I had a really bad experience with the Volkswagen I bought at this store and they 100% stepped up and help me get into another vehicle that is much more reliable! I cannot say enough about Tony and Jay they are extremely helpful and I really really do appreciate the links that they went to to help me.

Never use this place. They are thieves!!! We bought a car in Oct 2020 made two payments and they came took it in dec. Payed $1300 to get it back in dec and they turn around in January 2021 and took it again said we missed a payment yet payment wasnt due and said we still owed them $500 from Dec even though we was able to leave with the car and them telling us we were paid up. Now they want another 1100 to get it back.nope never use this place unless you like being ripped off!!!!!!

I purchased a vehicle from this particular thunder City motor vehicle on October 21st 2020. On October 22nd 2020 my vehicle would not start at all. everyday since then I have had problems getting into my vehicle and starting it which in turn causes me to be late for work. Today November 14th 2020 I called them again expressing the problem that I am experiencing with this truck Ford F-150 XLT red. Again I was told theres nothing I can do I have to call someone we have no control over that Im not the owner. But yet you have received $1,900 for me but I am not able to get out and start my vehicle and leave my leisure period something is wrong with this picture. I have told yall to please come pick this vehicle up and bring me my money. I have never and will never refer anyone to this car lot again. Because the vehicles that you were servicing and selling leave a lot to be desired for period considering that my car payments is paid all the way up until mid-December. Theres no reason why my vehicle should not be functionally able for me to drive at my leisure. my suggestion in my recommendation to anyone that is going to go and buy a vehicle from there please think twice. Do not get me wrong the salesman there are very good they are outstanding as for as helping you get your vehicle and get you done and get you out in a timely manner . The problem is the vehicles they have there have a lot to be desired period when a person pays their money they are expecting to be able to go and get in their vehicle and drive at any given time without any problems. In this case I have yet to experience that . Everyday I come out to my car I have to go through a lot of bull to be able to get into this truck and to be able to start it. It is not the battery it is not the key its not the battery within the key it is basically the vehicles
