He didn’t try to up sell us on anything but answered all of our questions and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. It took less than an hour for us to try out several mattresses and settle on why we wanted thanks to his guidance and the options available (which were a lot). Much better pricing than what we had shopped for through online retailers and no hidden fees. All around great experience!!

We had a great experience buying our mattress and adjustable frame. Until they called to tell us our mattress came in but the frame did not get put on the truck. They told us we would have to drive to the warehouse to pick it up. My husband called back today to see if they could get it any faster. They told him there is nothing they could do. They would not get the frame for almost another two weeks. Mind you I am 8 and a half months pregnant. I can’t just sleep on the floor. They didn’t seem to care. They refuse to make it right. I am not happy with this location. We won’t be shopping here again.

We bought a bed frame from another store and after putting it together we found out it needs a mattress pad, even though when we bought it online it said it didn’t. My wife called the store at 3:50 asking if she could pick one up that day. The manager at the store told her they didn’t have one on their show room but she could pick one up in the city. She was in a hurry and said thanks and then hung up. She rushed across the city and when she got there at 4:30, thirty minutes before closing, they told her she had to buy it at their store and pick it up at the distribution center, but that she should call the store back and buy it over the phone. They worked as fast as they could so she could pick them up before they closed. They were so helpful, we will be buying from them again!

The ladies were very helpful and gave us a great deal! Ask for the outlet verison of the mattress if available it will save you a ton! Either way they will guide you through several options in your price range and get you taken care of :)!

The pushy saleslady added an online mattress protector order to my purchase at the register. I was not happy with it when I received it in the mail. Not at all what I wanted. Man at the store, Steven, was rude and very condescending when I tried to return it. He said as an adult I am responsible. I pleaded my case and he again said as an adult.... Excuse me? I am a 55 year old woman. I dont need him to tell me how to adult. He should not treat a customer like that EVER!!!! Will never do business with them again. Thinking of returning the mattress now.

My husband and I can not express how AMAZING this experience was. Siobhan is/was PERFECT. She found us the best deal.
