bad screen or for first responders and I was told no to both. I then took my phone to another repair facility who immediately noticed that there was something wrong with the display and that they would have covered the issue under warranty .

The staff is super friendly and theyve been very quick to fix any device I bring in. 10/10 would recommend.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I stopped in today to have my charging port checked out, and to my surprise my phone charges with wireless charging also. The gentleman that helped me out was extremely honest, fixed my problem, and was very professional. Ill be back in due time to have the port fixed, but what a money saver for now. 40$ wireless charger and I was on my way. Thank yall so much. Great business!!!

Definitely worth the drive from Mansfield to get my computer fixed the right way and even better are the competitive prices. Customer service has been the best by far. Will be returning and recommending Twisted iPhone to my friends & family. Thank you guys!

I highly recommend this place. They replaced my iPhone XS Max screen a month ago. Yesterday the screen had green lines from top to bottom. I took in back in. After verifying there wasn’t any new damage they replaced it in 30 minutes! Awesome service!

I went in with my sister because her iPhone 11 had water damage...not really sure how a water resistant phone had water damage! But, we brought it to Daniel at the Midlothian location and he was very professional and knowledgeable about what he was going to do. We left for about 30 minutes, came back and he said that he got it back working! We were shocked and grateful. If we have any other issues we’ll definitely come see Daniel!

Too expensive, you can fix your phone yourself for less than half the price. Just buy the parts.

This shop is new but they have some amazing people working here. They are fast, friendly, and the owner is a local guy and is not a corporation. I think they have several locations around town and I always take my devices to them. I hear they also build computers and can fix most other things that I break! Lol
