I used precision auto for a brake job and window motor replacement on a 2003 Nissan Xterra. They got me in and out the door in just a few hours without an appointment. They kept me updated throughout the day by phone. The work is superb. The vehicle was clean when we picked it up. The technician was knowledgeable and the price is right!!! My family will definitely use Precision Auto again!

Took car in for rear brakes. Waiting area/bathroom extremely nice considering it’s a mechanic. They walk you thru everything so there can be no misunderstanding. They did that we agreed upon everything. An adjuster (Hardware) for my back brakes was needed like the job couldn’t be done without a new one. But they made sure they walked me out there and showed me so no surprises on the bill. (Their very aware of what people think of mechanics which is refreshing) front desk guy was great. Oh they even had a charger and a bottle of water for me.

The guys were friendly and honest. Busy on a Saturday, but very upfront and realistic about the wait time. Pricing is reasonable.

I go here to get my oil changed and they always seem to have the best prices in town for them. The wait doesnt seem too long from my experience I have been in and out in under an hour tops. They have excellent customer service and very friendly staff. I would recommend this place to anyone. I also like the fact they ask you if you would like a bottle water while you wait. I do plan to keep my business with this place for future needs.

Thank goodness for Precision! I had an appointment at another mechanic shop but they ended up being closed. Precision was very helpful and ensured everything I needed to get done was completed. They were great!

Have always gone here for oil changes and never ever had an issue. Took my car in for brake inspection. I was told I need 4 new rotars and 4 new brakes. I was told the discs were warped. And the charge would be $841.00.. Told them no Thank u... Got a 2nd opinion amd my rotars were smooth all 4.. My brakes. Were half way down so for I got my brakes done elsewhere by a real professional for $60. Shame shame shame for trying to scam me out of $800...

I 100% recommend this location to anyone needing auto services!I went to Jiffy Lube for a brake check and they told me my front brake pads had 15% life left. I came in here and they checked them for free, and recommended not changing them unless Im bothered by the noise, which is caused primarily by the old rotor. He showed me how to check my brakes and that I had a decent amount of brake pad left.At this store they have honest workers that care about helping you more than making money off of the service. They called me today to say thanks for my business. Definitely recommend!

I had my fan belt replaced at this facility and the next day, it snapped. They towed my vehicle to the shop and threatened to bill me for the tow. The next day I showed up and it was already fixed but they put the belt on wrong again. It was not seated properly on the bottom crank and started to fray. Im up here right now trying to get it fixed and every person I talk to has a bad attitude.

Overall Im almost satisfied with the service. Employees are as if they are not happy to be working. Wait time was outrageous. I thought there were a few cars in front of me but took about an hour and a half. The Precision I go to in OKC is way better.

Answered all of my questions efficiently in a friendly manner. Even took the time to explain some particular services they dont offer! How cool is that?! Helped me devise a smart plan working towards the wise solution. In the future, I will be recommending their services to friends and family at every opportunity.

Their customer wait area is awesome. I loved sitting out just watching the traffic while mh car was serviced. They did an excellent job as always!

Prices are cheap for full synthetic Castrol oil. Staff is friendly and they get oil changes done quickly. They do way over charge for filters, but every place does that. Look up a YouTube video on how to do it yourself and buy a filter for $7 on Amazon.

The staff here is absolutely the best I have ever been to. Thank you guys for being thorough and caring for your customers. Finding mechanics that take the time out to correctly diagnose a vehicle is hard to come by. These guys are awesome!

First come first served, had to stop by a couple of times, because alot of people needed oil service, I went in for an AC recharge, I came in about 20 minutes early the next morning and they had a technician standing by waiting to get me in and done. Great service and they let you know whatever issues come up.

The service was Awful! The manager kept trying to sell me things I didnt need or want. I ask for air in my rear tire. He refused to add air to my tire because I wouldnt upgrade my Oil Change. However, the Technician heard my request and kindly checked all of my tires.

