Friendly staff, not the old big lots with a lot of random bargains. Pretty much same products. Fair amount of inexpensive furniture and accessories. Reasonably priced $$

Always find something good. I scored some good deals in the clearance rack today. I went in looking for a second set of Bluetooth earbuds. They had a lot of options that are much cheaper than the other guys. I was a tad disappointed that they did not have the exact same pair. O well. Still a pretty good deal.

He introduced himself & was very concerned that I didnt find the items advertised that I wanted. He explained everything about the receipt & I was very thankful for that. Crest and Walmart are definitely cheaper on food products, as for dressers, Walmart is cheaper.

The customer service was terrible. They were not specific with the items. I went in and asked about an item and they told me that it is separate after being told on the phone that it was together. I dont recommend this store. Stay safe.

The place is always a dump. Merchandise scattered everywhere, they need someone stocking the merchandise. Merchandise sits on carts for weeks blocking the isle. Nothing wrong with what they carry. I give that a 5. Good help is hard to find.

Great prices if they have what you need. I got a $10 pair of headphones, that are pretty good for $10.

I always enjoy browsing Big Lots for the holidays. They have a good selection of holiday gift ideas and decor along with decent prices/sales.

What I dislike about this Big Lots is there are a lot of items that dont have prices on them. You have to either find a person that works there or go to customer service for a price check.

Cashiers are nice. Shelves are half empty. Floor staff kind of rude.

Came in around 5:00 on a Sunday thinking I could get in and get out but was surprised they let the cashiers text while cashing customers out,Even in the middle of a transaction. Had to wait for her to finish her text. Have some respect for customers and your job.

They got just about everything. I especially LOVE their home decor/home furnishings, its surprisingly diverse. Hygiene products are the only products over priced

Big Lots reminds me of Kmart ten years before they disappeared. Just that kinda quiet, empty place, with some good prices- IF you can handle the rather creepy feeling. Their employees are basically ignorant when it comes personability and inventory. At least in the few I have frequented. Thats okay- I hate people too. 🙂

Made an online purchase the pickup time was good but wasnt able to get all order.

Im traveling and need to bring my own sheets and towels. Found what I needed for less than I expected to pay. Staff was helpful. Store was clean and orderly. Had furniture, decorative items, kitchen utensils, some food items, over the counter medicines and beauty items, a lots of holiday stuff.

Ok, top secret tip: Big Lots is THE place to buy coconut oil. I make soap, and go through a lot of coconut oil (each batch is roughly 20% coconut oil and were talking 5 lb batches) and Big Lots prices are almost as good as ordering it from a soap supply company only without paying shipping and without the 1-3 week wait. By no means is it extra virgin coconut oil that most people prefer for cooking with, but if youre looking to make things like sugar scrubs or just use it on your hair or skin, they have the best prices.

Prices r higher here than most places on most items. A few things that r on sale were a better deal here. This location didnt have nearly as many items or nearly as good of deals as the location on I-240 and Penn 😕. I am disabled and the store was cluttered and I couldnt get down many of the isles. Also had to get several items price checked because they werent labeled. The only positive thing I can say is that the cashiers were friendly and willing to help.

Big lots has so much to look at. They had some surprisingly good deals on what was left from Christmas. I love that they have everything from groceries and goodies to furniture and footies!

Unlike other Big Lots stores this one was quite a change. The set up was totally different, there was employees working the isles the cashier seemed as if she really liked her job. CHECK IT OUT!

Employees are friendly for the most part. Love the deals that they have. There always seems to be some sort of clearance, and usually it is very good. The location is great too. Theres a furniture store and a Ross right next to it. Very convenient

Name brand items at wholesale prices. Big Lots carry a little bit of everything from every category that you may find me for. The store is always clean and organized. The staff is friendly and recognize regular customers by name. If you ever should want the Mom and Pops feeling that you had back in the day start visiting your local Big Lots stores and make lasting connections.

Employees are very friendly. Good browsing room and a diverse selection of things to choose from.

This location isnt as clean and kept as well as the one on 63 third and the employees seem to be lost .

Had a great shopping experience. The ladies were super helpful even helping me out to my car. Marilyn was sweet and helpful she also showed me how to enter in a contest to win some money.

Had an overall GREAT experience here. I was immediately greeted by the cashier when I walked in and another employee asked if I needed help finding anything and walked me straight to what I was looking for. Thank you so much for treating me as a valued customer.

Good location. Good selection of items. Facilities are old and need updated. The toilet in the ladies room leaks and when you sit on it, it feels its gonna fall over. Just old and dingy. Employees are always nice tho.

Great prices for a little tucked away store

I bought 2 sofas but when i received them one was wrapped in plastic and the other one was not. I called and talked to the assistant manager Jennifer. I told her it appeared that I had received the floor model instead of two new sofas. She said she would give me a credit. When I went into the store the manager (Kim) did not believe what I told her. She went to look at the camera. After over an hour waiting I ask to speak to her. She refused to speak to me again. Finally the assistant manager came and gave me a credit as she said she would. Jennifer was very apologetic for the behavior of Kim and was polite and helpful. I don’t know what your qualifications are for managers but clearly Kim needs more training or a lower position!!

I have a love hate relationship with these stores. They are often unorganized. But there other times I can walk in and go straight to what Im looking for. The cashiers are always friendly.

You have to know what you are getting into when you go to a Big Lots. That said, for a Big Lots this store is great. Staff is helpful, furniture is cheap! We bought a couch here, and so far its actually been great. And if it does end up being a problem later...eh, it was only a 300$ couch!

Found some unexpected things while looking for decorations, linens and such for redoing a bedroom! It was a pleasant surprise! Didnt have enough time to shop the entire store, we got a late start so were going to return tomorrow!!

They had vacuum cleaner for 89.00 on display took it up to the counter to check out it rung up at 103.99. I ask the manager for help. We went back to the aisle where the vacuum cleaners are and she clearly see the price on the displayed vacuum and she said oh that was last weekends we just didnt remove it...and that was all she was going to do... all of the vacuums were still marked on sale..

Good place to shop when youre looking for something from food to soap, even furniture. They have almost anything. Great for a quick get in and get out. Good prices too.

This is a good place if you are looking for a great deal. They dont have the widest selection, because they buy overstocked Goods, and you can never tell what theyre going to have one special. But whatever it is, it will be at a good price.

Always super good prices, better than Walmart. Exotic products from around the world, some are treasures. Love the Pop corn with sea salt!

Pretty decent sized. The one on the Southside of town is much bigger. Little tight if trying to get two shopping carts through the aisles. Some cant get but 1 at a time. Good size parking lot because of multiple stores here. They added a refrigerated section a little while back. I like that i can get some snacks/food items here that are common to the East Coast where I grew up. Mainly..Garlic and onion potato chips by Wise.

This place needs a renovation! Its so dark and nothing makes sense. Everything is just jammed into that building. I also have never understood why they advertise so much furniture and decor, but have almost half the store being strange food, beauty supplies, and just random stuff. Its like a funky Walmart in there.

I like this Big Lots its convenient and it has a pretty good selection except when they r having sales it gets picked over with items... but I love it here I didnt start really going until I moved out on my own in April!!!

Imagine a store where you run in, grab some delicious snacks, browse their movie collection, select varying styles of furniture, large and small and get back home quicker than any trip to Wal-Mart. Big Lots is the new regime.
