I had the BEST experience in this location! Ive grown up going to Sallys Beauty Supply with my sister & so Ive always had high expectations of the store & the staff being super knowledgeable about the products they sell. I was not disappointed this time around & it was my first time at this location. I wanted to dye my hair blonde & Im a brunette. So I did some research & went in to look around. When I realized I would definitely need help, the girl I asked was so nice (I cannot remember her name) but she guided me throughout the whole store asking me what I was going for & gave me the best advice & customer service I could have hoped for. I will be going back here to do my shopping for other beauty items I need based solely on my wonderful visit!

UPDATE:The Sally’s in Midwest City is under new management and staff. What a change! The new manager and staff are friendly, helpful and make you feel like your a valued customer. It’s like night and day in the level of customer service. Stop in and judge for yourself. No more driving to Moore for me! Keep up the good work ladies!First Review:This is the worst store manager and staff. Rude and unhelpful. They give out misinformation on returns and exchanges. They will tell you no returns are excepted even if the product has not been used. I had to demand they give me customer services phone number when they refused to exchange hair color to the correct shade. Customer service rep at the home office advised this was not Sally’s policy. Sally’s will take returns and exchanges with no receipt. I’ve turned the manager in before to the regional manager yet they allow her to remain at this store and nothing changes. I drive out of my way to go to the Moore store. They have always been nice and helpful.
Got some of the things I needed. They were out of clear gel polish which I think is a basic item.
I went to this sally location to get some stuff for my daughter. She colored her hair herself and damaged it pretty bad. As a single father I had zero clue what to get or even ask for. Kirkland, and Jaelyn could see I was stressed and probably looked lost. They took the time to listen to me and help me find exactly what my daughter needed and even gave me recommendations on a salon that could help us. I have been to this store before and not had the best customer service from two different employees. Jaelyn and Kirkland made a stressful experience easy and were extremely friendly and professional. They are great employees and an asset any where lucky enough to have them. Thank you so much!!!!

Sallys beauty supply in Midwest city have awesome people who work there. I am so thankful we have them so close by. For those people who dont agree business cant please everyone all of the time. It is simple if you dont like it dont go there. But I will continue to go there.

Went to return clippers with receipt that were never open. I was unaware that clippers were non returnable. The manager said they were suppose to tell you that before purchasing. Just so happen she was there when I purchased them and didnt say a word. Not to mention they had the wrong price on the item and refused to give me the clippers for the price they had listed. Her suggestion was to call corporate so thats what I will do. Thanks manager of Sallys want be going to your location anymore.
The store smelled like body odor and sour tacos! The cashier had dirty ratty hair that looked like it hadnt been washed in a month. First and last time I go in there!
They are now mandating masks even if you medically can’t wear one. I guess they enjoy tramping one peoples rights to choose and also discriminating against people who medically can’t wear a mask. Don’t go here! They also are refusing to accept cash as a form of payment, when cash is a legal tender and there is no way they can refuse a cash payment legally. I will be turning them in to the authorities and the better business b.
If I could give no stars I would, went in to ask about getting a color out of my hair, the lady with brown and red hair I don’t know her name, said the color off wouldn’t be damaging to my hair, well that was a total lie, and I had to cut most my hair off. So my advice don’t take any kind of advice from her she clearly has no idea what she’s talking about
Customer service is very important to any successful business. This is also my line of work. Ive been wanting bleach and get some dye and instead of ordering online I wanted to try this store. The container of color had a (this was not noticeable on opening) small hole which was fine but then it broke on the end of the tube. I wasnt sure if I could return it but I thought just letting them know. But I went ahead and got the two other items I needed. While checking out I was being my normal self and saying the manufacture can replace it, right? More or less being light about the situation. She had no change in her attitude and if I could sum it up Id say miserable and hates the world. I confirmed with her that she was the manager. Wont take cash until bank lobbies are open. Give me a break, every other company has had to adjust and there is no reason for the rudeness. Guess Ill find another location or order online. Is this a franchise? Either way be nice, please.
First time visiting this place and DEFINITELY my last time visiting. I didnt even want to purchase the product after the lady so very rudely helped me find it. I do not recommend anyone spending their money at this awful establishment.

RUDE ASSOCIATES! We went there to purchase hair dye and started looking at brushes. My 7 year old daughter brushed her hair with a small brush and my other daughter was looking at a bigger brush. The store associate came up to my younger daughter and took the brush out of her hands, telling HER, not ME, that we cant brush our hair in the store and then hands me both brushes and tells me that we will have to pay for them both. We tried to tell her that the bigger brush was never used, but she accused us of lying and told us again that we would have to pay for them and walked away. I get it, if thats your policy, post it. It wasnt posted. I had no idea she was brushing her hair, and if approached nicely, I would have paid for it. But she was rude and the manager literally watched all this happening without saying a word. Ill never shop here again and have notified their company of this incident.

