One of the worst experiences ever, really bad service, orfdered very expensive doors, got garbage, doors were warped, no one knows anything, and did not care, be advised.

Westin at Heber location was awesome, very helpful and knowledgeable. Westin has very good people skills and treated me with respect. Excellent service this time for sure!!!

Worst management imaginable. Worst customer service, always out of stock, over priced.THEY are the cause of the lumber mark ups. NOT the people they buy from. Like they tell you. They blame the supplier!!!But its really the lumbar yards.

Whoever the man at the front desk was he definitely did not want our business. I thought he was just being direct but seemed a little out of line.

We have found this business convenient to pick up products and have found their service alright until now. Every interaction we have had with Kyle has made the experience uncomfortable. He acts like we are a burden and makes absolutely no effort to help us. Their products are good but customer service needs to step up.

Im mad that I havent used these guys in the past for my lumber purchases. Their prices are great. The service was friendly and helpful. The guy that loaded our truck was very helpful to make sure it was safe and secure. I will be using them from now on for all my lumber needs.

The customer service here leaves MUCH to be desired. I have been made to feel like I am a burden or its a hassle, when trying to pick up an order for a client. Kyle who is supposed to be there to help people, only seems able to refer you to someone else because in my opinion he cant be bothered to do his job or is too busy and is very offensive when passing you off on someone else. His demeanor and attitude are not those of someone in thecustomer service industry. I will definitely be taking my business somewhere else.

These guys had the best price, but as it turns out the old saying “You get what you pay for” is true. They missed about 5 different major things on our building plans, making us have to contact the engineer 5 different times to ask for revisions. For example, their estimate said “7/16” exterior sheathing as called for on plans” when the plans called for 15/32” sheathing. Seems like a small thing, but could easily fail an inspection and require days more work to redo and cost thousands of dollars for new materials. Our plans also called for all exterior walls to be built using 2X6 boards and not one single 2X6 stud was delivered. HUGE mistake. These are just two of many mistakes made on a relatively small project (800 sq ft).

Of all the building supply stores I work with regularly, this is my favorite.

We get lumber from here often because of their competitive prices and mostly because it is so close to the freeway. Our employees can easily stop by to get things on their way to the job.
