If youre intelligent enough to use a computer to check stock or order ahead instead of walking into the store 15 minutes before they close, spending 10 minutes to choose things, then expecting the employees to either do an hour long task in 5 minutes or staying after hours to cater to you, its a great store with fantastic employees.. I kind of feel like if what you needed was so important, you wouldnt have waited until 30 minutes before the event to stop somewhere to get the most important decorations...

They have a great variety of things for all events and color schemes you need. Prices arent horrible either!

So me and my friend were getting balloons and decorations for my friend who’s wife is getting induced today.. so a last minute ordeal. We go to the front and ask about some details on the balloons etc.. tell them we will figure a few things out which we did after a few minutes then we come back and they say we cannot get any balloons now because they are closing.. it’s 15 minutes before close, and they said it’s do to weather which it isn’t even raining or anything! I asked if they could please do this because our friends only having a baby once. Makayla who we talked to was rude and refused after kindly asking. Poor service.. Plus they could have gave us a heads up because they knew what we were doing.. No sympathy whatsoever and just absolutely awful customer service. I’m disappointed that they couldn’t even be the least bit understanding, or sympathetic on the circumstances.. plus there was no real explanation.. terrible and you are losing business now because of this. I can’t help but wander how many other people you treat like this?..

Cool place!!! Got the costume I wanted but just didnt get the wig. A Store rep Said a truck with a Shipment is coming by Thursday, Oct 21st. 2021 Just in time for Halloween. Awesome!!!

The string was crazy long. I bought 2 different packages and 2 cars to fit them in. I couldnt do that because they had all the balloons tangled up and the string was so long. I lost the champagne bottle in transport making me feel it wasnt secure to its string. I gave a 3 because the person they were purchased for was happy and they were ready on time but I was disappointed especially for the price.

Will no longer do business with party city. They want to charge 8 bucks a ballon to fill up an outsourced ballon because they never have the beer ballon’s in stock at this location. then say I’m sorry nothing we can do. So much for customer service. how are you going to charge 6 bucks for a beer ballon at your store then try to charge me 8 bucks to fill up a ballon i brought in because you can’t get inventory in. Horrible customer service. Such a joke. Take your business else where. Thanks dollar general for airing my ballon’s up for a 1.50.

They allowed me to pick up my order early and the balloon bouquets I received via delivery, were perfect! I am so thankful the were able to deliver our balloons on the day of our bday party!

Great place for all your party needs. Now i would not buy like your plates and cups and silverware there. Id get that at like family dollar or dollar general or even walmart would probably be cheaper. They are a little expensive on everything but they do have all kinds of things that nobody else has.

If I could give no stars I would this location is horrible this girl worker in a white checker hoodie she was very disrespectful and rude to me I just asked a question where something was and she got so upset and huffed and puffed and mumbled under her breath and then just pointed and rolled her eyes and walked back to the front i thought party city would have nice friendly workers like usual but this one was so different made me feel unwanted there and dumb but other then that I didn’t see any other thing wrong very clean and organized

Went in for a few party favors and ended up spending over $200 because of all of the choices they had to offer! And I only went up and down 2 aisles.

Okay so here’s the deal. I bought $15.10 worth of balloons for my roommates birthday. I decorated her side of the room all cute. The balloons were aired up at 5:36 pm. They were on the floor by 7:30 am. So being the Karen I am, I called and asked to speak to a Manager. The manager was very nice and was willing to replace the products that I had spent money on the problem is I don‘t live near Midwest city. And I can’t afford to go to Midwest city because I just spent $15.10 on balloons ended up on the floor the next morning. Apparently you’re supposed to ask for this thing that helps keep the balloons in the air for 24 hours that was not offered to me. You can go buy a helium tank at Walmart for like $23 and it comes with balloons and String. So next time you go here ask for the thing that keeps it up balloons in the air or just go to Walmart like I will next time in by the $23 helium tank and use it for multiple birthday celebrations.