The employees in the Midwest city, OK store makeup their own rules as far as returns and exchanges, coupons, and what form of payments that you may use. They also are very very very rude and I say again very rude.I called sallys corporate to file a complaint.Im done with Sallys in Midwest City. If you want great customer service go another location.

Have one star because zero wasn’t an option. Older lady working in the store was rude to the customers. She was not rude to me because I didn’t I get act with her. But she was so hateful that I took note. I was going to say something to her but decided to just leave and put my items on the self wand walked out. I get we have bad days but leave them at the door. She was a hateful “B”.

Today I needed some hair productsI normally go to Asian hair stores but today I decided to check out Sally.Upon arrival I was greeted by Tina B.. She was very nice n knowledge of products I wanted. She went above n beyond by showing me clearance items first. She explained the how the products worked. She was very nice. Long story short I ended up buying blow dryer n flat iron for ethnic hair usage. The price I paid was inexpensive but good products.Over all my visit because of Ms.Tina B was over the top. Thanks Tina for your excellent customer service...you deserve a raise.....
We literally just went there!! We went in to get hair dye for my younger sister, me to tone out my gold blonde, and have a girl day!! We asked if they had any bigger bottles in stock and the girl working was completely awful!! She told us “just buy them” and rolled her eyes at us ignoring us. My nana apologized and said we could just put some back but she continued to ignore us.

Great place to go and grab what you need quickly. Plus parking is a huge parking lot with being in a strip mall. I like to shop at Sallys for what I need fast.

Went to get colors for my daughters hair and the lady on the phone acted as if she didn’t want to do curb side pick up, told me no at first, that she is only doing shipments, well she finally agreed. After getting to the store she refused to come get my card and wanted me to tell her my card number while standing outside with people around, when I refused to give out my credit card number out loud in front of others she hung up on me and waved me away from her store.. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL..
I always had a pleasant experience there. Every time I needed help in choosing a product or if the shelf was empty, the clerks always tried to give me the best advice, or went to check in the back, and on their delivery list if they were out of a product to see when they would receive it - they even offered to call me to notify me! If their store didnt have the brand I was looking for, theyd look for alternatives, and always when checking out would tell me about any perks I had missed. This is my favorite store to go for cosmetics and hair supplies.
Staff is always friendly and helpful. Everything is organized and in its place. Never have trouble funding what i need.
Since this covid thing is going on and we have to do over the phone, I just tried to call and place an order and the lady I was talking to was EXTREMELY rude. Saying “UGH OH MY GOD” when I was asking for a certain product. Will not be coming back. I should’ve cussed her out honestly. Some customer service.
Called in for info on a product and Jackie was exceptional with her customer service and knowledge of the product, information on price was provided promptly. In closing the conversation she was forthcoming with appreciation of my call.
Called the store to ask a question and the woman who answered the phone was very rude and gruff. She was not helpful at all, and acted like she was being inconvenienced because she had to answer the phone.
I love Sallys. It is a great place for all of your health and beauty supplies. They have great products at great prices.

If I could negative 5 stars I would. The complete unprofessionalism of this locations gm is astonishing. In appearance and behavior. In addition to that I have tried to reach the corporate office on multiple occasions, with zero success of speaking to a humna being. I am a licensed cosmetologist of 30 years and I have never been met with such distress in a shopping experience as I have while interacting with this locations manager.
I was wanting to color my hair red from bleach blonde. The lady working here said I needed to fill my hair first with a brown. She told me to get a level 5N brown. I did a test strand at home it came out light brown. I decided to do my head all over. I almost cried when I had seen what my hair looks like. Its a very dark brown Im talking almost black when wet. Never again will I take advice from someone working at Sallys. Your better off doing your own research yourself.
Only gave 1 star because I had to rudest employees Ive ever encountered emailed to get a phone number for district manager never got a response apparently they dont care and businesses wonder why everyone is ordering from Amazon and ebay

I buy hair dye there regularly and this time I tried a different shade of wella brown color. It turned my hair a copper red. I was not happy about this and had to return to the store for a different color ( the color I normally buy). The next morning I realized I could get a refund for the first color according to the back of the receipt. I returned to the store and explained what happened. The store manger instantly got an attitude with me and stated that she doesnt see how it turned my hair red. I agreed and explained to her that the cashier saw my hair and agreed it was a reddish copper color. She offered me another color and I refused telling her I already bought another color last night, I wanted my money back, like the back of the receipt states. The manger preceded to take my receipt, rip it in half and throw it away, she also slammed the wella box in the trash and put my refund money on the counter after slamming the cash register. Mind you I was very polite the entire time and did nothing to deserve this behavior from her. She acted as if I tried to pull one over on her, and I just wanted Sally Beauty to live up to its guarantee, Love it or Return it. She took it personal and I will not return there again. Ill go to the one in Moore, their nicer and more understanding. This was my first time returning something to Sally Beauty, and it was a horrible experience. That manger should be fired, her behavior today was not normal and border on insanity.
Went in the store, not asked if I needed help. After approximately 8 minutes I finally asked a salesperson (that acted as if I was bothering her as she stocked the shelves near me.) about the product I was seeking. They were completely out but informed me that I could leave my number with them when product arrived. Gave my number to 2 other sales ladies at the register, needless to say no one contacted me at all. I will continue to drive to the nw 122nd location. Because of this I wasn’t able to use my member coupon!!!!! I should have read these reviews before!!

