Purchased a new truck from them. Drove from Texas & got there really late it was already dark. Didn’t notice the floor mats were filthy and the truck actually had 800 miles already on it our paperwork showed it had 200 miles. They claimed I was getting new floor mats and never sent them. He also said I was getting GMC points for oil changes and such. They never popped up. The guy stopped answering my calls and text.

Kind and respectful of automobile and time. Use Hudiburg often for both my GM vehicles. Highly recommend.

No haggle, price was right and the trade in value they gave me was more than I could have expected! I got a great vehicle at a great price and the process was sooooooooo easy! How should I feel when waiting 4 hrs and was told it would only be 1:30 for an oil change? Not once did they tell me there was a delay or check in even after I asked for the status of my vehicle. This definitely will be the last time I get any service done here.

EDIT: After going back and forth with the dealership we were able to come to an agreement on service of the car. Both the sales and service took the time to listen to our concerns and addressed them in a satisfactory manner. We greatly appreciate their dedication to their customers.We just purchased a used car from Hudiburg... they said they had their mechanics look over it, Its in really good condition. We went back to have a 90 point diagnostic to get a better handle on how much brakes we had left, anything we should look for and they said it was good. Recommend a flush eventually. Then one week later the check engine light came on and we were told there was over $3000 dollars of work that needed to be done!! We left after paying for a diagnostic Ethan never said was going to cost anything when he asked us to sign the document. The service was poor, Ethan could not explain ANYTHING about the problems the car was having and pushed everything off to the mechanic who I was not allowed to speak to. Having a second opinion, the new mechanic was shocked at the suggested services. As were we. Our instincts were right. After having such good service, this has us without any trust for your mechanics or car dealership.

The salesperson was very friendly and attentive to most of my wants and needs. I was recommended to Hudiburg by my brother, a retired GM employee and customer. I have used the employee discount on the last 4 purchased since 2006. This was the first time my authorization for the Family First employee discount was denied. I realize there have been some trying times during the past year, but part of what holds a business together is family. I am very disappointed with this treatment.

Ron the finance guy is a joke. We lurchased our car on 6/23 and didnt get paperwork until 8/30 because our file sat on his desk while he was on vacation. Before i could even get the vehicle inspected in TX i had to purchase 4 new tires. They sold my wife a vehicle with bald tired. And when I called and spoke with the sales manager, he didnt care. He blamed other departments and then said well we inspect all outr vehicles and do not sell cars with bald tires. Well if you didnt inspect mine personally then you dont knkw. Apparently on of your employees isnt doint their job, but instead of you being able to accept that, you get defensive. You sold my wife a vehicle with bald tired and she had to drive all the way back to Dallas. My paperwork also have an extra 1971 work of warranties that they told me we couldnt put on the car. This is bogus and i will never work with you guys again.

Absolutely seamless buying experience. I came in looking to buy a cheaper truck after being treated poorly everywhere else for not wanting a brand new fully loaded 2021. Worst experience. Brought my car in- biggest hassle with getting a rental. Chad was rude and made no efforts to fix problems with my car. Didnt have my car for nearly 2 weeks and they couldn’t find any issues. Experienced the issues I brought it in for the day I got it back. Was so unhappy with my experience that I traded my car in with a different dealership. Never going back to this dealership. Could be improved in SEVERAL areas.

Had a great experience purchasing a new truck. Mr. Schulz patiently communicated with me VIA text for several days coming to an agreement on price and trade in. On his day off he was there with the truck ready for delivery, as well as; all the paper work completed before hand. The facility showroom was immaculately clean. One would find it nearly impossible to nit pick Hudiburg dealership.

Theyre extremely slow with customers. Not enough staff. Running back and forth from building to building. They could have had my new car down being cleaned and gased while doing paperwork but didnt until the very end. We was there way longer than necessary. Totally ridiculous

Friendly staff and comfortable seating. Had no idea where to find the cashier, so I had to ask the girl near the front doors. My complaint is that after leaving, I stopped at Sams and could see the oil burning off of the manifolds. The next morning after leaving for work, my wife text me a picture of an oil spot in the drive way that was not there before.

My previous service advisor retired so Tim was my new advisor this time and he was top notch! The quality of the work including a wash and vacuum was better than expected. Communication was great and there were no surprises. They did just the work we discussed when I dropped my GMC Yukon off and it was ready to go when I arrived to pick it up. Pretty Sad I had to go all the way from Denver to get the truck I wanted, But I called up Ricky Sat Morning 1st thing once I found out they had it. Best deal on the truck Ive been wanting! had to drive 4.5 hours and when we got there we were treated with respect and they didnt do the whole salesperson push. He knew what we wanted, and we got it done in a good amount of time. The GMC dealership that is, no idea about the Chevrolet part. But if you buy GMC i definitely recommend it!