Love the service and the my tires got rotated excellently and we will be coming back

Years ago I hated this place but today changed that. I decided after all this time I would give them a shot again and went in for their 19.99 basic oil change. The front desk associate delivered excellent customer service with a smile and efficiency. For a second there, I almost forgot I was in a shop for vehicles; Usually every lady can expect to get that rugged non-friendly vibe at shops, so this was refreshing. Speaking of refreshing, he even offered me a drink in case I was thirsty while my waited. I highly recommend this shop. (So far they havent even tried to rip me off by pushing me to get services I dont need either.)They are located on the left side or Air Depot blvd and Reno ave and have an entrance on both streets so it has a nice location too.The place smelled good and was very clean as well.Overall, you get my five stars!

These folks are top-notch. I watched a couple hours as the mechanics did oil changes, and spoke with customers about other needs for their vehicles. Theyd bring in dirty air filters, worn wipers, a transmission dipstick, and ask if the customer wanted it fixed. These were honest suggestions for customers who werent keeping up with preventive maintenance. Often theyd say it was something that should be taken care of next time. That allows the customers to check it out for their self/seek a second opinion, and to budget for it. I like this approach, which is why after 50 years Ive stopped doing my own routine work and now hire it out to them. Well, that and rotating 120 pound tires/wheels is just too much for me at 70. ;-)

Dont go there! Several people, as well as myself had problems with the service. Staff failed to actually change the oil in the vehicles and failed to reconnect parts on the automobile. The managers in MWC refused to cooperate and do the right thing to repair or service our vehicles.

Engine light came on after an oil change after 400 miles, lots of oil spoiled all over under the hood. Had to pay to get fixed since we were on a long drive.

After their oil change service, my front passenger tire was flat as I pulled out of their lot onto Air Depot. They did nothing about it. Said they looked at camera tire was up when car entered service area, and still up when they drove it around front. But yet it was flat, I could tell because the car pulled to the right.

When this place originally opened I recommended it very highly. since then the owner has stopped being a regular presents there and has turned it over to a bunch of young guys to run the place. Once that occurred, the attitude and overall atmosphere of the place became very negative, and I started to have some issues with the quality of work that I was receiving. I no longer use this place for my oil changes or any other service.

My mother came in to get her oil changed she is an older lady and cant do it her self they told her due to the age of her car they could not help her. When and why would someone tell them they cant change the oil because of age. So someone is trying to keep there car maintenance so they can keep it running. You know not everyone is lucky to own new cars some people have to drive what they can afford. She is a women on disability, helping people that cant full take care of their self. She drives all the way from El Reno to Midwest City twice a week to help an older lady. You are a sad company. My husbands manages Jiffy Lube in Texas and never would they turn down a person due to the age of there car and the sad thing her car might be old but its very well taken care of and no body damage. You are a sad company, why you think your so much better then the people at need you the most. I will spread the word how bad you treated her. And I do know a lot of people in the area even though I know longer live there.

First time experience today and I was I impressed. Specifically with Jordan and Chris. They both explained things to me and were genuinely nice. Although spending money on auto repairs isnt pleasant I was happy with the price of the work done. I will be returning for any future needs.

Quick and honest service. I had said I wanted a premium oil change, which includes checking and filling all the fluids. All of my fluids were good and didnt need anything, so they bumped my price back down to the regular oil change!! Most places wouldnt have said a word and wouldve charged me for work that wasnt needed. That speaks volumes to me about the integrity of this business, they are working to serve their customers in the best ways possible! Thank you!

Spent the extra money for premium service and once again they pointed out extras but did not top off the fluids, which is the only reason I spent the extra money in the first place. Once is a mistake. Twice is a pattern. I will find a new lube shop.

This great place is the best place to get a oil change $20 plus some change oil change but its really busy so you have to get there a little early the guys are real friendly and the offer you a complimentary drink if youre thirsty

I have been here several times now, the service is always friendly and they explain everything they are doing and if any work does need done they cover that pretty well. I have never waited more than 30 mins there for an oil change and I have been at different times of the day.

The employees and mechanics are competent, knowledgeable, and embody integrity.

They charged me almost 100 dollars and refused to let me speak to someone in charge. Wrote me an invoice for $576 after my car experienced problems from their oil change malfunctions.

I highly recommend this place to get your oil changed and/or anything car related bc they are awesome here!!!
