This store has the worst customer service ever. Last week I called in a order to this location as they are the close to the office. We normally dont shop this location because of terrible customer service in the past. Due to the shortage of paint products we tried them again. NEVER in my 55 years have I been talked to by a customer service representative. The girl name Callie that works this store is rude, and very unpleasant. Sherwin-Williams your representation at his store needs work.

I couldnt find the porch and floor paint I needed. I called every store for miles. Not just Sherwin Williams but every store. I finally found some at a store I wont name and asked if they could tint to Sherwin Williams Peppercorn. They said yes but I got home and it was a horrible color. I returned the paint. Finally the local Sherwin Williams store in my town, palestine TX called and said they located some at Sherwin Williams in Madisonville TX. I didnt want to wait for it to be shipped so I drove 1 1/2 hours to Madisonville. My deck is complete now and the color matches my trim on my home. Its a deep rich gray. It looks like the deck is a part of the house now. It went on smooth and is so beautiful! I just cant get the help, advice, and professional knowledge at the big box stores. Thank you Sherwin Williams.

I went to the Sherwin-Williams store in Midlothian to get a new color paint and to match 2 more colors. I Had previously gone to Home Depot but the level of customer service I recieved at this store was unmatched.I was impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the Manager Kendell. His other staff members were awesome as well in helping me fill my order. I was impressed with how Kendell coached his team members in explaining how to get the correct match for different colors.He did it in a way that they can feel good about asking questions and will be able to retain the knowledge for the future. Great place and better experience.,and I will be going there for all my paint and supply needs.

I cant distinguish colors so I asked him to choose a color of something that Id taken a picture of that my wife wanted. and they said they couldnt help me so evidently they cant help customers that cant see color .its for my wife. So I got no help here.
