So far 5 stars. Brought in my Ridgid Hammer Drill after taking it to another shop for repair and came out worse than when I had taken it in. Front desk guy was awesome. Helped me get all my information into their shop computer and also voiced his opinion on the poor repair from the last shop. Gave me an ETA of about a week due to some renovations. Will update once I am able to go pick it up.

Did the job, but the customer service was underwhelming. I was told that my repair would be completed within a day or two. Two weeks later and not a word. They didnt seem to check voicemail, as they didnt respond to messages. I had to call in until I got a real person to find out the repair had been completed after one week but no one ever notified me. I asked for an explanation and was given a shrug. The cost was expensive considering I had to babysit the employees.Next time Ill save myself the hassle and figure out how to fix it myself.

This place is awesome. They fix anything.

Terrible service, straight lied to me, had my tools for nearly a year and didnt do anything to fix them I would go anywhere but here

Accidentally cut the electrical cord on my 35 year old worm drive Skilsaw Friday morning, called A1 Industrial, they said it could be repaired. Dropped it off around 1:15, A1 called at 4:20 and said it was done with new cord and new handle. And a very reasonable price.