We have a salon locally & for a year and a half have used this location and the MANAGER woman in her 40s-50s and the CASHIER are always soooo rude. Never open or close on time. Every time any of the salons employees buy from here, they never get their professional discounts. Today, I grabbed 2 primers and went to check out. At the register (every single time) I have my number and she “couldn’t find it” and kept ringing my stuff up, not even trying to help. I asked if I got it and the ladies in a snarky tone said “how am I supposed to find it” so I let them know they didn’t need to be rude. Because we have sent complaint after complaint on the same people working each time we go in & it continues... Worst location I have ever been too.CORPORATE NEEDS TO SEND UNDERCOVERS IN THIS LOCATION BECAUSE NOBODY HAS GOOD EXPERIENCES HERE UNLESS THEY KNOW THE RUDE PEOPLE BEHIND THE COUNTER
For me employees are never rude. I went in there on a budget and the lady helped me so much with all of my things. I have really bad anxiety so I thought she wouldnt help me and I would embarrass myself but she was so polite and extremely helpful!!! 😌 I wish I remembered her name.

Stopped in about 5 minutes before closing to pick up some hair supplies. While shopping the lights were turned off on me and my daughter. Needless to say I ended up only getting half of what I wanted and have no plans on returning. Will get the flat iron, etc somewhere else at a later date!Really I know everyone wants to get off. I had just gotten off work and was happy they were still open. But I am not happy that I only got about $12 worth of stuff when I had plenty more on my list! SMH Their loss.

Ive shopped at Sallys for over 10 years but after today I will not return to this store. The manager and cashier both were extremely rude. They need to tell customers that theres no refund on clearance items. But also seeing them put items back on the shelf that I had used... Ugh...
Terrible experience! I will never shop at Sallys again! The management was very hateful, unprofessional, and mean. She degraded me in front of my two year old autistic son. While, I was trying to pay. My son got very upset and began crying. Due to her actions and the volger language she used. This all began over me trying to use a valid coupon. After, she cussed, refused to sell product to me, and snatched the bag out of my hand. I grabbed the bag off the floor and left the money on the counter. I proceeded to walk out as she quickly came from behind the counter, threatening me and to call the police. I did nothing wrong, I payed for the product and left. I will be shopping online for any products, I may need from this day foward. It is horrible to have this lady as the face of your company. I dont understand what I did to upset so bad.

You should change your hours on your website. If your website says you are open at 11 am on Sunday and your door says 12. Well it is kinda inconvenient driving back and forth.
Been going to this store for at least 5+ years and dread it everytime. Employees are always rude. Even if you dont ask questions, just go in there and get what you need, you can always count on them to be rude at check out. Ill google any questions I have before asking an associate because of how rude they are. Get a new staff please.
I called yesterday afternoon to find out how late they were open and the girl said 9 and hung up. It was rude, but at least I got an answer. So i showed up after work and there were quite a few people in the store and both clerks were in the back room chit chatting. Eventually, the store cleared out and I was still wondering around as I had never really been into a Sallys before so I was excited to see all of the products. The two girls remained in the back room the entire time. They were paying so little attention to the sales floor that I am positive I could have walked out with an armful of product and they wouldnt have lifted their heads. They were rude via telephone and no help in the store. Why pay someone to do nothing? Cmon Sallys!

If there were a level below poor I would rate the service here. One of the snotty wholier than thou clerks just couldnt be bothered with questions. Short snarky answers and rude. I will not be shopping at this sallys again. That is the 2nd time and it wont happen again. She should be fired.
Needs to update that the store doesn’t open at 11. And that the store ONLY provides curbside pickup right now. I drove all the way over here because it said they opened at 11 and when I got here it said on the door that it’s curbside pickup only. Then I tried to call and get curbside pickup and I was told to call back at 12.
This location actually closes at 6. Just drove 30 minutes to get here because it’s the closest to me and they closed an hour before it says online.
I was hoping that the bad reviews would be incorrect, but they seem to be true. Couldnt even get anyone to answer the phone.
I have called just about 20 times in a row with either no answer or getting hung up on every single time.
Waited on hold for over 20 minutes for them to check to see if they had a certain color I finally hung up and then tried to call back for about 20 minutes and it would ring twice and then say goodbye