This dealership is amazing! They have no haggle prices and include fees up front. No surprises. The vehicle I purchased was preowned and in mint condition. We came from out of state and they made the process seamless and even picked us up from the airport! I highly recommend them!

We visited several dealerships in OKC and, by far, had the best experience at Hudiburg Buick-GMC. Everyone was extremely friendly. We were given all the information we asked for and never felt pressured to make a purchase. We will definitely be back again when we are in the market for another GM vehicle.

After dealing with another dealership, that was less than enjoyable. I decided to try Hudiburg on my way home and was more than pleased. With no expectations of buying and only a test drive. I was pleasantly greeted by Rodney McCrory. Unlike other dealerships, with Salesman who hound you. Rodney was the exact opposite and what won me over, with Hudiburg GMC. I let him know the car I was interested in and he didn’t inundate me with questions. Instead, he politely told me to wait and then showed up with the vehicle for a test drive. Which I ended up purchasing and was the most seamless process, I’ve ever experienced. In my humble opinion, there need to be more salesman like Rodney. If you’re looking for a new and/or used car, Rodney McCrory is the guy to ask for. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed and will leave with a hassle free car deal.

I truely had a great buying experience at your dealership. This was mostly because of our saleswoman. Kirstan was very helpful. Although she is young and did not know the answers to all of our questions she was very willing to find the answer. I was just impressed that a young lady such a Kirstan is willing to get out and work. Especilly when most kids her age are still living off of mom and dad and considering she is working in a career field that is mostly domiated by men. Further more I was pleased that there was not a bunch of back and forth between us and the manager. And your finance office was also easy to deal with.

I have purchased my last 4 vehicles from Hudiburg Auto Group (2 suburbans, 1 Yukon XL, 1 GMC Sierra SLT), our last Yukon XL was totaled in an accident and I was trying to get another Yukon to replace it ASAP.Instead of taking care of a long time customer they chose to try to charge me $3000ish over sticker on a vehicle. I was aware several dealerships around town were doing this because of inventory and a chip shortage but i figured I’d at minimum be able to buy a new one for MSRP, i was mistaken. After i found this out I found another Yukon XL vehicle in weatherford, ok that was pretty much the same vehicle and they gave it to me for MSRP. I had never met the people in weatherford before.I’d always sent people to Hudiburg and my parents had purchased their last couple vehicles there but it seems like they’d rather make that extra $3000-$4000 while inventory is tight instead of take care of a long time customer. I’ll never buy another vehicle there again.Jeff Spitler

Went to buy a gmc 1500 sierra AT4. The prices were looking fair until u notice the words market adjustment in which hudiberg adds $5,000 to the cost. Ive bought my last 3 of 4 vehicles from hudiberg. I would buy another if they were just fair, but there greed lost them a customer!

Everyone at the service area was nice and helpful. As soon as I pulled in they made sure an associate came over to see what I needed. I was in for a simple oil change and tire rotation and the service was completed pretty quick and I was on my way. Never had any issues dealing with the service team.

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and to have my headlights checked before my road trip the next day. However, the advisor Will did not have them check out my headlights and closed out the ticket. When I asked him about it he said Id have to bring it back another day and there would be a substantial service charge to check and repair. He attempted to check the fuses, now none of my lights are working properly or my cruise control. This by far was a very disappointing experience being that Im a long time customer. Im not likely to bring my vehicle back for service again after this experience. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

I was treated very bad and got lied to by Rickie, Ron in finance and then when I tried talking to the GM he was very rude and didn’t care what happened at all. Missed all rebates on my vehicle cause kept getting told they didn’t get it when they did and I told Rickie I didn’t want them pulling my credit and sending it to a lot of lenders because I already had my finance and he told me he told me he told them but they did it anyways and sent my application to several lenders and they received all my application that I submitted.

Not happy with my experience overall. Car still there with issues that they wanted to charge me with. Im disappointed with this car purchase.

They were respectful and handled everything in the time frame that they told me.

The last two oil changes have taken almost two hours each, with an appointment. The people are nice and friendly, just seems to take a long time.

Customer service was lacking today. When I arrived they assumed I was someone else and called me by a different name. The service guy was super quick to take my keys and run off. When my car was done he called my name took me to the window and took off. Typically the service at this location is great but today it was lacking

Wish salesman would have explored the options of each trim level more. I might have bought a more expensive vehicle. What I traded in had more options than what I bought. Wish I had some of those options on my new vehicle. Salesman was polite and professional but didnt engage us much. Didnt ask us what we wanted in a vehicle. We came in looking at used and bought new, but not because of anything he did. We sold ourselves a new car.
