Great store with excellent prices and quality merchandise. I got some great deals and they have a rewards program and that is always a little bonus. The lady that checked me out was so nice and took extra time to make sure my items were protected on the way home. THANK YOU!! I went back to the store on 2-28-2020 to return a set of bluetooth earbuds that were not working properly. We had the extreme pleasure of having Mike help us. He made the return so easy and then suggested we look for something better ( Thanks Mike) as I had not even thought about it right then. I took his advice and found a new bluetooth device and I love it. We also found 3 jackets, some great smelling soap and a couple of other items. What is so nice is that reward members get an additional discount on Fridays so it was a win win situation for everyone. I albsolutly love this store and the people that work there like Mike are so friendly and helpful that I will make this Burks my go too store for now on. They have a great variety, even nice clothing for plus sized men & women. You can absolutely find great bargains. They have special additional discount days for seniors etc and they have a reward card.

Burkes Outlet is an excellent store for finding amazing deals on womens fashion, shoes and boots, home decor and childrens items. I just love it!

Burkes Outlet is my favorite place to get kids clothes, purses, socks, etc but it is an outlet so you have to shop often to find great deals. The staff is usually very nice

Location was super clean. But as I walked around with my kids I was being watched like a hawk..m kinda weird. I let them play in the kids isle, while the wifey shopped. I felt super uncomfortable so I took them outside. First time for everything I guess.... Dont know how to feel about this. Store was clean and orginized, good job team?

The ladies working posted “Closed wet floor” signs on both sets of dressing rooms at 6:30pm on a Sunday. (They close at 8.) One of the ladies working complained to another girl that someone had gone in one of the dressing rooms that she had just emptied and tried on clothes and left some there. So basically they close the dressing rooms early so they don’t have to deal with them. How can you close the dressing rooms at a clothing store?

I went into the Midlothian Burkes Outlet today for the first time surprisingly... I have lived in this town my entire life and was reluctant to go into Burkes but when I did from the moment I walked in the door I was not only welcomed, but the ladies that worked there were all smiling and had such a welcoming aoura..... :) the store was impressively organized and clean and very much easily accessible to everything I wanted to look at and that was a huge relief in itself, bc In other B urkes stores Ive visited n the past, it was a task to find anything.....When I got to the front to check out I was again welcome to buy all four of the ladies that were up there I believe it was a shift change so two ladies were left with me as we checked out and talked and laughed together....It is the lil things that make the biggest impact on me these days, and i just say, that my experience in the store was a 5 star one, but the staff are beyond amazing! Thanks ladies for making me smile, yall are great!
